We have the Safety 1st Boost and Go. Prices range from $60-$80 depending on sales. It’s narrow. It’s light (about 12 lbs). It’s FAA approved for air travel. The harness height is 16.5 inches, so long torso kids will outgrow sooner. It’s super easy to install and sits very low profile. I can adjust the headrest without rethreading. My kid is 3.5, 34 lbs, 38 inches and still has a couple inches before outgrowing. Great as a travel seat or for tight 3-across. Much better than the Tranzitions for our needs. Cupholders are small, though.

Comparison of stand-alone booster vs 3-in-1 including Safety 1st
I have the Safety 1st one, got it at Walmart for under $100. It’s okay but the harness height is low, so kids outgrow it fast. My 5-year-old is already on the top slot. It’s lightweight and easy to move, but the headrest adjustment is sticky. I’m not sure it’ll last long as a booster because the belt guide doesn’t go very high. If you have a small kid it’s fine, but if you want something that lasts, look at something else.
