Five stars from a mom of 5! After going through so many different versions of baby gear swings, we finally landed on one that has lasted us through five little ones! I think this combination has been the most useful. It’s always been easy to clean for those unexpected messes, easy to move around when you need to, and absolutely will rock a baby to sleep like magic. As an every day thing, I couldn’t recommend it more!

I used this swing for both of my kids and loved it. Being able to turn it without turning the base was very helpful because sometimes my kids wanted to swing front to back instead of side to side. You could also take the swing part off the base but my kids preferred swinging. Easy to clean. Not too loud. My kids enjoyed the music it played. It was durable enough to last through my 2 kids and some cousins. I would definitely recommend this swing.

This 2-in-1 is amazing; assembly was super simple and the materials feel high-quality and durable. This product i have for my newborn daughter and our does so many things. You can use it off the swing as a seat . It vibrates, plays music, has a timer , its not too big so it don't take alot of room for it. So easy to clean, just take it off and pop it in the washer. It has seat belts on the chest and legs so it doesn't make them feel confined. And last but not least the seat adjusts on 3 different levels for newborn, crawler, and sitter. This swing is everything a parent needs. I know I love mine. I recommend this to every parent.

I absolutely loved this swing! It was so nice not needing to purchase 2 different items and having them take up more room in our little living room. My little guy loved nap time in his swing while I could get something done around the house. It’s super easy to put together, detach the seat and function! The only thing I wish is that the seat was a little larger other than that it was a great purchase!

It’s durable and the assembly process wasn’t too bad and it’s safe for my baby to use and not really portable but comfortable! Would definitely use again .

The comfort level on this is crazy! So comfortable, my baby loves this and its the only thing she willingly let me put her in. I would recommend this very much, good durability.

This thing is great! There’s so many safely features that are absolutely amazing. This swing and rocker is actually very stable, and it’s just very good quality. I would say it was pretty easy to put together, so don’t let that scare you away.

The only swing we used with both of my kids! It will swing both ways front to back and side to side. You can take the seat part off and use it just as a bouncy seat. It’s fairly easy to travel with, I loved because i knew they would be safe and comfortable even when we weren’t home.

Wonderful for helping keep baby calm and to asssist with falling asleep for infants that require heavy swaying. My son loved being in it when I wasn’t able to hold him.

My little cousin has this swing and she LOVES it! It always soothes her and is priced SO dairy (unlike some other overpriced swings). Whenever Meadow is fussing, this puts her right to sleep and calms her down

My favorite! My son absolutely loved this and would always fall asleep in it. It was super comfy. It plays some really nice music and you can adjust the volume. I’m definitely keeping this around.

An absolute life saver for my family! This swing can swing back and forth, sideways and detaches from the swing to become a rocker. My baby enjoyed quite a few “observed” naps in this swing. There are several sound/music options to keep baby entertained. Overall, I would 100% recommend this swing to anyone!

We love this swing so much. It was so portable and it was easily to assemble. It was really quiet. We also love the feature that it could be taken off and turn into a walker and you could rock it back-and-forth and you could take it from one end to the house to another and it’s also very portable. It’s very quiet you hardly hearit. Make noise.

If you have a baby or you have a great birth, believe me! You will love this swing, the movements are smooth and it is so cozy that I think they feel that they are in your arms, the rotating toys really help and it is not heavy at all for you to carry it for you, it is a little big but for me that is fine.

This swing and rocker works wonderfully for babies. I love that it can come off to turn into what I would call a bouncer chair. My daughter is almost one and still likes to sit in the bouncer like a chair sometimes. It’s very easy to move around, and it really is a must have when you have a baby. Got this for one of our ferrets friends baby, she is enjoying it, it’s a well worth gift they praised a lot, I have graco stroller and used it for years now its been used by my friends baby but still look like new very sturdy so I have all faith and hopes for this brand and yes once again this swing chair stole the show, both parent and the baby are super happy now bought one more for my another friend. The only baby rocker you will ever need! We have used this since we came home from hospital with our daughter and she is now 4 months and we still use it ever day. I love the Graco duet, sooth swing and rocker. It’s so hard to get housework done with an infinite home, but the swinging rocker makes it a little easier. She’ll usually fall asleep on me and with this duets sooth, swinging rocker set up in our living room, it’s an easy transition to pick her up and put her right in, the light swing mode. It was easy to assemble and very durable. It does light sounds and music and rocks gently with a couple different settings. My little ones take a nice nap in it. 

