Canongate vs. Fantagraphics editions of The Complete Peanuts
The books have the exact same content. The only noticeable difference is the font used on the spine for the title. I own a mix of US and UK volumes and they look fine together on a shelf. Also, the UK editions do not have a price on the dust jacket, and they are usually much cheaper and easier to find in the UK/Europe.

Collecting Peanuts Every Sunday vs. The Complete Peanuts
I’d recommend getting The Complete Peanuts for the full collection and then supplementing with Peanuts Every Sunday if you want the color Sundays. The Complete Peanuts has every strip, while Peanuts Every Sunday leaves out many dailies from the earlier decades. I have both and they complement each other well.
