I love the many different patterns that this swing can do. You can select through them and see which ones your baby likes the most. It also has white noise and lullabyes that you can play as well. My baby loves this swing and regularly falls asleep in it.

The Graco Soothe My Way Swing with removable rocker is amazing and very easy to set up. It comes with many soothing sounds and lullaby options that help calm my baby. I love the removable rocker because it’s so practical—I can place it on the table or nearby while we eat or move around the house. It’s comfortable, versatile, and has been a huge help for us during the day.

Have had swing since he was a nb. It worked well when he wouldnt sleep or needed a place to set him down. It also sits up a little like a seat and allows him tk sit up more. It was great for after a feed when he had to sit up due to acid reflux and couldnt be held

I love that this is a 2 in 1 product. Being able to remove the top and use it as a bouncer or combine it and use it as a swing is amazing. It has several different settings to soothe the baby. I also like that it moves up and down as well as side to side. The music feature on the swing and the vibration option in the bouncer is a great added bonus. The entire thing is pretty lightweight so it’s easy to move from room to room, which is really important thing on my list as well. If you’re looking at this swing as an option, I would highly recommend it!

I bought this swing about 5 years ago and has been awesome

Received as a shower gift. Six weeks after initial use swing has flashing blue lights of death. Contacted CS they won’t do anything as I don’t have receipt but of course I don’t it was a gift.

We had this rocker with our first two children. Sold it when we figured we were done having kids. Bought it again for our third baby. Can't wait to use it. Both of our kids loved it. It calmed them down right away.

Purchased this because I had heard great things. It is nice that it plays music, has multiple movement options and doubles as a bouncer but my two complaints are that when it is moving it always makes a creaking/popping noise which is annoying. My other complaint is it doesn’t have the option or ability to just sway up and down. My daughter seems to like it on certain motion settings so won’t be returning mostly because we missed the window.

My newborn loved this swing. It’s very easy to set up and i love that this swing detaches into a rocker. This swing also has many sounds, motions and speeds to keep your baby content. This swing will last a long time.

My son absolutely loves it, however he is only 11 weeks and it already won’t work. It turns on, but the lights flash blue. Very disappointed as this was his favorite thing.

This swing is the only swing any of my babies get calm in. Putting on the heartbeat sound and the figure 8 motion had them calm in minutes. I got this swing the first time when my oldest was born and used it for years. I had given that one to family for use because i thought i was done having babies, but i was blessed with one more and immediately bought this same exact swing!

Great for newborns and beyond . This literally saved us in the newborn stage it was the only way he would fall asleep . Has many different speeds and sounds. Easy to put together. Took out the new born insert and he still fits up to 7 months.

This swing was honestly one of the best purchases I made for my baby. I’m a first time mom and he loves sitting in this. It’s soothing & comfortable enough for him that he falls asleep in it. It’s a great piece to have around the house for him to hang out in. It’s great.

My best friend bought this for me for my newborn. So I have had this swing almost three months now and my baby absolutely loves it. A couple of the motions are a little jerky, but that's okay because there's so many difference movements to choose from, we just don't use those couple until she gets a bit bigger. It has many different options of ways to swing, you can choose for it to go fast or slow, and it also has a vibration setting for the chair. Oh and it does play a couple different songs. We are so glad we went with this swing. My baby absolutely loves it. It has so many settings including vibration and music. We enjoy that it also moves up and down rather than only side to side.

This is such an upgrade to the old swing I had with our first daughter. It works great and I appreciate how it looks in our living room. We ordered the bassinet as well- another upgrade in functionality and aesthetics from last go around!

We got this swing when my son was just born. I love that the bouncer can detach so you can move it easily. The base is quite large and not so easy to move around so we just use the base in the bedroom and detach the bouncer to use around the rest of the house. Also it has a vibration option on the bouncer so it’s a good little product all on its own! I will say that it’s not a silent swing but so far we haven’t had any loud noises come from the swing. The swing moves fluidly and we really love this swing!

