Was hesitant to order again, but I couldn't find the gate at a more reasonable price. 2nd order arrived with no issues. Gate is sturdy and the dog (Husky) hasn't gotten through it (he's an escape artist). Quick delivery from start to finish.

I appreciated the detailed description, I knew I was getting a floor model and it came in perfect shape at a much reduced cost. When I thought the cupholders weren't included, I reached out to them and then we found them and they were very responsive and thankful that I let them know. Everything is fine.
