Ordered a gate prior to this one, UPS lost it on route. I reached out to Kidsy via email and they secured a refund from UPS. Gate is sturdy and the dog (Husky) hasn't gotten through it (he's an escape artist). Quick delivery from start to finish.

I have the Safety 1st all-in-one (maybe the Grow and Go? but similar to Ellaris) and while it's totally fine for my toddler, I will say it's not as padded as my Graco 4Ever. My kid doesn't complain but I notice the difference. For the price, it does the job.

Safety 1st is very basic. The Ellaris has no padding and no lockoffs. For a swivel, look at Evenflo Revolve360 or Cybex Sirona S.

I'm trying to decide between the Baby Trend Trooper and the Safety 1st Ellaris for a travel seat. I like that the Ellaris is lightweight (12 lbs) and FAA-approved. The Trooper has more padding but is heavier. Leaning toward the Ellaris for flights and rental cars.