Loved using this with my youngest. It was easy to put together, felt durable and sturdy, and was very soft and plushy for my baby. I like the safety features as well. Would definitely recommend to any parents out there looking for a soothing rocker for their babies!

This was a nice swing I liked how it in clipped from the bar and you could use on the ground like a rocking chair. It swings side to side which I liked for gassy baby. It is on the wide size so a bigger size room or space is needed

We absolutely love this swing, still using it and baby is almost a year old. The removable chair has been a staple for me being a SAHM, I wouldn’t have been able to use the bathroom/take showers without being able to bring baby everywhere with me.

This was a great purchase. Included an automatic rocker with white noise. Also provides safety belts to strap the baby in. Very durable but it did take up a good portion of space which was the only down side.

I used the Graco DuetSoothe Swing & Rocker for both of my children when they were infants. It truly is an awesome product! It is super cuddly for your infant. I loved how I could use it as a swing but if I needed I could take it apart & use it as a seat/bouncer also.

My daughter was soothed by this rocker so much as a baby’. It allowed me to get some work done. But I could not move the speed past 1 or else it would swing way too fast. They music was also not the best.

I've had and used for two months, At beginning it needs battery change! The swing immediately went back to functioning as normal. I do agree that it can be unsafe if you leave them unattended in the swing of the red light is flashing and the swing is going fast. But over all my little enjoys the swing and it's very convenient to take on the go & store

This was a must have product for us when our son was about three months old. Nothing soothed him better than this rocker. Now he just loves swinging in it!

As with all baby swings it really depends on the baby! It swings at a good speed and should keep baby entertained for a little while. Always be sure not to leave baby asleep in swings!!!

I absolutely love this swing and could not have survived the new born phase without it. But the rocker is useable, great concept but doesn’t actually work.

We loved this rocker swing combo and so did all 3 of our littles. It is super easy to connect and disconnect even while baby is sleeping. I love how it’s multi use and how you can change the direction it swings. Loved the versatility and portability!

We love the swing is incredibly smooth as no jerking whatsoever is the babies rocking. It's incredibly comfortable and cushiony but nothing unsafe about it

Loved this for the few months I was able to use it for my daughter. I didn't have enough space for a swing and a bouncer so this WAS the perfect duo however, it quit working after just a few months and we tried multiple troubleshooting tips. I eventually just gave up 🥺

This swing moves forward and back as well as side to side and you can take the rocker off for use elsewhere. We use the primary stand in our kitchen then take the rocker out on the back deck if we need a place to safely place our little one. I find it odd that the dial for swing intensity only works when you perfectly place it on a number. If you accidentally tap it between numbers the swing will stop moving entirely. Then there is a mobile that is attached by elastic which mixes only if you twist it and let go and provides maybe 10 seconds of movement tops. Overall it’s not perfect, but works well for our family.

I remember when when daughter was a baby, we used to let her fall asleep on this swing all the time. Easy to set up and babies love it. It lasted quite a while, we even used it on our second newborn.

This is a good product for when your baby is a little older. But when they are really young, it folds them in a weird uncomfortable way. It’s definitely more like a seat than if they were to lay down.

This was great when my son was 4 months an below. He's a big baby so he grew out of it fast. One downside is that my pediatrician said it can cause a flat head because of the angle but that's not for sure!

Loved this! Our baby was always to mesmerized by the swinging or swaying of the swing. The removable rocker makes it very versatile. Definitely helped when she was napping and mommy needed to shower; clicked it out and took her with. Ahhh peace of mind.

When we first brought my son home he didn’t care for anything we had for him to sleep in, except the swing. He loved when we would turn on the vibrations, and I loved that it has the music that you can play as well. He liked when we would turn it to swing front to back, instead of side to side. This is my daughter's favorite swing. She is such a large baby we didn't get to enjoy it for as long as we had hoped but this was able to instantly calm her down and put her to sleep. It was amazing. It does have a large foot print so you need space in your room for it and should move it when not in use.

This swing lasted us 3 children over 6 years. I felt like they grew out of it fast and it took up a lot of floor space. We never really used it as a rocker. I only wish the teddy bears were more colorful so they would keep my baby’s attention.

This is what I’d call a luxury swing! We had a popular trendy swing before this one and my baby hated it, I bought this and my baby immediately fell in love with! It’s so versatile! You can rotate the base, and even remove it, pop in some batteries and it’s a rocket / vibrating chair. Very easy to wash the covering too. It’s an amazing edition to our home!

