New Maxi-Cosi Zelia Luxe 5-in-1 Travel System (New Hope Tan)

I got this travel system for my first baby and am very disappointed. I would return if I could! I have a 2023 4Runner Limited and the car seat barely fits in my backseat. I can't put the car seat on my driver or passenger side without having the front seat fully pushed forward, marking it unusable for anyone to ride in the front. I barely got the car seat to fit in my middle seat, but it feels very unstable and wiggles. I assumed having a new SUV, any carseat would fit and work, but this one does not. No matter how much we mess with and tighten the base, it still lifts and slides a lot. The car seat and stroller is very pretty, but doesn't feel safe at all.

It is my third travel system and i find it the best out of all i used! Very easy to put it together and use. Easy folding and very smooth ride. The car seat sides are deeper than in other carseats i had for my kids before, which I find very good and snuggly, especially as it gets colder. The parent storage under the stroller is enormously big(once my almost 3 year old fitted comfortably in there while playing hide and seek)! i always struggled previously when I had to get some groceries while strolling around the neighborhood, now i can fit everything in there. My little one and I are extremely satisfied with this stroller and a car seat, definitely recommend especially paring with parent organizer! Great purchase.

This stroller and carseat combo is my favorite now. The carseat attaches to the stroller easily and the bottom fits my diaper bag perfectly. The carseat is comfortable for my baby and he enjoys it. It's not extreme heavy either which is a bonus and makes it easy to tranfer from car to home to stroller and vice versa. The stroller wheels are smooth and easy to handle. Overall I like this combo and it works for our family. I would recommend it to everyone with infants. I received this product from Bzzagent in exchange of my honest opinion.

The front wheels started jamming up less than a year after use. They turn to the side and don't turn back forward themselves. The frame started getting squeaky pretty soon after assembly. The carseat & bassinet are pretty wobbly when attached to the stroller base. The carseat seems to move a bit when installed in the car, even when my husband tightened it down as much as he could, we used the LATCH system in our car and on the base. We have Captain's/bucket seats. I will say this system works but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

With my first child I bought a cheap $150 stroller combo so when I was pregnant with my second child I wanted a better quality stroller and car seat. I seen this one in person at Target and I thought it looked so nice. I purchased it and the car seat itself is fine but the material feels cheap in the car seat and the fabric starting pilling within a month of using. The stroller does NOT turn very good at all!! I absolutely hate using the stroller. I've tried it in the grocery store and on concrete and in flat grass and it does not want to turn at all. If the wheel gets turned it doesn't want to turn the other way and I have to push the wheel with my hand. As nice as the travel systems looks do not waste your money on this it works the same as the really cheap strollers.

I love the ease of collapsing and opening the stroller; it fits extremely well in the trunk and was very easy to assemble. I was excited that the stroller seat reclines for an older child to take a nap. And got rid of the need for additional attachments. The storage space underneath the seat is much bigger than others I've seen, I can easily fit my backpack into it. The infant car seat has an easy off cover for machine washing which is extremely convenient. Overall I'd highly recommend this travel system. The weight was a little heavier than I'd hoped but the ease of opening and closing, and compactness of the stroller when collapsed makes it not a dealbreaker for me.

This was received for free as part of an honest review. This is a luxury product for parents that is afforable. The travel system is a life and time saver. It is easy to set up and easy to use. I wouldnt say you could do it while holding a newborn but the install and use was fairly new parent friendly. The fabric seems to wipe clean easily. It does seem like it would last through multiple children. Colors are gender nuetral. This is way better than the travel system I had with my first child, hands down.

The stroller looks high end & I bought it for the modular convenience since this is my third baby & I'm constantly on the go. However it defeats the purpose when the car seat won't detach from the stroller on one side & the canopy keeps popping off since we've received it. The base feels really cheap and makes me feel it is unsafe no matter how much we tighten it. Today one side of the car seat wouldn't click onto the base. I really did so much research to get something that fits our lifestyle but these defects truly get in the way and take more time out of our routine. Bassinet wobbles since it just hangs when in bassinet mode. I do like the suspension on the back wheels, front wheels get stuck in small sidewalk cracks. Not worth the price point & even if it was on sale I wouldn't recommend.

I receive this travel system as a gift for my baby shower. I tried to cancel the purchase since I read too many negative reviews but I couldn’t. I was planning to return the product but when I saw the whole thing together I really liked it. Is a little bit annoying the car seat and bassinet change since you have to change the stroller adapters in order to make them fit. The riding is smooth and comfortable. The space is decent and it looks classy. The car seat it’s not my favorite. My daughter looks so uncomfortable and feels like have no head support at all. I regret buying the whole travel system. I don't regret the stroñler so far but the car seat… I want something more comfortable for her. I love the canopies and the leather finish in the handles. Once you get comfortable with the product is just nice.

The stroller was very easy to put together. I did have to look up a video on changing from bassinet to stroller because the directions were not clear. I like that the stroller can be forward or rear facing. It was even able to fit my 3 year old who is tall very comfortably. I like the distance between the wheels because some strollers my husband trips due to his height but they were very well spread apart. It glides very smoothly and handles bumps well. Seems easy to clean and the seat is well cushioned. The umbrella is sturdy and covers the entire seat. The car seat seems standard and is comfortable. I like that it can fit up to 30lbs. Seems easy to install. I like that you can use the car seat or bassinet with the stroller. The cup holder seems cheap, but overall very happy with the quality of everything.

