The Ingenuity Thruway 72XW Series is an extra-wide, hardware-mounted metal safety gate (95% metal, 5% plastic) designed to contain babies, toddlers and pets in doorways or open spaces. It expands to fit openings approximately 44"–72" wide (listing notes it is not compatible with 51–52" or 61–62" widths), stands 36" tall, includes extensions and a full hardware kit for installation, and features a 19" one-hand walk-through door with dual-direction swing and slide-trigger lift, 2.7" bar spacing, a bottom scratch guard, and a surface that wipes clean; not for use at the top of stairs.

Kidsy had a great selection of deeply discounted baby gates. Unfortunately, there was a piece missing when I received my package. I didn't realize it until after the 14 day return/exchange window. But I reached out, and they were willing to send me the piece anyway at no extra charge. I really appreciated the customer service.

When I thought the cupholders weren't included, I reached out to them and then we found them and they were very responsive and thankful that I let them know. Everything is fine.

Ordered a gate prior to this one, UPS lost it on route. I reached out to Kidsy via email and they secured a refund from UPS. Was hesitant to order again, but I couldn't find the gate at a more reasonable price. 2nd order arrived with no issues. Gate is sturdy and the dog (Husky) hasn't gotten through it (he's an escape artist). Quick delivery from start to finish.