My baby used to love i, i got it from my baby shower t. It’s a little bunky and take space. When they grow out you can use it as the chair and get rid of the swing. It has music and can move keeps baby entertained. We got the good use out of it

My oldest daughter had these swing when she was a baby and there’s no swing quite like it. I have a different one for our youngest baby right now because I couldn’t find this one. The swaying motion and features on this one are much better. The sound track is baby preferred and has good classical music. The baby can actually look at the objects overhead too. My daughter loved this rocker and would sleep easily in it. I also like that this isn’t another one of those USB charged devices that requires you to have a much of USB blocks at home.

I absolutely love this swing for my little. She loves it too! It swings, it can vibrate, it can play baby music, it can also play rain noises, birds chirping, noises to calm your baby down! It’s also the type where you can take it off the swing and have it as a seat so you can carry your baby room to room in it! It’s been so durable and easy to use and was very easy and fast to put together. I love this swing I recommend it to everyone who has a baby it is so worth it your baby will love it! My baby is about at the weight limit for it so I’m upset about that but we have loved it these past 9 months! (Weight limit is 30 pounds for it!)

Before our son was born we bought one of the high tech swings that has 5 or 6 different rocking motions such as “car ride”, etc., but my son not only hated this swing, but even with the newborn insert it looked like his neck was not in a good position. So I read a ton of reviews for various regular swings such as this and settled on this one due to the overall positive reviews, detachable rocker, recline function, appearance, and relatively low price. This swing has served us very well so far. My son likes it and will occasionally nap in it. The seat reclines enough to where I am not worried about his neck. The swing has 3 positions and 5 speeds, and they have been working well so far. My son is only 12 pounds right now so I’m not sure how the motor will do when he gets a lot bigger, but so far so good. I have occasionally detached the seat and used this as a rocker. As a rocker it’s okay. You have to manually rock the baby of course, but my biggest issue with the rocker is that I would typically probably want to use the vibration, but the vibration is unusable on this product. The vibration is super loud and creates a rattling sound that is super annoying. This is not a big enough deal for me to take a star off, but if the vibration is really important to you just know you won’t like using it on this product. The mobile is fine. Even though it is white and does not move, I see my son looking up at it and smiling. The sounds and music are okay. Do not expect a super high quality sound, but they are passable. What I dislike the most is that the music and sounds turn off automatically after a period of time- I wish they stayed on until I turned them off when the swing is plugged in. Otherwise a good buy, especially for the price. Portable so you can take it anywhere with you. Easy assembly not too hard or complicated. Very safe and durable. Definitely great price point

My baby enjoys the swaying motion. The assembly process was easy. There are chest and waist straps to keep baby safe. Sound system is decent. Really hugh swaying function when switched to the max level. We did have to replace the motorhead once. Seems that is a common problem.

If you are on the fence about buying this swing, buy the swing. If you don’t think you need this swing, buy this swing. This product was the only thing that my newborn would lay in without screaming and crying. The music is calming and the seat is safe and sturdy for babies up to 30 lbs. This came in a decent size box , because it’s a bouncer/swing I thought it would be bulky but on the contrary, this is super portable for on the go . The bouncer is at a perfect height to have near you at a safe distance . The print is unisex and the mobile is adorable !!! Graco website usually has a 10% or 20% making this affordable.

I really liked this swing for my baby. It has built in music and white noise options. It will swing side to side or front to back. I loved this feature because I was able to change it up. It looked very comfortable for my baby as the material was very cushiony. It is removable so I was able to wash it. The full sear is also detachable. When I needed to use the restroom, I would just take him with me. A really nice and durable swing!! I can’t wait to use it with my next baby.

We got this swing set as a baby shower gift. Oh god!! It’s the best gift ever! So my son loves this. Instant snooze button when you put him in this. But you need D batteries for thr vibration feature which is a little annoying bit still worth it. I will say after a while you need to give the swing a head start because it will click but not move which is annoying but definitely love the purchase.

Both of my kids loved this swing! I love that you can rotate the seat and change the recline. It has plenty of straps for safety which I started to use as my babies got older and rolled. It broke down easily to store for the next baby.

As a first-time parent, It was not easy to assemble it. We went crazy up and down for a day to figure out, but finally, we did it. The mechanical noise when it swings doesn't bother our baby when she's sleeping. The volume can increase and decrease as needed to entertain our baby or to smooth her to fall asleep. Our baby actually gets proper sleep being in it during the day rather than putting her down in our bed/bassinet. The swinging motion is adequate. I like its safety features with the traps to keep the baby safe. The mobile part broke when we accidentally moved it from downstairs to upstairs, but we DIY other mobile with stuff animals. It doesn't rotate, but it's not a big deal. We love the fact that you can rotate the swing, and you can plug it in. This is such a lifesaver to keep our baby entertained for about 30 mins, so we can enjoy our lunch time together, or I can wash bottles! Highly recommend this for new parents!