I bought this at Target and the one I received was defective. I contacted Graco directly and after jumping through all kinds of hoops, I received a replacement. Now, after less than a month of use with a newborn, the swing is making all kinds of odd, annoying noises. Highly disappointed for the price pain

I bought this two weeks ago. It makes loud noise while turned on and swaying. Whatever direction it goes still makes loud noise. I thought it would be a quiet swayer.

Love it however we had the one that took up more space and swings left to right and this one doesn’t have that option.

I'm very disapointed and concerned for my babies safety with this product. For $250 for a baby swing it should not 1. It should not jerk in every rotation stop. 2. It should not click and clunk and clank when in motion. 3. After a week it should not make a constant annoying motor grinding noise. And finally 4. The disconnect system for the rocker is flawed. The rocker seat when you release it from the swing dives backwards to the ground causing baby and rocker to plummet to the floor. Did you not test this product before selling it? Shame on you Graco

We loved this swing when we first got it. It helped so much with our colicky baby! But for some reason, it won’t move now, the lights just blink! So disheartening as we love our swing, and all of our Graco products. The review doesn't allow videos to be uploaded, only images. Otherwise I could show the blinking lights. Very disappointing and heart breaking to be honest.

We loved this swing when we first got it. But for some reason after 4 months, the swing will work for 2 minutes just fine then all of the buttons flash, and the swing stops moving. I can't find a solution to get it working again online and have tried several forms.

The product worked as dewcribed, but it came missing many parts including the power supply, a bracket, and the hanging toys. I tried contacting support and got no where. I ended buying the parts on amazon.

I added this to my baby registry and received it at my shower. I was very excited to set it up but the swing clicks very loudly when it moves. The clicking gets even louder the faster the swing goes and is louder than the white noise and music features on the swing. I reached out to customer service saying I have an issue with product (I am assuming this is a manufacturing issue and that this sound is not the standard for the swing) and have only received automated messages back for a month. I am very upset that $200 seems to be wasted and that my baby will still not have a swing. I would love to have this one swapped out for a quiet one, if only I could get ahold of someone at Graco.

Very quality product especially for the price. Easy to assemble. Nice fabric. Has a million motion options. Removable seat / rocker is just the cherry on top. My 8 week old lovvvess it. He’s zonked everyday in it.

It’s so jerky and bouncy. Far from a smooth glide. Such a great idea but I’m afraid my baby is going to just bounce all over in it!

I bought this swing for my 4th baby as it was compact, cute and loved the motions. My baby is now 4 months old, LOVES her swing and the lights are flashing blue and it won’t move anymore. She is well below the weight limit (12.5 lbs) and we have tried all the reset options. Make no sense that a product coming from a quality company, that is expensive, would fail like this. Extremely disappointing.

This swing has been awesome. We had one for our daughter who is now 2 and bought a second on because we just had twins. You have so many options to set depending on the baby. They always seem comfortable in them and nap easily. A mom and dad's best friend. We also use the seat on the floor without the base.

This swing is perfect! 10/10 recommend to any moms. We love that it has many swing options to choose from. We found the one that best works for our baby to soothe her and the detached rocker easy to take to any room. Looked at many options but this one was the best. Graco has long been my favorite brand for anything baby. Almost all of our baby stuff is from this brand; from car seats to high chairs. This swing has served us greatly over the past couple of years (bought in 2021) but unfortunately, even though mechanically we are still working great, the plastic has completely yellowed after only 3 years. We never took this outside or let it sit in direct sunlight so I am so disappointed as I was looking forward to using this with our next baby in November.

The swing was purchased for my husband and I for our son while (he was still in the hospital at the time). My parents brought it over to the house when it arrived. We put him in the swing occasionally to help soothe him when he’s fussy and fighting sleep. He is now 3 months old and the swing does not work anymore. The swing just stopped on its own and all the lights started flashing. I unplugged it and waited for about 5 minutes, plugged it back in and still nothing. I had to take the rocker off the base and then put it back on and even then it only worked for about 30 seconds. Graco is usually a great brand so I am very disappointed. The swing function was a lifesaver when it worked and my son loved it. Now all we have is a rocker and it’s not the same. I know there is a weight limit, but my son is only three months and only weighs 10 pounds as he was preemie when he was born and only weighed 5 lbs. 5 oz. Overall, very disappointed in the quality of this product. I would not buy another one. I was gonna request a refund and use the money to purchase a different Graco swing that looked a little sturdier, but this looked like a great swing too so now I’m not so sure. My parents got it for us because it was the one I liked. Very disappointed. Wish we could get our money back.

