Squatty Potty 7" Original and Simple Toilet Stools (White)

I had often struggled with constipation and irregularity. I had hear that squatting was a better posture for defecation, and I tried in many ways to imitate this position while sitting on a toilet. My curiosity was piqued when I saw the ad for the Squatty Potty. I put off actually buying one for a long time. Then I read something in a magazine that reminded me of it, so I did a search on the internet and found it. I ordered it. Since then, I am rarely constipated. I am so regular now, and have no trouble eliminating wastes from my body. All that discomfort is gone! I'm so glad I bought this thing. My husband is very satsified with it too.

I've had some serious issues with constipation, some medication related some not. The first couple times I used the stool the smells aftermath left behind were unimaginable!! That said i immediately felt better physically, no more cramps, no more rumbling stomach, which in turn made me feel better emotionally and that helped make me more physically active, which in turn also helped! I have since resolved the conditions which put me on the meds that caused constipation in the first place, and I personally contribute it all to Squatty Potty!!! I've yet to run across Dookie, the ice cream pooping unicorn though, so that's the only area in which I have been let down by Squatty Potty :-(

Before getting my squatty potty I would always have to strain super hard for even the littlest movements. Once I learned that elevating the feet helped I was using stacks of towels every time just to get by. I finally gave in and bought one of these and the convenience is amazing, fits perfectly in the bathroom and makes going so much easier. I would say my one complaint for myself is that the feet rest spots are way too far apart for me, and I usually find myself having my feet resting on the middle part instead. Other than that, the size and height are perfect and I appreciate this thing a ton. Would recommend for people who feel constipated a lot.

I love the sqatty Potty but when I paid for overnight shipping on Thursday 12/22/22 at 4:30pm I was never informed that there was a 24–48-hour processing time- on business days hence trying to get a present for my daughter before Christmas did not happen. But I was still charged an astronomical amount of money for a delivery service I did not get. So, I feel your customer service is not the quality I would have hoped I'd find in a company of your size. Seems all this company cares about is the almighty dollar.

Not sure why its taken us hundreds of years to remember how our bodies are supposed to do number 2. The old world knows how. I was taken aback by the hole in the ground I faced in a supposedly backward country on a recent trip. Squatting is our original way of elimination and well need to get back to an adapted version of that if we want to reclaim our gut health. I was told I have IBS which just means - not sure what to call your gut problems. The squatty potty has helped me tremendously. My kids are even demanding them for their bathrooms!

I have been diagnosed with Pelvic Floor Dyssynergia Functional Dyspepsia. My pelvic floor PT suggested the this. I was familiar with it from the presentation on Sharks. I don't care that they use their own money; they were rude as sin to the creators. I almost bought one then. I love it; it's almost perfect! Some of us would benefit from a 5" height. If I lean forward with my elbows resting on my knees, as my PT recommended, my legs quickly fall asleep. I am using it and it certainly does improve function.
