Alternative seat for chunky thighs
I have the Skip hop floor seat and I’ll put baby in it for about 5 minutes (all she will tolerate) to work on some balance... so she’ll fit even with chunky thighs! You just won’t be able to use the tray haha

Early adopter loves the seat
I ordered the Fisher Price Sit Me Up Floor Seat for my 3 month old daughter. She loves it! She always wants to be sitting upright, looking around at what's going on and this seat is perfect for that.

Endorsement with moderation
We love the Fisher Price sit me up floor seat! I put him in it when I need to do something like cook dinner. The instructions say to only use once baby has good head control, so we waiting until about 3.5 months. But we limit use to about 15 minutes at a time. My pediatrician says it's fine as long as it's not for long periods and baby is supervised.

Pediatrician warning and fit issues
My pediatrician said no sitting up containers until baby can fully sit unassisted because it puts pressure on hips/spine. But I use the Sit Me Up in moderation, like 5 minutes here and there. Only issue is my baby has chunky thighs and barely fits!