Works wonderfully. Pretty easy to put together. Grandson is over a year old and still uses it. I bought one for my niece.

Horrible to put together took hours and stuff doesn't fit snug so I don't feel comfortable even putting my baby in it. Waste of a gift from my father I feel horrible I don't even want to tell him we can't use it. They only do returns via credit back to the original payment method and only for 30 days. I had my baby shower early and had been traveling for work and didn't put it together until way after so looks like i will be donating it to goodwill or somewhere else. This should be illegal to sell something that doesn't even fit together snugly its just not safe.

So far have had for around 1 month, my 3 months baby loves it. She will stay on it for a while content

Swing was a bit difficult to put together primarily because pieces did not fit snuggly and had to really apply pressure. Once assembled the straps are easy to adjust and the rocker can be removed easily. However the entire appliance is a bit heavy and wouldn’t be the best choice if you can on moving it from room to room frequently. Baby is still adjusting to the swing and doesn’t immediately love it yet. But maybe that will take time.

I bought this chair in 2018 while pregnant but had a miscarriage. It was stored in the house in the future baby’s room. It was still in the box until this summer when I finally gave birth to my first child. We loved it and used it for 5 month and them the chair just stopped moving, no swinging anymore. For that price I was expecting it would last much longer !!! Very disapointed

Just purchased and received Thursday. That night half an hr after putting our 1 month old baby in and swinging it started smelling very hot and getting noisy then all th lights started flashing and wouldn't turn back on. After sitting for a hr turned back on and worked for about another half an hr. Not at all happy with purchase especially after reading the reviews. Would not suggest to get if you want something that will last.

I bought this swing on March 12, 2023 for my baby girl who wasn’t born then. She’s 6 months old and i barely used this swing twice and the motor suddenly stopped working. It can now be used just as a removable rocker and NOT as a a swing. I am very disappointed with this purchase and appreciate Graco to look into this matter and fix it.

Bought this while pregnant in madden. Had the baby, the first swing music stopped working and making loud noises. contacted graco jumped through hoops to get a new one through warranty. In order to get it i had to ship the old one back then wait for them to send another. I did that i hadn't got a update so i contacted them to see why, “they didn't have that print available” but they never contacted me to see about anything i had to contact them as i was going without a swing. They offered this pattern after i contacted them. I took it. Finally got new swing. set it up the FIRST time we turned it on the swing is making loud noises grinding gears. Contact graco again. Oh yea they hear it too but this swing is out of stock they cant replace it they offer me another swing that does not have the same features, but once again i have to send their junk back before they send out another. I told them i wasn't satisfied with the other swing it does not have same features. They offer a refund finally but idk when it will be issued and of course i have to send the broken on back before they do anything. Its quite frustrating i cant do anything with a broken swing and its now been months. Im not satisfied with graco swings at all.

Bought this for a baby shower in June for my daughter. She had the baby in August. Within in 3 weeks the unit squealed and days later it stopped completely. Called customer service could not even talk with an actual person until I filled out a form. Customer service informed me to send back the base unit and the cost of postage was on me. So disappointed in the company for not honoring their products. I have bought so many Graco products for all my grandchildren. This will be the last product.

I got this swing for my baby shower, we’ve used it maybe 5 times and the fan or something inside of it keeps making really loud noise… of course I threw away the warranty on it while super excited putting t together. Don’t understand why it would be doing this especially with literally almost no use

Bought this 3 months ago and now is not working. Panel keeps flashing blue. Sucks because for the price you pay, the swing breaks way before you’re done using it :(

I bought this swing 5 months ago and now the swings lights are blinking blue and the swing will not move.