This product is much nicer than the baby trend version I originally purchased for my baby. I am so happy with the quality. It makes you feel like it's a high end luxury stroller. The bassinet part of the stroller is great for babies, something I wish I would've had for our little when she was smaller. I am a little sad because I received this product to sample and my daughter is almost too long for the car seat requirement now. However I will be saving this for my next kid.

Watch out, world, because we are ready to stroll with the Zelia Modular Travel System! Easy to fold and go, this set will get you out on the sidewalks for adventures in no time. Nice padding for baby, great safety ratings, and nice features for mom. Turn radius is phenomenal and stroller is lightweight enough to feel very mobile. This travel system is very nice looking and I do like the way it's easy to close the stroller back up now with that said what I don't like is when putting the car seat on the stroller it is low so my diaper bag is squished down and not room for much. The main thing I would warn people about is the wheels when pushing the stroller sometimes the wheels don't want to turn and get stuck and this is when walking around stores not even on harsh terrain.

This Zelia Luxe 5 in 1 Modular System is wonderful. The quality is top notch. Beautiful design and quality materials allow me to enjoy putting my babies care and safety in the hands of Maxi Cosi. The transition from car seat base is so easy and simple for a new mom. The stroller has so much storage and comfortably carries little ones from new born size and my 2.5 year old has room to grow. Would recommend to any new or experienced parents!

I received this product complimentary from Maxi Cosi for an honest review. We are in love with this travel system! Everything is easy to set up/install. I love how secure my little one feels in the car seat and stroller. The materials feel so nice and have cleaned easily for us, as well. One of my favorite parts is the storage! It has so much storage space! It has been perfect for walks and running errands for our family.

As a first time parent this travel system has all the bells and whistles. It has a few extra attachments than some of the others we looked at. The only inconvenience is having to attach the car seat to the stroller with extra attachment arms instead of it attaching without the "arms". You don't need the "arms" if you don't use the car seat on the stroller. The 5 modes of use make it very versatile and convenient.

I appreciate the smooth steaming and the versatility. It's nice that the seat can become a bassinet and that everything is adjustable. However, it's a little hard to fold and kind of clunky to put in and out of the trunk. I appreciate the carry handle, but I wish it collapsed when not needed because it makes putting things in the bottom basket difficult because it blocks the opening.

The carseat does not install safely into the car. After buckling the base in correctly, the front of the base (toward the front of the car) completely lifts up enough that it can hit the seat back. Thinking it may be our installation was not done correctly, we had a certified carseat installer tell us that it is not safe to put a baby in this particular carseat. So buyer beware

I HIGHLY do not recommend. I wanted to love it but the front wheels are CONSTANTLY getting stuck so it makes turning and pushing hard and very frustrating. This is the number one complaint I've seen on this travel system and I didn't notice until after I purchased. Please do not waste your money!!!! I have tried reaching out to this company and never got a response.

I didn't like the quality of the fabric, the handle on the car seat makes a noise when you transport the baby in it and it makes you feel like it's going to fall apart and you are gonna drop the baby. The tires on the cart get stuck very easily make in it hard to control and move the stroller on the direction you want.

This system looks like systems that are 2-3xs their cost. It has sleek leather looking features. It is compact and easy to use. I would recommend this system for travel and life on the go. We have 2 kiddos so this helps us so much! I love that this doesn't weigh a ton and fits in my small suv nicely.

First thing i noticed was how comfy the seat was and that is a must because you want your child to like being their stroller right? Also the leather details elevate the look and feel of this stroller making it look kinda lux. I also appreciate that the handle is adjustable as we are a tall family.

I love the fact that the car seat fabric can be removed and washed in the machine and dryer!! That alone makes it worth it! The seat seems comfortable and nicely padded. The stroller rides smooth and turns easily. I love that the seat can face forwards or backwards and has so many configurations.

This stroller is gorgeous! I love the matte black frame with leather details. The leather handle and leather trim is both beautiful and soft. The stroller was so easy to set up from the box. I am impressed with how easy it is to fold down and carry- it truly can be done one handed. The maneuverability of it was outstanding. The wheels glide and pivot easily. I loved how the removable seat transforms into a bassinet and does not require a totally different insert like other strollers do. The bottom storage was spacious. The car seat installs easily and it is simple to put in and remove the car seat into the base. I will definitely be buying a second base for our second car! The only downside I found this far is I would love for there to be a hand break on the stroller. I live in a hilly area and going down hill is a bit tricky. I have another brand stroller with a hand break and it is key for the hills. Overall I am very satisfied with this stroller and car seat and would recommend to others.

If you strap in your infant by the manual instructions, the Velcro on the strap pads will leave them with horrible scratches on the forearms. They should not go on the chest but on the shoulder blades. No way to find a clear video or image from Maxi Cosi on how to do this properly.

