This was such a great swing and bouncer combo for my son when he was little. We didn’t use it for a long time because he didn’t like to swing. The bounced part was probably the most handy.

I highly do not recommend this swing for any baby. The seat itself is so deep that my baby looks like she’s folded in half while sitting in it!! The clicking sound it makes is awful. Very disappointed for the money I spent on this.

I loved the idea of having a 2 in 1 option for baby so I purchased this hoping for best. After owning it for a few months the swing motion stopped working. The best thing I loved about this was that I can take the baby with me in the bouncer wherever I went. But unfortunately I really wanted the swing to keep baby entertained while busy. Overall I do love the concept of this swing duo. Couldn’t exchange it or get a refund so I was left with a machine that didn’t work entirely.

I received this as a baby shower gift, i had high hopes for this. I didn’t even use it right away. A month into using it, the swing just stopped working. Don’t waste your money on this item.

First off, we are a huge graco family. We purchased the Graco snug ride car seat for this child and have always been trusting of the brand. However this swing makes us doubt the product quality. We got this at our baby shower and just put it together in preparation for our second child’s arrivaL. The pieces right from the start were clearly bent to fit in the box. When we put it together, the seat doesn’t fit right because of how bent the metal is. It’s also off center. We can put the seat the rear direction to make the incline right, however forward facing the incline is to far back. Extremely disappointed and not sure what to do about it now, as our baby is due in a few days.

This swing is so incredibly unsafe. At 3 months I still can't use it. My baby is sat so far up that her head is tilted down, meaning her airway is compromised. For God's sake Graco! Learn something about the anatomy of a baby! This swing is completely useless as I can't put my baby in the seat at all!

We bought this swing later on after my son lost interest in the mamaroo but he outgrew it quickly so we only used it for about a month. I wrapped it up and stored it away for the next baby. I recently got it back out and immediately plugged in and it will not turn on. It’s only been a year and the swing is basically brand new and it will not work, not worth spending the money on if it’s only gonna work for a month. My mamaroo and fisher price swings are hand me downs and still running strong so there is no reason this brand new one shouldn’t work.

My daughter got this as a gift. Not only was it a pain to put together (instructions were unclear and I had to find a video online), it's noisy and too big to move around.

We’ve been using this swing for a couple months now. Our baby is 2 months old and we use the swing often. Over the past couple weeks we’ve started using the 2nd and 3rd speed on it; however, we’ve noticed a squeaking noise that’s gotten louder since then. It squeaks as the swing moves side to side. The baby likes the swing but seems to have a hard time being in it now with the loud squeaking noise. Also, the volume button never worked from the beginning, but we just decided to deal with it at the time, as we had already put it together and discarded the box. We use the chair on its own quite often as well; we haven’t had any issues with it and the vibrating on it works well. Getting the chair off/on the swing is pretty easy. Although we’re satisfied with the chair on its own and we like the ease of being able to have 2 products in one, we’re disappointed in the swing due to the loud squeaking and unusable volume, as we’ve purchased other Graco products and were extreme pleased with the quality of those products (car seat, stroller, etc.). Had we read some reviews on the swing beforehand, we would have purchased a different swing.

My baby loves this swing but it squeaks so loud he is constantly being woke up from it startling him! Really disappointed for the price I paid

Baby loves it! Bought for our daughter. She has to have the bouncer on with the music and swinging on 2. Shes a newborn so thats her speed! Does all the things! Plays music and swings both directions and the bouncer vibrates so it kind of mimics being in a car. Slightly! She loves it! Does need assembled! Bouncer takes 1 D battery swing plugs im or takes 4 D batteries!

Im pretty unhappy with this purchase and plan to buy another brand of swing for my next child. This product workers just ok in my nursery. It was loud and that was my biggest complaint (aside from being horrible to set up and with unclear instructions). But when moved downstairs to our family room it suddenly stopped working. It wasn’t bumped or harmed on the way, and we’ve tried it in multiple outlets AND with the batteries. It just doesn’t seem to be receiving power. I even purchased a new cord! No music, no swinging, no matter what we do. To top it off, When I called for customer support, I held for 40 min and got disconnected. When I called back, they were closed. Makes me not want to purchase anything Graco in the future.