I will literally recommend this to every mom! This is the only thing that my baby never hates! I can actually get stuff done when I put him in this. It has straps to buckle your baby in so you don’t have to worry about them falling out. It was very easy to put together! You also can take the seat part off and it become a little bouncer thing you can bring anywhere in the house easily! I’ve used this almost everyday for 4 months and it still works perfect.

This is the only swing that would comfort my baby, I had previously purchased a over priced over hyped plug in seat and it didn't exactly phase my child at all. The first day I sat this up he fell asleep in it, he really didn't like swings or seats but this was the only one that worked, it has a top that can come off and be used as a bouncer it's very versatile, you can use batteries for outside or on the go, even camping it's portable. I loved it.

It is a good duet. My first kid did not like this duet. I never returned it and i am glad i kept it because my second kid enjoyed way too much. So it totally depends on your kid's mood. It does have soothing music. And the swing has different speeds.

This swing is super nice. It legit took me & my husband a solid 5 hours to assemble. The tubes with the push in buttons had 2 of them slid out of their hole & down in to the tube. I had to use my Cricut tools & need nose pliers to get them out, which took about 2 hours alone, not even kidding. My husband was in the middle of contacting graco to let them know we needed a replacement part when I finally got it. Assembly is not easy & you will get angry—I suggest making your non pregnant spouse put together. 🤣 also, a little annoying that the batteries are not included. I bought a 4 pack thinking it would be enough before it arrived. You need 5 D size batteries. Other than that, the swing & bouncer/rocker are very nice!!

Used the exact same swing for my son 6 years ago (Different physical swing but same type) and never had issues. Super disappointing, usually love graco products but now I don’t know.

I wish the mobile actually spun around & there was a slower rocking setting appropriate for a NB. The vibration feature also doesn’t work.

The swing worked for two years. We recently had another baby so pulled the swing out of storage and it will not work. It worked prior to storage! The light stays on but no swinging action or music. Incredibly disappointing.

this was given as a gift at my grandsons baby shower. The power cord shorted out, we decided to put batteries in it and as soon as we did the swing went fast and music was static. within 2 minutes we smelt something hot and like chemicals. At my baby’s last check up she weighed 15lbs, well yesterday he swing stopped working…..I’ve literally had this thing for 5 months. All of the major products I own for my baby are Graco, if this is an indicator of the quality of their products I need to consider other options. This swing should not have died after 5 months. This swing was a babyshower gift. Once I got everything setup and ready to get it to working. Nothing worked. I tried two different types of batteries. I also tried the wall plug as well. I was ready for my son to enjoy this and now he can’t cause it doesn’t work.

Incredibly disappointed with Graco. Brand new swing was sent to me with a missing part. Contacted customer service and they told me that I have to disassemble the swing and return it, then purchase a new one. The recommended I “use a crib or other seat instead” since I told them that at 34 weeks pregnant I cannot disassemble and carry this massive swing to be returned. I begged for them to help me find a solution and they continued to tell me to return the swing, once I am able (aka after the baby comes). Basically, by the time I would get a new swing, the baby won’t even need it. Graco should be ashamed of their customer service. It is ridiculous that the brand new swing came without a part and they won’t send me the missing part unless I return and buy a new swing. I will never be using Graco again, if this is how they treat their customers.

I received this as a gift at my baby shower in June. My baby was born in August. It worked fine until December when it just quit working. We tried plugging it into different outlets and using batteries, but the swing just stopped working. I reached out to the company, but in order to "help" with the issue, they require so much information, including purchase info (it was a gift...) and a video of the problem. So I have to video a swing just sitting there? Just seems cheap for the price to only work for a few months. Find a company that offers better quality products and better customer services.

Sounds like this is something that happens frequently. We've purchased a new AC adapter and that was not the problem. We also tried with batteries and its not working with batteries either. My baby isn’t even a month old and I’ve replaced the batteries in the vibrating part of the seat multiple times now only for it to work for a couple of hours and then stop again. The batteries aren’t dead I can use them in other things and it works fine. The vibrating isn’t as strong as it was the first couple of days either. My son doesn’t like to swing and really preferred the vibrating so we can’t really use it anymore. Sucks that I spent almost $299 for something that’s now useless.

