Best gift for new mom
As a first time mom, I didn’t know what to expect when looking for a car seat and stroller. My in laws bought this for us and we haven’t looked for anything less or more. It’s literally perfect. Setting up was easy! The color is beautiful and it’s easy to maneuver.

I've had it for 6 months now and I absolutely love it. The assembly was a bit of a pain, but once it's put together it's amazing- lightweight, easy to fold and store. The bassinet option is great for walks when my baby was still too small for the regular seat, but we would just carry that and really only used the car seat in the car. The car seat is great for carrying as it's so lightweight! I basically carry my little guy in it with one hand if I need to. We have taken it on pavement and the grass and it's done great! Only thing is the squeaking of the wheels. WD-40 did the trick. We bought it when it was on sale from Buy Buy Baby for around $399 CAD, plus tax. All in all, we are very happy with it and it's been serving us well!

Comparison of Pivot NXT to other strollers with mention of sales and portability
I have the Evenflo Pivot NXT and overall really liked it. Keep an eye out for sales because it goes on sale frequently. I got the system for like $325 and it was a great deal. It’s not as heavy or as big as some of the other options – definitely manageable for me at 5’1”. The bassinet is great as well for those first few months. The wheels are hard plastic, but I’ve seen a lot of reviews saying they squeak. I have yet to have any squeaking issues. Overall it’s a great option for the price.

Positive feedback on the Pivot NXT for comfort and travel compatibility
I’ve had it for about 8 months now and I love it. It is very smooth on long walks, the suspension feels nice. My baby falls asleep almost instantly. The car seat is very light-weight and I love that the stroller wheelbase is smaller than the Graco models I looked it – it’s easier to get around indoors. Also, it’s FAA approved for use on airplanes which was a huge plus, I took it on a flight without issue. It folds flat and was easy to get on the plane. It fits in the overhead bin which is great.

Opinion on Pivot Xpand with mention of Pivot NXT as a lighter alternative
I just got the pivot xpand and love it so far, despite having not actually used it yet (baby due in 7 weeks). I chose it over the pivot NXT because of the ability to expand to two seats in the future with adaptors. The Pivot NXT is definitely lighter but losing the double stroller option made it a no for me. Both are highly rated and go on sale for around the same price point. I definitely recommend either!