My husband and I, as well as several other parents, have tried to install the base and it will not tighten. The base flops around and is not safe. Very unfortunate given the expensive price tag and us needing a new stroller system 2 weeks shy of our due date. More work for us.

Got this a a gift for my baby shower and so far I love it. It was very easy to put together, I love the color. It's light weight and easy to move around. The fabric is good quality and the leather on the handles feels nice in your hand. I'd buy this set again for my next baby

I have had a number of travel systems and this is by far more exceptional than the others. First off, it looks really nice. But it doesn't stop there! It's safe and comfortable for our son. I have had people stop me and ask about the travel system bc it looks so nice.

I recently got this product for a baby shower gift and i love it so far! only thing is i didn't receive the insert for the car seat & can't seem to find any replacements on the website or google. if anyone knows where i can purchase one it would be great!

Car seat is already falling apart after 6 months of use. And this is with minimal use as my daughter is a stay at home mom. I guess you are only paying for the name. My parents bought Greco for their cars and they are just as good if not better.

I had high hopes for this travel system but the car seat base that it comes with is not safe at all. If I were to get into an accident my baby would fly forward. I followed the directions and it still moves more than an inch.

We love the convenience of the whole travel system. Having a new baby there are so many things to think about, it's great to have this system make running errands and doctors appointments a breeze!

You have everything you need to get around with your baby in one set that fits together perfectly and is stylish. The stroller does everything you need from infant to toddler- which makes this a great value for your money. I love that you can easily transfer a sleeping baby in the car seat onto the stroller- it just clicks right in. Is there a better endorsement than a sleeping baby? You can use the stroller's own seat in whatever configuration you want to! There's a sturdy and large basket underneath to keep your diaper bag or anything else you may need. Additionally, it's easy to open and close. The car seat base is easy to install in the car. The car seat itself is lightweight, which is important as the baby gets heavier. The shade is big and covers sun from most angles, helping baby stay shaded. My favorite feature is that the fabric is machine washable- a huge plus considering how messy car seats tend to get. Overall this is a great travel system and I would recommend it!

It's a great stroller and car seat

The Maxi Cosi Zelia Travel System is a very visually appealing design and looks very expensive and sleek. It glides smoothly and folds down easily (even stays standing up which is great). I love the fact that the infant car seat and the stroller are both included in the system and does not require buying them separately. I also love that the stroller seat converts to a bassinet, which is generally a separate purchase with other similar strollers. What a great bonus (especially if you're traveling with a toddler and an infant like we are, you can easily convert the same seat for both kids without having to bring a separate seat)! That said, there are some significant downsides to this system that would overall make me hesitant to recommend it to a friend/family member. My toddler is not yet 2 and of average height yet is too tall for the stroller seat. Her head hits the canopy and she looks giant in the seat, so it's really only for very young kids. I wish it could grow with them for longer. Another big downside is the storage below. With the stroller seat installed the storage is essentially inaccessible and therefore useless. Overall the system is great if you're using it with the infant car seat, but I would not recommend once your child outgrows the infant seat. Good for the first year of life, but you'll want a better option from that point on.

I love the convertibility of this stroller. Being able to easily go from bassinet to stroller is an absolute game changer. We travel a lot and have taken this stroller to Disney and it was perfect. The stroller frame folds up nice and easy and is lightweight. During park days we weee able to quickly and easily able to convert the stroller from a sit up position to a bassinet position for my 9 month old when he would fall asleep. The basket on the bottom is nice and large and fits a ton of stuff. The infant carrier and base are also lightweight and easy to use. The car seat base was one of the easiest to click in to the car. The base is decently stable on its own but a seat belt could be used for extra stability. (This base does not have a stability leg on the front of it). The carrier itself is nice and roomy with lots of adjustments for growing baby. The infant carrier has a one handed latch for easy removable from the base or stroller. The carrier itself was so light weight I didn't have any issues carrying it around for extended periods of time. My cons for this stroller are that the wheels don't go over bumpy surfaces really well. It also doesn't have a lot of height adjustment for taller parents. The frame of the stroller is a bit wider than my other stroller (I think this makes it easier to fold up smaller, but it can be difficult to navigate narrow shopping aisle). Lastly, the basket on the bottom is difficult to get into from the back of the stroller because of one of the bars that is used to fold the stroller down.

The car seat is perfect and I love the modern clean look and feel of the fabric. I also love the extra newborn inserts which really came in handy for our teeny tiny baby during the first month. I do also feel the car seat is very safe and secure while driving. It's super easy to click in and out of its base. However, I do feel there are a few design flaws in both the stroller and car seat. A flaw with the car seat is the button to release the straps. It's so difficult to get your fingers deep into the lever and half the time I fight the dang thing to get the ribbon released. When the straps are tight and secure, the extra ribbon flack hangs down so far you gotta remember to tuck it up otherwise it can get caught on things. I also wish the canopy would come down farther. The sun tends to blind my daughter a lot and when I try to pull the canopy, it comes out from the back and the fabric comes out. not sure if that's a manufacturer defect or just naturally lose in the back. As far as the stroller goes… it's nice and smooth riding and I love the bassinet. So does our baby! The downfall is the storage container has this giant bar across the back and you can't really access much while standing behind the stroller. You have to load and unload your diaper bag and other items from the front only. I understand the bar is for carrying and for support but it's in a terrible spot. Now onto the cup holder… it sticks out so far and constantly gets stuck on,doorways, items in my trunk, and so many things. it just felt like an awkward afterthought and could have been in a better spot. Other than these few things we are very happy with the travel system and I have recommended it to friends, but I think the other travel system is designed better. Overall definitely worth the price.

