I want to give up and save the $160 a month my son fights the Snoo so much... I used the Anna and Eve Swaddle Strap for my first and it worked great as a transition tool. Takes about 10 seconds to put on, and she transitioned straight out of the double swaddle into a sleep sack with the strap with absolutely no problem at all! Once she gets used to being able to move her legs around so much I'm going to break her out of the strap, but it seems like it's going to be a great transition tool.

I used the Swaddle Strap by Anna and Eve inside the Snoo sack before we started using the Love to Dream swaddle. I found the Swaddle Strap easier to use than the Miracle Blanket and it worked better for my Houdini baby. It just Velcro straps around the arms so they can't break free. It was great for when we needed her to stay swaddled but wanted to start transitioning.

DIY Version of Swaddle Strap to Prevent Arm Escape
Baby keeps breaking out of her swaddle so I found this DIY project! We made a makeshift swaddle strap with some Velcro and soft fabric. It basically works like the Anna and Eve one but cost way less. Just wraps around the arms and Velcro's shut. So far so good!