Received this as a shower gift this past February. Weve been using the rocker more ofter but we just tried to plug it in and the motor is shot. The green light is really faint and then turns off. For the cost of this product you would think that it would last longer then 5-6 months. Really disappointed.

i’ve now had two of these and both times something happened to where it’s like the swing isn’t “in gear” so to speak, the motor doesn’t actually move the swing and ut just stays stationary

We should have read the reviews before purchasing this swing :/ my baby isn’t even 10 pounds yet and it seems like the motor just blew out. It’s been plugged in ever since we set it up and it worked great for about 2 weeks and now it’s shot and it looks like we’ll be out another couple hundred trying to replace it. Really disappointed

We received this swing as a gift and put it together 28 days ago. While it started out wonderfully, it really struggles to keep swinging now and makes a loud clicking noise. I have to give it a little push every now and then to keep it going. My baby only weighs 13 pounds so I’m not sure why the swing is struggling so much to keep momentum.

This swing was purchased as a gift for my brother when my niece was already 4 months old. She loved this swing and I was excited that they would be using it for their second child who just arrived. The swing is only a little over a year old and it has stopped working. We've even bought another plug thinking it may just be the adapter, but no luck! This was NOT a cheap swing and should last for years. I'm a mother of 4 who has had every Graco product made and am very disappointed the quality has changed since my kids were little.

I bought this swing for my son 2 months ago and he never got to use it. The first swing I received was defective and wouldn’t swing, the Graco representative swore it was the motor and sent me another one. After installing the new motor it still wouldn’t move! Total inconvenience. My son never used it because it didn’t work! Save your money and do no buy this product you will be highly disappointed

My newborn at first wasn’t interested in it but until she was 6 weeks old she loved it and was the only time I was able to do stuff around the house while keeping an eye on her. After the 4th time using it, it stopped working! I tried new batteries, different plug outlet and nothing, no light on. Tried to see if it got disconnected and nope still intact. This really is a disappointment because she loved it.

Love the swing for my grandson & he loves it to, the music pits him right to sleep..but right away had an issue with the motor, grateful I was able to replace it for free.. received the new motor and now there is a clicking sound when it rocks which wakes him up. So not very pleased with that & not sure if it can be replaced for free again.

It’s unfortunate that this swing is almost $200 and Graco only guarantees it’s used for one year. I was gifted this swing in 2022 and my daughter used it for about six months before she grew out of it. So technically, I’ve had this swing for a couple years but only got six months use out of it. I tried to use it for baby number two and it will not turn on from one day to the next It just stopped working. My son is three weeks old he didn’t get the chance to use it at all. I called customer service and the best they can do is have me purchase a new motor.

This product was such a pain to put together almost caused a divorce I was so flabbergasted but the cheap quality that was put into this and the terrible direction and even worse pictures in the instructions

This is my 2nd swing in 5 months . First one same concept but did not swing front to back only side to side so I purchased another. No issues for about 2 months now it makes a god awful annoying click when swinging . Works fine just the click ! Love that it's two in 1 just stinks that it makes this noise .

Do not buy !! I have used graco swings in the past and was always reliable but this year I have bought 4 DIFFERENT SWINGS OF THIS EXACT MODEL . All 4 motors have went out and stopped working after a week of using the swing . I kept hoping if I returned the swings it would fix my problem but are currently one swing number 4 and my newborn was born on 1/2/24. I’ve tried to get ahold of customer service with no luck ! My husband and I were gifted this at our baby shower by a friend. We just put it together and built it D the plug in that goes into the wall broke in half! We were able to tape it together, the green light turned on, but then all it makes is a loud humming noise. used this swing for my son in 2021 and he loved it. stored it for a year + and brought it out recently to use for my daughter, put it together (Which was NOT easy since we had to use tools to pop out the attachment buttons- poor design IMO) and it won't turn on. Purchased a replacement motor and a replacement A/C adapter just in case (paid for shipping, etc). The new motor also doesn't work - both plugged in OR with batteries. NADA. SO, somehow there is something faulty with the swing altogether?? Customer service chat says I have to buy a new swing. HA! Bought for my niece when she would come visit. I stored it away properly after only a month using it and now assembled it and connected everything and tried using it for my daughter and the green light won’t turn or , made sure the cable inside the metal frame was connected and nothing. We should have read reviews before ordering this ahead of our son’s arrival. He’s 16 weeks old and 13.5# now. We started using this swing at 8 weeks old and for approximately two hours per week. None of the electronics for the swing work anymore and the rocker is no longer sturdy enough to trust it to not drop our 13.5# child. $180 / 16 hours of use = $11.25 per hour before it was no longer structurally sound and all electronics failed. It’s really sad to learn that a significant number of people have been having the same problems with this product for years with no remedy to the actual design flaws. It’s not responsible in the least bit for a company to strategically generate landfill waste for profit like this.