I received this product as a gift two months ago for my newborn, I love the fact that the stroller is light weight as easily to move. The car seat on the other hand doesn’t last the fabric off the car seat keeps coming off , hard to fix back and the canopy doesn’t stay on! It has so many fabric bumps on it. The fabric is so dirty, I tried to use a cloth and wipe it off . It says it machine washable, but I’m afraid to remove the whole car seat cover because I know I will have a hard time putting back the whole cover on! Now I’m force to looking in to buying another car seat for my two month old !

If I could give his car seat and stroller 0 stars I would, this is the worst car seat I think I have ever seen. Not only is this my second time having to get another car seat from warranty but the THRID time. The first time was a gift for my baby shower. The sun visor was not staying on and the clips on the side would not click in. They sent me another car seat, the same one, and the same thing happened, but this time the sun visor completely came off even from behind the part that is tucked in wont go back in tightly. All in all I will never suggest to anyone to order Maxi Cosi brand. Customer services has been very nice and fast with responding but the product NOT GOOD. And to top it off the stroller looks very nice and its very easy to open and close but when you lock the wheels it doesn't stay locked very well, and when you try to turn the stroller when you are walking it locks up and you cant turn it. just a pain in the butt!

The stroller is hard to push, the wheels seem to get stuck or something and it makes it really difficult and frustrating when trying to push a 2 1/2 month old baby. I also purchased the velcro pouch, someone didn't think this design through because when I fold or unfold the stroller I have to hold the pouch up or it drags on the floor. Also very frustrating!! Another thing is the shade on the car seat, it doesn't clip onto anything you just push it in, so when you pull the shade over the car seat it pulls out very easily. Many issues, so I would not recommend or purchase again..

I bought this travel system when my daughter was born because my sister had it with my nephew 5 years ago. I do not know what happened to the quality but my daughter’s car seat is NOTHING like the one my nephew had. I’ve had it for a year and have only used it a couple of times because i mostly use my doona and this car seat is falling apart!! I wanted to start using this as my main car seat for my car and using the doona only when i ride in another car with someone but like previous reviews my car seat fabric is coming off the sun shade will not stay on it pops out of the socket and it’s a pain to put back. Such a shame because i truly believed this company was a lot more reliable. I wish i would have read the reviews and not gone off what my sister had purchased years ago

Got gifted this for my son and it’s ok. I think it’s built cheaply as far as assembly for the shade covers and the attachment to latch the bassinet to the stroller. The covers on the infant seat slip off often and the wheels are hard to turn. Good things I noticed is the material is really nice and easy to clean and there is nice cushion for baby. Lots of under carriage space. Overall it works but just feels cheap aside from the material

This thing is awful. The car seat is cheap and low quality. The canopy cover keeps falling off, the material is thin. "Easy off" cover is not easy and it's impossible to put back on. The stroller wheels constantly get stuck, the cup holder is useless and tips over. Both car seat and stroller are made for very short babies. My 5 month old is already too long for this travel system. All around awful.

If I could take it back I would. The handles for baby car seat require for you to press on both side to push back. The belt closing at the bottom are t shaped and hit baby's thighs he cries every time i lock him in the leg area. Cheaply made, this car seat is all looks.

Bought this not long ago and it does not hold up well. We use it lightly, indoors, and on flat even sidewalks. The fabric tears and comes off very easily. We have many friends with different strollers at similar price points and none of them have had such issues.

I love the color and everything and the style…..BUT the button on the back of the car seat to release the car seat from either the base or the stroller gets stuck sometimes and I have a hard time releasing it. The most frustrating part is the front wheels are always getting stuck. I find myself getting so frustrated when I'm out and about because I always have to worry about my stroller getting stuck. I walk to pick my child up from school and my front wheels would get stuck almost every single time crossing the cross walk and result in just carrying my baby because it's such a headache. I find myself having to kick the front wheels multiple times in one use. I feel like I wasted $$$$. My first son I used a Graco which was cheaper and I never had any issues. It's embarrassing. I thought maybe the wheels were locked or they were put on wrong and we tried everything but it still gets stuck. I don't like using it as much because when I look at the front wheels when I'm strolling my son around, it looks like the front wheels are almost bowed out. Very very disappointing.