I received this as a gift and we love it!! The swing works really well. The vibrating seat works wonders to help soothe our little one, but I have noticed that after the battery was changed the lighter vibration was not working as well as before so we only use the heavier vibration setting so our little one can be soothed. Other than the chair vibration becoming less powerful the swing is a definite must have!! I love that the seat can be multidirectional, the swing has so many different options to find the best motion to soothe, and if not attached to the swing base the seat is a great rocker!!

My baby is 2 months and I wished I would have read the reviews of the swing not working. the buttons just flash blue and the swing turns off . Makes a lot of loud noises and hard to get it to work again. Waste of money so expensive just for it to last me a month

Just purchased, I had my daughter on August 12th three day's into using the swing a high pitch squealing noise appeared and has since gotten louder. We are unable to use any of the swing settings accept for the "circle" icon now with the awful noise and overall jerky movements the swing now makes. Very sad especially considering the price on this swing.

First time of use and it was already making the squeaky sound. We brushed it off as it wasn’t that bad. After 4 weeks it’s acting like it’s bogged down and is super jerky when going up and down. It’s so bad it wakes the baby. We only use 1 setting that just goes back and fourth. For 200 I want to use all settings. Very dissatisfied

My husband and I are so glad we purchased this swing. It doesn't make too much noise and baby is very comfortable. We think he likes the independence from being held all the time. It gives us enough time to eat or do household chores. Speaker could be better.

After using our Sooth my Way swing for only 2 weeks it began to make loud high pitch squeaking sounds. Now a week later and it sounds truly horrible and is no longer suitable for use in the house anymore. For over $200 from a brand name like Graco we expected much better build quality and life expectancy of the swing. Which is all very unfortunate because the baby loves this swing.

Bought this from a friend and after 6 months of not much use the swing no longer with move and all the buttons just flash. Nothing I do gets it going again. Pretty frustrated as I've had other swings that lasted much longer.

Just bought yesterday as final sale because I saw the stars, but so horrified to have spent $200 on a product everyone is saying broke down on them 3-6 months in. MAMMAS MY QUESTION IS THIS: 1. Is there anyone out there who used the product constantly and it is still working for you 3- 6 months later? As in it didn’t break down, it didn’t start to squeak, and it didn’t start getting all jerky. 2. What did you do when the product broke down on you? Did Greco replace it or did they give you a difficult time? And how many times were you able to replace it? Unfortunately can not return or exchange it to the store. 3. Of Greco did replace your product, the warranty is good for how long? I’m so disappointed. Spending $200 for a swing one would think it would be too if the line and would last throughout the years. My sister still has hers from 10 years ago. I am staying away from all Greco products and wish I could return this.

The sounds, motions, and portability have been like having a magician newr to soothe, comfort, entertain, and support baby. Once baby weighs about 10 pounds and starts kicking and wiggling, they can start to bounce slightly that makes the mobile jiggle just enough to entertain. Great mobile because of the ring can have additionally items to attach or unattached to keep the learning and entertainment going. Love it! Only flaw, the rocker doesn’t rock on its own.

We purchased the swing in January 2023 it is now April and the swing stops and won't trun on. At first it was amazing all the cool features and my baby girld loves it. She is able to sleep so soundly and comfortable. She is only 4 months old barley weighs 15 pounds and the swing has given out. There is nothing we have done or anyone has done for the swing to stop working. It seems as the gears or what ever makes it go side to side and up and down get stuck. You can hear like they try to get unstuck but then it shuts off and doesn't adjust or nothing. Even after unplugging it nothing was fixed. We had to forcefully make the swing go one way for it to get unstuck. Then it'll turn on and adjust itself but as soon as your turn it on any setting it'll get stuck. Anyway just becarful, save your receipt and hopefully Graco fixes this becuase I've tried reaching out to them and unfortunately I'm out $200 dollars. We've purchased the 4 moms mamaroo bassinet as it sways and moves similar and our baby is able to sleep soundly once again. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else becuase it's very unfortunate and in the economy it's not easy to spend so much money on things that don't last.