The one sound everyone knows is a warm summer night with crickets and frogs,, missing sounds.... Mobile does not move on its own. A lesser unit than what I bought 3 years ago for first grandchild. Would have paid 3x for all the features my grandchild deserves.

My kids could not nap without this swing. It has a three-point harness for safety. It folds in half so it is portable. The assembly was harder than most, but very worth it and it is very durable because it will hold a good amount of a decent amount of weight and still raw very high side sidewithout making noise I think it’s my favorite toy that I got for my kids

The cover of the swing is removable, it can be washed in the car in a gentle mode, at first we ate in an armchair in this, we had to wash it often. The fabric of the seat cover is very soft (velvet). Small soft toys hang above the chair. Throw swing was an absolute lifesaver when my son was between 4-8 months old!! He absolutely loved it and it always put him to sleep. I was finally able to put him down to her a few things done! The only thing that I didn’t like was that the swinging was a little louder than most swings.

My son sleeps on this very comfortably. It can vibrate and make music that your baby will love. It's very convenient because when the baby is lying on it, I can clean it up and keep an eye on the baby because it's very light and can be moved around the house.

A wonderful device that helped a lot in the first year of the baby's life. At first we used it as a cradle. This bassinet has different rocking speed modes, you can also turn on music, white noise and more. And when the baby grew up, we already classified it as just a sunbed. It was very easy to remove, light and comfortable. There are also safety belts so you don't have to worry about the baby falling out.

This swing works and does what it's supposed to. It plays music and has a vibrating seat also has several swing speed settings. My only problem with it is the base is pretty big which takes up a lot of space and makes it hard to move.

I enjoyed this swing for my baby, as I was seeking a feasible replacement for the Fisher-Price Rocker that I loved! The cord could have been longer, but otherwise, the swing setting options and music were nice features.

I got this as a gift from my Baby shower. I wish I could say I loved it but unfortunately it broke two days after using it. We tried emailing the company and never received an email back. Very sad because I love graco products.

so we bought this before we had our first and turned out she hated it. she did not like the rocking forward and back and she didn’t care for the swinging side to side. but i will say that we kept the rocker for our second and he loves it but we don’t attach it to the swing because he hates to swing

I heard this product is good, but I have never tried it. My friend bought it for her baby so I don’t know how much she bought. It’s so comfort for baby to make her sleep easily.

We enjoyed this for my son. I do like that it comes apart to be a bouncer, that’s how we mostly used it. He didn’t care for the swing function.

I used the swing for both of my babies. I first bought it in 2021 and still using today for my second! Both loved it. Easy to put together. I love that it is a 2 in 1 so I didn’t need to buy a bouncer and a swing. It isn’t too loud - just has a ticking that you would hear from a wall clock. I find it comforting. I also love the bouncer. It rocks so you don’t need to keep it going manually too often like others.

I bought this and had high hopes for it. Been using it a couple months now and the motor has died already. My little one and I are incredibly disappointed with this product. She was loving this swing up until this. For the price you pay Graco products should be more dependable than this. Improve your products parents and kids rely on these swings for relaxation and sanity.

We received this as a baby shower gift for my granddaughter (who was born a month premature, the day after the shower!), and it was a God send! She loved it. My niece will be visiting from Australia with her 4 month old son, so we're loaning it to her for while she's here, to soothe his sensitive tummy and jet lag!

We recieved one of these as a gift when our son was born. He used the heck out of it. We decided to sell it because he didn't enjoy it anymore, only to find out we were having our little girl. We tried outer swings and hated them so we bought another one of these. She is going on 7 months now and uses it daily. I don't know why there are so many reviews about this swing having so many issues. We have never had one issue with two different swings. My kids loved them and my daughter is 18lbs now and it doesn't miss a beat. Even with her and a blanket dragging on the flore lightly it still swings fine.

This product is great, baby loves it, had for bout 8 months, but the on off switch just recently stayed on even in off mode, now it don't swing. I Ordered a new motor, cause there's no replacement switch to order, hope the new motor works,

Fast shipping, easy to assemble, understandable instructions, my son loves the swinging part. So I’m glad it swings on its own. A bit pricey, but great investment as it will last me a long time. Definitely worth it!