Definitely not worth the price. Item is not as pictured and could only be used for about 4 months before both front wheels got stuck. Stroller squeaked the entire time you pushed it and felt limsy

I purchased the Maxi-Cosi stroller because of the brand’s reputation for safety and comfort, but I was very disappointed with the bassinet design. The slope of the bassinet is extremely steep for a newborn. This is not just a comfort issue—it can pose real safety risks. Newborns need to lie flat to support proper spinal development and maintain an open airway. An aggressive incline can cause the baby’s head to tilt forward, increasing the risk of breathing difficulties and even positional asphyxia. For parents who expect a safe environment, this design is concerning. I would not recommend this stroller for newborns. Parents should be aware of this issue before purchasing

The biggest disappointment ever! This was my Mother’s Day gift before my little one arrived. I was so excited and we splurged with the money we had saved up. Within 3 weeks the canopy on the car seat was completely broken. We tried to repair it but to no avail. The fabric is cheap and has a ton of holes. The base is total garbage and flops around no matter how much you tighten it. The stroller is the only part I like and even that is cumbersome. If there was a way to recoup even half of what we paid just so I can get something else that would be great.

I really wanted to like this product but I am very disappointed in the quality. I have only been using it for 4 months and it's already faulty. First, the canopy on the car seat doesnt stay up. It keeps popping off from the sides and no matter how many times you pop it in, it always pops off. It's so annoying when you need shade for the baby. The stroller back wheels make this crackling sound. I contacted support for this and they sent a replacement set of back wheels, but it did not fix the issue. I have contacted them again and they are taking a long time to get back to me. No accountability and quite frankly I dont feel like continuing to replace parts. The back and forth with customer service is annoying and not mention the delay. Do not waste your money.

I’ve contacted customer service multiple times trying to get help. The whole stroller system is so unsafe. My 11lb baby was in the bassinet and the whole stroller flipped going up a hill, thinking it may have been user error I tried again in the seated position and had the same issue. I can’t get in contact with anyone from customer service. I will never use any maxi cosi, safety first or any other brand under their license. So unsafe and a very traumatic event for a first time mother.

I beg of you not to buy this car seat. I have adhered to every guideline, installed the base with all green indicators and yet this car seat gets stuck in the base CONSTANTLY. It is beyond frustrating and results in my husband and I needing to take our daughter out of the car seat to either baby wear her because we’ve given up or to shake the base violently until it finally unlatches.

We’ve had this for a month. The shade won’t stay up already. Instantly falls down. Not only that, the whole reason we got it- the ease of transfer between car and stroller- doesn’t even work the way you want it too. The pieces are already breaking. Again save your money and buy a stroller from somewhere else.

I got the whole traveling 5 in 1 cost me about 700 with tax. After one month the baby car seat started to fall a part. The shade keep coming off and than found out the glue came all off the seat and not useable . My husband was mad cause we spend so much money on this to have it all messed up .

I’ve used this for 10 months now and all I have to say is don’t buy it. It’s cheaply made, not sturdy, and the fabric on the hood is already coming apart. The stroller wheels constantly get stuck. It’s very hard to travel with. It’s also VERY difficult to clean

Extremely dissatisfied, My newborn just turned 1 month old and we noticed the car seat falling apart 3 weeks into using it, My child is smaller than the average newborn, so this isnt a size issue. If you look other reviews have reflected this as well.

I received this Maxi-Cosi US Zelia™² Luxe 5-in-1 Modular Travel System for free to exchange my honest review. My baby is 6 months now and I love this stroller so much. It is lightweight and easy to use, only one hand could quick fold it. The wheels move smoothly and the shade could cover the whole seats. Also, love it because the seat is reversible, which is a great design for little baby. The cars seat was easy to install and it is lightweight and very easy to carry. My little boy feel very comfortable and sleeps well when I was driving. Highly recommend for parents.

Purchased this as a baby shower gift for my sister. When she opened the box to install the carseat, she found the carseat defective. Tried to return only to be given the run-around. Look at the photo and tell me if this is normal. I have 3 kids and I've purchased multiple carseat and this is the worse I've seen. Do not buy.

I absolutely love everything about this stroller combo from the comfort of the leather on the handles to how smooth the wheels make the stroller glide. I love how small it folds down with the bassinet attached and how far the sunshade coves my little ones face when out for a stroll. The padding in the car seat is so comfortable that my little ones falls asleep during car rides now. If you have been thinking about this combo you definitely need it. Stylist, easy to use and can use with next child in the future as well.

It's very lightweight compared to other strollers I have used which is the #1 thing I look for in a stroller. It's also very smooth.

Pros: * the price is definitely a steal * convenient to have a travel system where you can attach your car seat to your stroller without the hassle of moving baby * my favorite part is the seat for the stroller that converts into a bassinet. Not only it's a safe place for your baby to sleep, but it also looks super comfy! I love how they integrated the bassinet and seat in just one thing. Cons: * I wouldn't recommend for bigger babies, the car seat itself is already pretty heavy * you won't be able to close the stroller with just one hand * it's kinda bulky, so it'll take a lot of space in your trunk

My first impressions upon seeing the Zelia  Luxe 5-in-1 Modular Travel System was that it looked very nice, definitely looks premium. The New Hope Black color gives it a sleek neutral look, while the vegan leather trimmings look nice and well done. I like that your able to use 5 different modes and includes Mico Luxe Infant Car Seat. I did have issues installing it, specifically the base. Overall this is just ok, I have tried other similar systems that performed a lot better. Given the price and the "premium" designation, I feel like this just falls short of comparable products.

The car seat was damaged and I have only been using it for 2 months, what my baby who was born has and the base of the stroller gets the wheels stuck.