We bought this swing and while our daughter loves it, it squeaks terribly loud. I’ve tried contacting customer care to get a replacement motor and Graco customer service is the absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with. Now our Graco car seat is malfunctioning. Graco isn’t what it used to be and I’ll never purchase another product from them after this experience. They do not care about the customer.

Absolutely loved this swing and my baby did too, but it’s lasted three months and now it does nothing. when you click the power button all the lights just flash blue and it does nothing else. I was gifted it and did not keep the gift receipt, but am so disappointed that this expensive swing didn’t last longer.

Our 6 week old is obsessed and loves hanging out in his rocker swing combo. All the different functions are great and perfect for soothing.

I’m the most indecisive person ever so picking any baby items for my registry took forever, but the swing took the longest as in my eyes it was one of the most important items to choose. I spent HOURS researching different swings, reading reviews, watching videos and more. I am so glad I went with this one. I was a little nervous about some of the negative reviews about the noise it makes and the quality of the music, but ultimately picking this one was for-sure the best option for me. Pros: 1. You can just take off the top part and use it as a rocker so you don’t need to buy two separate items. This was important to me so that I could take her around the house with me (shower, etc..) 2. So many different settings for movement. I just realized that if I put the top part (rocker) sideways it added even more ways to move. (Should have read that in instructions). 3. Doesn’t take up much space at all. 4. Very soft and comfortable for baby. 5. Reasonable price considering it’s a swing and rocker. Cons: 1. It is a little bit loud, not enough to bother me or my baby but all babies respond differently to noises. I just don’t think it’s loud enough to not get it for that reason only. 2. The music option is not the best, the songs are actually quite bad and don’t sound so good. The other sound options isn’t too bad though, and I do use that. Either way, It’s not too much of a problem for me as a I have a sound machine anyway, and you can always play anything on your phone so it should be the thing that keeps you from buying this great swing. 3. The pad has some fuzz balls already. Again, easy fix with fabric shaver. Anyway, to me the pros absolutely outweigh the cons. I just recommended it to my pregnant best friend and might just buy it for her for her baby shower. I’ll keep recommending it as it’s a great product.

I have 4 kids and we got this baby swing for my 4th and it's the worst one by far. If I could give this swing negative stars I would. I worked okay for about a month maybe a little longer but was never a smooth swing and now it gets jammed or misses the gears inside. I'm not sure what its doing but it stops working atleast 1 time per day. I have to take the chair off and force it to move until it catches and starts working on its own. If my baby is in it and she kicks or moves alot it will stop working as well. My daughter is 8 months old and we have had issues with this swing for 5-6 months. It's an absolute piece of crap.

We bought our swing about a month ago and used it every night all night long. One night the lights flashed blue and then stopped working. Our baby will only sleep if she is being rocked…that’s why we spent the extra money on a product that would do it for me. Not thrilled that it but the dust after just a month.

This is basically the Graco version of the 4Moms swing and man, does it deliver! So many options for movement, speed and direction. Plus the seat can vibrate! Everyone that’s seen this has been just as impressed as I was! If you’re looking for an affordable version of this type of product, don’t snooze on the Soothe My Way!

Bought this for my grandson and we all love it. It has a smaller footprint so works really well in small spaces and the removable seat is a bonus!

Soft comfortable seat for baby, incline is perfect, the motions sway smoothly. The music selection could be better. The music volume could be better as well. Even on the lowest volume it’s pretty loud.

Works well with our little one. She doesn't like to be put in it unless she's already asleep but it'll give us a good 1-2 hours once she's out. We had to remove the infant insert once she reached 10 pounds which I thought was weird. Overall, I would buy again.

This is a super bulky swing and also very loud. Not a fan of it at all. I wish I could return it but I threw out the box after assembling.

Amazing, very helpful for myself in height. Great position for baby to put while asleep, not all options were great at times have a rough start when changing options, if you take away little rocker just vibrates and not great at rocking. Music was nuce has many options

I like the swing more than my baby does. It has a lot of different settings, but I think my baby preferred a regular swing or away motion. We are hoping baby will grow to like it. The music settings were a bit disappointing as well.