Perfect multipurpose swing to soothe and entertain baby

We got this for my first baby born end of 2023. The swing worked great and my son liked it. When he outgrew it, we disassembled it and put it in storage. My daughter was born end of 2025 and when we assembled it and went to turn it on it simply won’t turn on, it doesn’t work with batteries or with the power cord. We ordered the new motor head direct from Graco and that would not turn on either. It wouldn’t even play the sounds. However the vibration in the bouncer still works. We have read the manual over and over to see where we might be missing something or where something may have gone wrong but we can’t find anything. We are disappointed in this product. For the price we expected to be able to use it for multiple babies. And of course we are now outside of the 1-year warranty so there is no way to get a replacement product. I won’t be buying new Graco products again if the warranty expires before i can even use the product for more than one baby. I don’t know what to do with it except throw it in the landfill, what a waste because it looks brand new.

Got under 5 uses out of this before suddenly broken. Worked with customer care to reach a solution & even with getting every extra part, it would not work. They said there was nothing more that could be done. So disappointing they do not stand by their products

My cousin has this swing and my daughter loved it and we also were gifted for our baby shower as well and my wife and I set it up finally months later building it was easy and the light turns on but no sound played and it doesn’t swing at all it shows that the electric is working every thing is connected properly I tried batteries as well and same issue I dont recommend at all

I went with the duetsooth because I had the Graco Simply Sway for my other baby. After 6 months the motor quit working on that one. I figured bigger " better" higher weight limit= last longer. NOPE! Its been less than 3 months and the motor is yet again dead! I should have known to BUY THE INSURANCE! My advice is if you get ANY Graco swing pay for the insurance.

Love the swing, but whyyyy does it have a clicking noise?! I see other reviews complain of the same thing, you would think they would fix this and not ship anymore our until they do!

This is great to give mom & dad time from holding or soothing the baby. The rocking motion, vibration and music helps to sooth a cranky baby or help if baby is starting to be come spoiled. Wanting to be held all the time when a wake.

This a fantastic baby item, works well, a little challenging to put together but so worth it.

So nice I bought it twice. One for my first baby. Gave that one away. Bought a different swing for my second and quickly returned it and got this one again. I like that the swing is easily removable and Multi directional.

We were gifted this swing/rocker from our baby registry and we absolutely love it! The portable rocker portion makes it easy to move from room to room and comes with us when we visit family. It makes a convenient place to set baby down when we need to do something and he doesn’t mind one bit. The vibration mode on the rocker runs off of a battery and after 3 months of daily use we still haven’t had to replace it. Being able to change if he swings from side to side or forwards/backwards is another great perk. The built in sounds are nice as well. There are several speed settings for the swing but our baby is content with the lowest setting. He gets time in the swing pretty much every day to allow us to eat and he never complains about it. I highly recommend this product!

My little lady is super picky. She loooves this swing. It’s so soft and comfortable for her. I love that I can take it around the house with me if she’s being super fussy. All in all, love it.

After nearly 90 minutes of assembly, the product is not working. The batteries are good and the outlet plugged into is also good. The wires were plugged in correctly but in order to check it will require taking the product at least halfway apart to check. I am not confident that this is the issue. Further missing is the cover for the base tubes. But worse than this is that this product is clearly not new. It is clearly used with scratches on parts that were not discovered until well into the project assembly. There is even carpet or hair is caught in the rubber base tubes and scratches on the battery case cover and several of the swing frame. I am not sure why I was shipped a clearly used item without notification that a used product was available. I certainly did not believe I was paying for a used item and the price did not reflect such. I wish to have a new item shipped to me and a refund for this broken and used item. It should not be shipped to any other customer but I am happy to ship the parts back to you in the terrible packing condition I recieved them.

I have tried multiple swings and this one is by far the worst and that’s because it’s battery operated. We have tried regular batteries and rechargable. You have to change all the time and it burns through batteries! I do not recommend unless batteries is your only option.

I'm using this with our second child and when I put it in storage it worked fine and I took the batteries out. When I pulled it out of storage I plugged it in and put new batteries in it. And now it's not working. It's making a buzzing noise like it's trying to work. This was the best swing I've ever owned and I was hoping to use it for my son and not trash it

I received this for a baby shower gift. It absolutely didn’t work. I have tried to put batteries and the wall plug and nothing works on it.

I purchased this for my daughter's baby shower, she loves it, it's quiet and has all the right settings that she was wanting. Can't wait for the munchkin to arrive so she can use it. I will post more once the baby comes.