I received this travel stroller system in exchange for review. This is a beautiful travel set that has everything you need. I love how versatile it is so it grows with your baby. It took some figuring out but I was able to get it all set up for my baby. She really enjoyed her first stroller ride in it! She sits higher in this one which she really liked the view. The only thing I wish it had was a little tray and cup holder for her to put her snacks on while we on a walk. The stroller glides easily and folds up very nicely for storage or travel. There is plenty of room under the stroller for a diaper bag and other essentials. The leather handles really give this stroller an elevated look. The infant car seat is lightweight and beautiful! Easy to install and attach to the stroller if needed. I love the canopy on it. Overall this is a very nice set that will be used for years to come!

Thank you Maxi Cosi for providing me with this amazing travel system to test and review! The Zelia 2 Luxe rivals its luxury competitors for a fraction of the cost! I love the vegan leather accents, it is such a nice rich look. The fabrics are soft, plush and cozy. My daughter is so comfortable in it. I think the stand out feature is how quickly and easily you can go from baby bassinet to toddler seat mode without hanging to store a bulky stand alone bassinet, so smart to have it all integrated! When I am out with my two kids I can put my infant in a baby carrier and transform to the toddler seat when she is tired on the go! I use it for diaper changing on the go with my toddler. So convenient and much cleaner than bathroom changing tables! The canopy is huge. It has a pop out sunshade for extra coverage. The storage basket underneath is huge. It comes with a cup holder included that can attach to either side. The wheels are sturdy and push over all different terrain with ease. The handle height is adjustable. The fold is easy and compact, the stroller can stand on its own. It also comes with car seat adapters. As for cons, when pushing it feels a little wide, though it does fit through standard doorways. The handle when in the highest position is a little loose feeling. The car seat has the same stylish look as the stroller. It is lightweight. There are no added flame retardants to the fabric, keeping it less harmful to babies delicate skin. The clima flow side ventilation helps keep baby cool. It can get stuffy rear facing in the backseat of a car. The fabric is easily removed and machine washer and drier safe! As an experienced parent I can't tell you how many times that feature has come in handy! The cons is that the car seat when installed in your car can be long depending on car. You cannot beat the quality and features for the price for a stroller car seat combo.

I never had Maxi Cosi. But those around me seem to have good reviews on the Travel System/ Stroller/ Carseat. The quality of the fabric was washed once and ripped, the handle on the car seat make a clicking noise when you are picking up carseat with the baby inside. The tires on the cart get stuck very easily which makes it really hard to control and move the stroller in any direction. I am already sending out the stroller part. And I received a cover replacement but when I started changing the cover I noticed no cushion in the styrofoam part. The styrofoam part of the carseat semi pulls out. I had high expectations in this stroller.

Was so excited to get this stroller for my grand baby! The car seat needs a separate adapter ( which I have tried 3) none I have tried fit! I am very disappointed for the price you pay the stroller and car seat should come ready to go not spending $50-75 to try and find an adapter that works UGH!!

Bought this system and within a couple days of using it "broke". HOW does a carseat break?! So my husband and I have to share a carseat because I refuse to put her in a defective carseat. But i'm looking at the rest of the reviews and people are having the SAME problem.

Mom of 5 and I've tried a lot of other travel systems and this isn't far my favorite. I love that it can be an upright seat and then turn into a bassinet for nap time while you're out and about. Really love it.

I regret buying this car seat and stroller combo. The materials feel cheap and flimsy, and the overall build is not sturdy at all. Every time I touch or move the stroller, it feels like it’s about to fall apart. My baby is only 3 months old, and he looks so uncomfortable in the carseat. There’s very little support, and the padding is thin and stiff. It honestly doesn’t feel safe or cozy for a newborn. I wouldn’t recommend this product to any parent looking for quality, comfort, or peace of mind. Spend a bit more and go for something that’s actually reliable and safe. I believe parents deserve to feel safe and supported with their purchase, and right now, that’s not the case.

We have had this for 9 months and hate it. The sun shades come off both the stroller and car seat. The straps tangle on their own. There is no instructions that say if the inserts need to come out or stay in. The seat feels like cardboard and he’s so uncomfortable he cries every trip. The straps are hard to tighten and get stuck. The stroller is cheap, the wheels come off or get stuck. You can’t put anything through the under basket facing you. The straps are hard to adjust and it’s difficult to clip together with a thrashing baby. The cup holder just pops off so that’s long gone. The base never feels secure even with my 300lb husband putting weight into it. Graco is better crash tested anyway. Save your money and your headaches.

We've now had this travel system for almost two years, and I can now say that I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't have unlimited money to spend on the overpriced, trendy brands. Both the car seat and stroller are durable, easy to use, and lightweight. The only complaint I have is that the canopy on the car seat doesn't come forward quite as much as the canopy on the bassinet, but that wasn't a huge deal. I love that the bassinet converts to a toddler seat, and converting it is super easy and quick. You can also choose to elevate the back of the bassinet slightly, and if you have a baby that doesn't like to lie flat that's really helpful. I can put the stroller away with one hand, and I have no issues getting it in and out of our car on my own.

