Phenomenal customer service
I purchased a bed rail at an auction thinking I was saving money. The description indicated it was new and no parts were missing. Unfortunately, I didn't check the box within the seven day return policy of the auction and by the time I did, I noticed the hardware necessary to make the bed rail work, was missing. I reached out to Dream On Me, Inc and they were simply phenomenal in their customer service. While I didn't purchase the bed rail in a manner that required them to honor any type of warranty, they were absolutely willing to send me free of charge the necessary pieces I will need to keep my grandson safe in his bed. I wholeheartedly appreciate their willingness to work with me. This is what customer service is all about. Sadly with another company where I had a similar issue with missing pieces, they weren't willing to help me at all. Thank you to Dream On Me, Inc. for their commitment to their product.

General caution about mesh bed rails
We used a mesh bed rail for a bit and while it did prevent falls, it wasn’t tall enough for our mattress and our kid started climbing over it by 18 months.