After about 6 months of nearly everyday use the soothing swing stopped working. At the time I did Not detach the rocker there was no use my baby only used the swing for short periods of time. I really Liked the swing until it stopped working.

I would just like to be contacted for help fixing the issue so i can give a 5 star review! This swing jerks while going up and down and i’m very disappointed because of how much i paid for what was supposed to be a great quality, soothing swing!

My newborn tends to get bored during the day, this swing keeps him entertained! Also gives me time to get the house cleaned up a bit:) I only get the best for my baby boy. I love the fact that I can take the seat with me if I leave the room, so helpful!

My daughter loved it, it was the best was for us to get her to sleep. But it broke at two and a half months, and she didn’t use it the first two weeks! She got about 8 weeks of useage out of it. I emailed customer service for Graco and tried to return to the store but they wouldn’t take it back since it was purchased in January on my registry. Such an expensive product for it to just stop turning on and working!!!

We got this swing two weeks ago, I was really excited to try it because I read good reviews about it but after using it for two weeks it started making this weird noise coming from where you change the swing motions and the noise is so loud that wakes up my baby.

I keep this on top of 4moms mama too 4 . But 1 star less for seat which small . My 4 month premis had to fold her leg to fit which supposed fit for 6 months old. And 1 star less again to make continuous noise while moving, Otherwise good quality and multifunction swing.

This swing has helped my grandson get some sleep and is a saving grace to mommy and daddy.

I have used this daily for my new born but after 5 months, the swing will not turn on. About a week ago, the push buttons would flash blue when I tried to turn it on, but now it won’t even do that. This was way too expensive to quit working in less than a year.

I love this swing but my 6 month old baby hit 19 lbs and the base broke and would not function and made the most god awful sound. I thought I'd use the chair individually and never once have I used it off the base. I wish this swing would have held up longer. We used it for months as a "holding spot" with no functionality other than just that. Good luck if you purchase it!

I had twins this March they were born 4 weeks early. Let's just say this swing has been a life saver due to I'm alone raising my twins and a 4yo, 7yo. The features are great, all the options period. I like how it sits in my place, it don't take up alot of space or have them legs you trip over. Also how my infants sit in them is nice. Cute design, like the color. Easy put together.

This swing worked great in the beginning but then stopped working after two months of use. Yikes! The last thing I want is to buy a new baby swing that I’ll only use for a short time longer but it’s a necessity .

I bought this the beginning of December, it went well until my dog chewed the chord. I hopped on this site to order a replacement, it wasn’t offered so I emailed them and asked to buy one they informed me the cord wouldn’t be available for purchased till August, I explained to them my child would most likely out grow the swing before august, I could not wait and think it was ridiculous they don’t offer a replacement cord when the swing does not run on batteries. They said send in a video of it not working and we will warranty the motor, so think the warranty motor may come with a cord I do as they said and two weeks later I received the motor with NO cord so I am out $200. Do not recommend.

I really like all the different settings for movement this swing offers. Seems to be comfortable for our son. There are a few things that I do not like: 1. The swing should be less noisy. 2. Movement isn’t as smooth as it should be. The swing shakes a little as it swings. 3. It’s so hard to get the rocket out of the base. It’s a hassle that we don’t like to fool with, which is a shame because now I’m looking into buying a separate rocker/bouncer. If we have another baby, I think we will end up buying a different swing that doesn’t have the cons outlined above. Overall the swing is ok, but there are better options out there for the price.

I love this swing! All of the options are the best feature of this swing. My son actually prefers to be in his swing more then being held. It really helps to calm him down for his little cat naps. I do work from home so it is nice to be able to pull the chair off and use it as a rocker. The only complaint I have, is that the swing now makes a loud screeching type noise. We’ve tried each of the different motion options. The noise is louder on some of the options and quieter on others. But, unfortunately the noise is present with all of the swing movements. We’ve only been using this swing for a little less than 4 weeks, so it is disappointing that this is happening already.