I’m so disappointed in this swing. I’m not the type to write reviews but I wish I would’ve seen more reviews about our specific issue before purchasing. The seat itself has a strange incline that makes my baby look hunched over. His chin is too close to his chest, which we know is bad for newborns. I have read the manual multiple times and even taken it apart multiple times... and I know it is set up correctly. We’re huge Graco fans (almost exclusively for many things) but I’m super bummed we spent so much money on this. We bought it before baby was born so the return window at Target has already closed otherwise I would return this.

Would not purchase this. We bought with our first child and our kids are less than two years apart we brought out of spare room didn’t even take it apart and it won’t turn on. Tried taking it apart to see if we could fix it because Graco said it was only a year warranty and can’t fix it. Worthless! Unfortunate because our daughter loved this!

We got this swing as a present from our registry for our newborn son. He is not even 2 months old, weighs maybe 13 lbs. The swing mechanism still clicks like it is swinging but the swing barely moves. This happens off and on but has been happening more frequently.

We got one of these at Target and unlike the version available from the Graco website, there is no recline feature. The manual doesn't mention it, the lever referenced in the online version of the manual doesn't exist, and the seat will quickly cause the babies chin to touch his or her chest. Discount store version costs every bit as much as the version available from Graco, and we are not at all happy with it. Do NOT buy this unless the description specifically mentions "Recline" - the discount store version is identical in every other way, including the product name.

Disappointed that this swing took so long to assemble and then once it was assembled it’s so large and takes up so much space. The vibration and loud and after reading other reviews I am afraid to put baby in due to safety. Complete waste of money and now we have to find another swing.

We haven’t even had this swing for thirty days and the motor already went out!!!! Complete rubbish. I am so bummed as we have many other Graco products that work great. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

My baby is 5 months old and we only got to use this swing a handful of times before it broke. We were using the swing away from an outlet on battery power then moved it into her room and plugged into the wall - as soon as we did it make a loud pop and the engine stopped working. The light doesn’t even turn on now. The seat itself still vibrates as it is powered separately.

Got this as a gift. My son is only 12lbs at 2 months and the motor is making a clicking sound already seems like its struggling to swing the base and bouncing around as its swinging and the vibrations on the bouncer sounds loud and drowns out the music if you use it.

I got this swing recently we threw away the box and I can’t find the model number or anything on the swing it self, I am in of the tube base cover and the thing to plug in on the wall for it work it stopped working out of no where, do not think I need to pay for these parts when I’ve had it less then a month and paid 150 for it.

I bought this item from on line Walmart. It was cheaper than Target and I must say you get what you pay for. After putting it together it was lopsided. Now I have pulled and pulled and can't disconnect the left or right swing frame. What am I suppose to do? I can't disconnect it to return it.

I had this one month for my grandson, three months old. And yep you guessed it, it broke. Tried to contact customer service and of course no answer.

My mom bought us this swing 6 years ago when we had our first baby. All 4 of our kids have used this swing and I could not be happier with it. It cleans easily. It’s easy to set up. It plugs in so you’re not constantly replacing batteries. I’m going to cry when my baby out grows it. This has been the perfect baby accessory!!

Received this as a gift and am glad to say I didn’t pay for it. Put it together in November and it sat in the babies room until she was born. I tested it when I put it together and it worked fine but I went to use it for the first time today with the baby and the swing doesn’t work at all. Really disappointed and now have to find a new swing, I would not purchase this item.

I got this at my baby show and it was a life saver. My son used it till he hit the weight limit. When your little one gets close to the weight limit it will click. Assembling takes some umph but there’s a reason for that, stability. We never used the chair but the swing was wonderful and my son loved reaching for the little stars.

We bought this for our first child and didn't realize until after he was born that the legs was crooked. It wobbles and I feel very uncomfortable putting our son in it. I do however use the seat as a bouncer. The vibration is so loud, but my son doesn't mind. I was hoping the legs would be in the replacement parts so I can salvage the swing.

Got this for our now 4 month old. The swing broke in about a month and a half ! We thought it needed new batteries, that didn’t work! Tried using the plug it came with, nothing ! Very disappointed because it would soothe our baby while he was swinging in it! I wish I had seen the reviews before adding to my registry :(

My wife and I bought this swing for our grandson who is just now 3 months old. Only worked for a shot time then quit working completely.

Received this swing as a gift for our newborn. She absolutely loved being in her swing but after 3 months, it stopped working. Plays musics and sounds like the motor is moving but the swing isn’t rocking
