That's a Mister Twister Sassy Shad... one of the best lures ever made. I like the chartreuse with black back. They catch everything. The saltwater version lasts longer but the freshwater ones are softer and have better action. I've caught bass, trout, redfish, flounder on these.

Mister Twister Sassy Shad in 2.5" or 3" is absolutely one of the most versatile lures you can buy. I've caught bass, crappie, bluegill, trout, walleye, pike, and even saltwater species on them. The chartreuse/black back is a killer color. Rig it on a 1/8 oz jig head and just swim it.

Year-round single lure choice: Mister Twister Sassy Shad
If I had to pick one lure for the whole year it would be a 2.5" Mister Twister Sassy Shad in chartreuse/black back on a 1/8 oz jig head. It catches everything from panfish to bass to walleye. Dirt cheap too. Not as refined as a Keitech but for the price you can't beat it.