I loved this swing amd used it daily. BUT I’ve only used it for 5 months and the motor already died.

Swing will start but stops half way. The light start blinking blue. Changed speed because son is bigger. No success.

Both my daughters love this swing but it has become extra loud after 3 months of use. Loud and squeaky. Also it’s hard to adjust from sitting up to laying down you need both hands.

This swing is amazing for newborns and smaller babies. My baby is 3 months old at 19 lbs and the swing is starting to lag and make a knocking noise. He was a NICU baby so hes only been using the swing for 2 months. He has outgrown the weight limit for the rocker part of it and honestly not a single time have we used it that way but I loved having the option to do so. All our Graco products are amazing, I just wish we would have gotten more use out of this swing. I would recommend it still!

This swing was great for about 7 or 8 weeks. After that, the movement got very jerky, even without any weight in it. Very disappointed to have spent so much for it to barely last 2 months.

It is a beautiful rocker and swing,i love that the rocker is removable and also there are various speed levels. My baby loves it and it keeps her calm.

I wanted to love this swing. But, after using it now for a few months, I’m regretting the purchase. Pros: It’s compact. Much smaller than the typical swing. It doubles as a rocker Fabric is washable Multiple position swinging motions Multiple seat adjustments, from laying flat to sitting up. Love the taupe and rose colored fabric Toys are adorable Several different swinging motions White noise is nice Cons: It doesn’t give force of a typical swing, and baby doesn’t sleep as long in it. The seat adjustments are extremely difficult to adjust, you need two hands to adjust. It’s loud when you adjust the seat. Removing rocker is difficult, you have to stand on swing base to pull it. Otherwise you’re lifting the entire unit. My baby isn’t very comfortable in seat, not much padding. Even though the unit is electric you need batteries for vibrator. The rocker, is more of a seat. Doesn’t rock smoothly. Overall- I’m wishing I would’ve gone with a typical swing.

This was especially helpful when big brothers want to wake the finally sleeping baby, I would just move baby to a separate room. I bought this from Amazon UK at the weekend and had it delivered yesterday. My daughter really enjoyed it initially but when I went to remove them from the seat I had to cut the safety harness in multiple places as the release mechanism failed and would not release, following cutting the safety straps I could not release the buckle without using a significant amount of force, I am confident to say that I could not release my child without having to cut the straps which as a new parent was not an experience I enjoyed or would want others to experience. Once removed a small piece of the plastic latch had broken. I am disappointed as this seems like a good product let down by a safety feature. Amazon UK did not have any more in stock and only offered a partial refund or exchange for a lesser quality item from a different brand - from looking online Graco do not supply spares to the UK, disappointed.

After much consideration and testing through a friend, I went with the soothe my way swing with removable bouncer. I couldn't constantly be rocking the baby but the bouncer is perfect. It reacts to their movements. However, if your little one prefers to be rocked, than this is great. Love it!

Was looking for a dual use item and this fit what i was looking for. A swing and a detachable rocker!

This was purchased for our grandson. His parents loved it as much as he did! Baby fits into the seat with just a slight incline which helps great for spit ups. You can remove the seat from the base and use it separately. When used this way it still has a vibrating function but you do have to manually rock it that's what you want. When on the full base, there are so many different motion options to use along with music or noise machine. Great swing to use for short naps while someone is in the area, not recommended for overnight sleep.

It comes in handy when she's tired of us & wants a break lol She just relaxes in her comfy swing and drifts off in relaxation land. Although it seemed my baby grew out of this quickly, he loved it. At times it was the only place he would sleep. Loved that you could take it apart as a rocker for easy travel around the house or even outside. This was a big hit in our house.

I cannot recommend the peace and sanity a good baby swing can have on a parent. Love this as much as my little girl loves rocking in it.

I have used this for my son when he is 2 months old, whenever he is crying and feeling uncomfortable this is the place he will be put and believe it or not he will go calm within few minutes. Except the price, all other features are great and good to have.