This is a pretty nice swing. Quiet and nice music. We like that we can take off for a bouncer too to save space. I recommend it

Our grandbaby absolutely loves the swing. She falls asleep quickly and stays asleep comfortably for long periods of time while using it. In fact, her parents are now considering purchasing one as well after seeing how well it works for her. Overall, we are extremely happy with this purchase and very glad we decided to buy it new.

This swing is stable… with other kids and pets in the home I am never worried about it tipping over. With the options to change the swing directions my baby is more comfortable since he can see us. I look the ability to remove the swing and have a rocker.

Duet soothe swing and rocker is just what I was looking for to help in caring for our grandchildren. Joyfully, there are 2 little ones and while the swing/rocker is new to our home, it is already a hit with both of them (ages 7 months and 2 months). Movement is nice, interchangeable between side to side and front to back movement. Sounds and music are nice. Haven’t used the vibration yet. No complaints about the item. Highly recommend!

It’s really great it helped me be hands free and it’s super safe, before purchasing I did think he might roll out but he’s super supported and it didn’t take as much space as I thought it would so it’s perfect especially as a first time mom!

My aunt had gotten this for when she had her baby a while back and she loved it. She gave it to me bc I didn’t have time to order one because of emergency c-section related to my type 2 diabetes. My son absolutely loves it and it still runs like it’s brand new.

Looked into a lot of swings and decided to purchase this one for my two month old. After not even 24 hours we noticed a clicking sound while it was swinging (common complaint from what I can see) then within another 24 hours the motor started making loud noises and it would no longer swing. Incredibly frustrating and ridiculous considering the price and the assembly. Contacted Graco directly. Being told to take apart the motor, mail it back, wait for them to check to see if they have another motor to send me, then re-assemble to swing once they send me the part. Really??? Should just send a whole new motor without this hassle of returning the faulty one! What a waste of time and money.

Okay so does it work? Yes it does, in terms of rocking. However what is the point of having a mobile that isn't mobile? It doesn't move lol the swing functions smoothly though. It also was outgrown within like 4 months even though our baby is small, hence the no baby in there and now used for storage until a friend can come use it for their meebofn

It is a little wonky. It makes a weird noise when it is rocking and my baby only weighs 9 pounds i am scared for how it will be when my baby does get bigger. The part where the little teddy bears hang does not move on its own and there are no lights. The detachable chair is nice but overall i feel that it is priced too high for what it’s worth and wish i would have kept looking further.

My baby just turned 5 months old and the motor is out. I turn the swing on setting 5 or 6 and it barely rocks. She weighs 11lbs. I am so disappointed in Graco and have decided against purchasing my car seat from them for this quality issue.

I bought this a week ago and I am in love with this swing. At frist I was worried when I was reading the reviews. But the motor is quite and my baby love this swing. It's really sturdy and the seat padding is nice for baby. I would recommend this swing !

Received as a baby shower gift. My baby is 3 months old and the product has stopped working already. He never used the swing on a daily basis or for prolonged periods of time. It makes no sense. This swing definitely lacks quality. I'm so disappointed it has broken already. Based on other reviews, this is a common problem. What are you going to do graco to resolve the mechanical failure? It's not fair to me as a new mom to be in this situation after only 3 months of light use.

We got this as a gift and I tried assembling it via the instructions. When I got to step 3 for attaching the legs to the seat, the metal click ins snapped off on one of them. Now I have 1 leg that snapped in as designed and one that has no way to lock in. This makes me very nervous to use this and there does not seem to be a way to safely remove the legs without breaking anything. Not sure why there isn't a button that allows safe removal if legs are attached, or why the metal piece would break upon install.

I received this swing off of my baby registry.. I chose this swing because I heard so many great reviews… I wish I could write a great review, but that’s just not the case! I’ve had this swing for just over 6 months, only have been using it for about 5… my baby boy was a preemie and only weighed 6 pounds when we brought him home after being in the NICU. Now at 6 months he’s just under 13 pounds, still small enough to be using this swing. The swing worked great at the beginning, he loved it, and so did I… but now, the motor has completely died.. I have fresh batteries in it and it’s plugged in. The green light is on, but it will not move and the sounds will not turn on… what a waste of money :( very disappointing for a trusted name like Graco to have subpar product!

Bought a few months ago for my grandson who is with me three days a week. I miss the old style swings that seemed to accommodate older babies too, but this one did ok until now at 9.5 months. He has exceeded the weight limit. I never used the rocker function. I find the seat is too heavy to lift out especially if the baby were in it. Maybe if it were lighter. Also, the seat could be more narrow with more padding. The swing is being put away until the next grand baby arrives this April where I anticipate it working just as well.