Terrible quality. The car seat says it’s machine washable but after I washed it and put it back together it always came undone, including the shade. And then within 6 months the button behind it started giving problems and would be hard to detach from the base until it fully broke at 11 months. The foam also cracked on the inside. I am so sad cause I truly loved this travel system and wanted to use for our next baby.

Got this as a gift and when opened it to set it up the stroller was missing a few things like the straps and the cup holder and now can’t use it because they don’t sell replacement straps but other then that the infant car seat is great

I was so excited when I ordered this travel system before my son was born! The style is so nice and I loved that there were multiple seat options. The stroller itself is amazing, but I DO NOT recommend car seats from this company. My son’s car seat has faulty latches. I had multiple certified car seats technicians check the installation in our vehicles to ensure it was actually a car seat issue. I contacted the company a few different times without response. When I finally spoke with someone, I didn’t even receive an “I’m sorry” in regards to my son’s safety. I will not buy anymore products from this company.

Hi, a family member bought our Maxi Cosi Travel System through our babylist registry and i just received it today and the carseat cover has a hole in it is there a way to receive a new cover or do i need to send the whole package back to receive another? I do love it, but im super bummed there is a hole. Thank you.

I received this item for free for my honest review. This travel system is the best bang for your buck. With a luxury feel and affordable price, you won't regret this purchase. The fabric is soft and breathable which is a must for sensitive skin. The stroller shade provides great coverage to protect your little one and there is a built in vent that allows for more airflow. The stroller itself moves with such ease which makes for a smooth ride for both baby and parent. The seat can grow with your child as it easily converts from a bassinet to a seated stroller with simple buckles and can recline to your child's needs and preferences. The travel system comes with all your needs such as a cup holder and car seat adapters. Other similar concept stroller brands require you to purchase all these items separately from previous experiences so this was a huge win. The handle bar adjusts in heights so both my husband and I can easily adjust according to our heights. The basket allows for ample space for all your travel needs and can easily fit more than just a diaper bag. Lastly, the stroller is extremely lightweight, easy to fold/store, and is not bulky so you'll have more room in compact vehicles. There are two cons that I'd like to mention which is the mechanism for buckle the stroller. This buckle has an overlapping buckle which can be difficult to manipulate when you have a fussy child, please see picture of buckle to get a better idea. Lastly, there is a bar that can get in the way when placing items in the stroller basket.

My baby is 5 months old since the beginning the car seat had a lot of red flags but now the back came off and I was so scared what if my baby falls from it or and accident god forbids happens, I got in touch with them and they (allegedly send me a new car seat) but I want a whole refund not to mention the stroller gets stuck all the time it sucks big time, unfortunately I will never purchased them again !!! I wished I got my fully refund from the stroller and car seat. To buy a better one cause they not cheap.

I bought it months ago, but this is like the 5th time that I use the stroller and the wheel when off just in the middle of the ride, this is so unsafe and can cause an accident. The wheel is not well produced and does not have a way to fix it, i will need to buy a replacement of something that I am not responsable.

I think what stands out to me the most is just how true to the product the "luxe" in the product name is. The fabric feels luxurious, the structure feels luxurious, even the straps feel well-made and luxurious and the faux leather accents are a nice touch that, while small, go a long way. It feels like a really high-end product. I personally love that the stroller has both a carriage and seat setting. I feel like that makes it very versatile, particularly as a child ages or to meet the needs of different occasions. For example, with a newborn, I may not always want to use the car seat in the stroller if I'm just going on a walk from my house so the carriage is the perfect stand-in for that. The stroller when used with the seat seems to be very comfy and cozy and I like that the shade provides enough coverage to feel truly protective. The compartment underneath is huge - easily enough room for my diaper bag. The car seat seems on par with other car seats I own from other brands although the fabric does give it a slight leg up. I did knock this down a star because I don't find that it folds quite as easily as some other strollers I've used. I also had some trouble with assembly and converting between functions (carriage to seat to car seat). While the click-into-place assembly was really nice overall, it seemed like some of the connections were a little tough to maneuver/move, which made it harder to set up. I thought the directions could benefit from a little more detail.

I had this on my registry and it was purchased for me by my mother in law, with much arguing prior as to why I didn't opt for a more recognized(by her) name. I liked the way it looked and knowing that I would be traveling to a bunch of appointments by myself, I liked the way it was easy to use solo. Now that I have it, have used it in many ways, I'm so happy this is the one I chose. It's a smooth ride for my little, allowing him to nap while the fat wheels handle all the bumps the city throws at it. The car seat and bassinet are cushioned so nicely that I never worry if he's comfortable. It's stylist and sleek so I finally feel like a "cool mom" but most importantly, it's safe and knowing it'll grow with my son gives me unbelievable peace of mind.

I was gifted the maxi luxe travel system and am very disappointed with such bad and poor quality car seat and stroller . I just started to use it and everything is falling apart off very unsafe .

Do not buy this not save this is my second replacement and the same problem this doesn’t happen not even on a cheaper brand the stirofoam part detached from the car seat

I bought this zelia set 1 year ago my son is barely 21 pounds and the car seat is falling apart. The canopy falls off the foam is coming apart. For the price of this I would have rather bought a less expensive set that probably would have lasted me longer .

