But I reached out, and they were willing to send me the piece anyway at no extra charge. I really appreciated the customer service.

- Hi, I just purchased the PCBLCO26 on amazon. On the ends of the ramp, the yellow flap seems to be missing the plastic pins that hinge the flap. As a result, the flap doesn't sit flat on the edges. Are these edge pins available?