Hi there Parents, Parents to be, or those looking into buying a stroller. I was gifted the product for free in exchange for writing the review by Maxi-Cosi in which I am very appreciative. I am a mommy to two handsome boys. Ages 2 and 6 months. I personally owned a Nuna Tavo which I love. However, I wanted the Nuna Demi considering the reviews and the specs of it. Unfortunately, the pricing at the moment was just not it. I am beyond happy i got to try the Maxi-Cosi Zelia. Because it has exactly what I wanted, the front parent facing as well as world facing option. It also gives an option of the bassinet style, and using the car seat which is very convenient. For those parents wanting a luxe stroller but don't want to spend too much this is an amazing stroller. Not to mention very light weight compared to the Nuna. It also comes with a cup holder and good amount of storage space. This is making me reconsider switching my Nuna to this one as my daily stroller because it is more light weight and convenient for me as I am little. 5'0" to be exact. However; in a few months I will have to switch to a double stroller. Which I'm on the search for a good one.

Someone purchased this car seat for me off of my baby registry. When we initially opened the box to set the 5 in 1 travel system up everything seemed fine and was easy to put together. When setting up the infant car seat the whole foam insert lifted up out of the black plastic carrier. The foam insert was not glued properly and is really flimsy. This infant car seat is not safe for a newborn. For the price point that it is you would think it would be built to be safe for a child. I have emailed the company and have not received a response, so I am writing this review in hopes to hear from someone at the Maxi Cosi team. Thank you.

This carseat is NOT SAFE, the fabric slips off making it unsafe and uncomfortable for my 6 month old baby to lay on. I tried fixing it over and over and every single time it slipped off. The belts come loose with the fabric. I had to spend on another stroller set. To be honest I wish there was a zero star. Because if I would have had a car accident then Mazi Cosi would have been responsible for this unsafe carseat built mode and false advertisement. MAXI COSI IM REQUESTING FOR A FULL REFUND. I'm embarrassed for not reading the reviews before my purchase and just falling in love with the pictures and color as advertised. Mommy's please read. Don't buy you will put your baby's safety at risk!!

Very disappointed with the quality. I have a Doona stroller/car seat that I use for most occasions so I don’t use the set as often as most. My baby is 8 months old and the car seat is LITERALLY falling apart. The material is very cheap. Just overall so cheaply made. The set was $500 so it wasn’t cheap. Maxi Cosi is a scam. Making you think you’re getting a luxury product for an affordable price. I am giving this two stars only because stroller folds down nice and easy and the car seat snaps right into it,so it’s convenient. Unfortunately, we have to spend money to buy another car seat as ours it not usable.

Unfortunately I had a negative surprise when it arrived, the pieces were loose inside the box, and some crumpled, the saddest thing was that it was a broken piece

I bought this in May 2024 and after the canopy became loose I noticed the styrofoam padding was not adhered/broken away from the black plastic. Customer services takes days to respond to warranty claims. Not worth the buy.

I bought this car seat and stroller back in 2022 and we have loved it! Sad to see it go as my child has out grown it. The BEST stroller! Took it to Disney with us multiple times. It’s so easy to use and light weight. 11/10 recommend!!!

I have used this stroller for the past 11 months. I have to say I loved it in the beginning The bassinette option is great and really convenient. It also easily converts into a seat for when your baby is ready to sit in a stroller. It is pretty easy to attach and detach the infant car seat as well. I loved the car seat for my son when he was using it and plan on keeping it for my next. One downfall I have noticed is the seat is not a great option for toddlers. As my son has gotten bigger he does not fit well in the seat. In addition the front wheels constantly get stuck. Lastly it is very bulky when folded down and takes up a lot of space in the car.

Mixed feelings with this product. We were gifted it for our baby shower and it’s been great up until this point. But my baby is only 4 months and we’re barley used the overhead canopy that shields the baby from the sunlight but it slipped out of slot that’s supposed to hold it in and won’t stay in. If I try to use it, the canopy just slips right back down. It’s extremely frustrating since it is only 4 months old and it wasn’t cheap. It was great and easy to use up to this point but it appears to be falling apart on us way too soon.

quality is terrible. when i first got it online i thought it would be a cute and comfortable car seat. WRONG. When it arrived the car seat itself felt so hard and uncomfortable for my baby. the fabric wasn’t even attached to the car seat it was coming off literally, and at the top of the car seat just like everyone’s else’s, it was falling apart revealing the styrofoam. don’t get and waste your money. it isn’t even worth $600 at all.

Originally had the maxi così Siena which I believe was taken off the market and replaced with Zelia. The Siena was HORRIBLE so I reached out to the company, the needed proof of purchase, with model numbers and a bunch of info but then replaced my defective Siena for the Zelia and the difference is night and day. I love the Zelia. It’s so smooth and my baby loves the car seat now! So happy

Front wheels of stroller don’t turn/pivot good and get stuck super hard to turn. One side of back part of basket broke in the first month.

There were no car seat adapters in the order and customer service have left me on read and won’t reply.

How can anyone not love this thing it’s so easy to use and looks gorgeous. My son loves it
