Must have
Was gifted this at my baby shower and I couldn’t say more about it. Weight is manageable. Feels safe and so nice to click the baby car seat in and out of the stroller. Very functional for long term use into the “big kid” stroller!
Love it!!
I used this trace system 4 years ago with my first I had to buy it again for my second baby I love it!
Doesnt connect
Carseat is ok and stroller ride ok. But it's so hard to connect carseat to the stroller! It's literally raining and cold outside and it takes us so many times to finally connect it. 2 months and still have a hard time every single timen
The item didn’t have all parts included. It was missing the child’s tray. I spent time speaking to customer service for a replacement part but they said they did not have any. What is additionally frustrating is the fact that it seems incompatible with other stroller trays. So you cant find a solution on third party websites.
Not like the older models
Not like the 2014 version at all. I brought this pram stroller and car seat because in 2014 I brought the graco modes combo and it was the best! I loved the one handed collapse and ease of throwing it in the trunk the big compartments and 2 parent cup holders it was amazing. This version is cheap doesn’t convert easily there’s snaps and fasteners and it does not see seem like it will be useful past 18 months. I hate it. I got the lilac and it’s pretty but I’m not happy.
Safe, Stylish, and Easy to Use
Very practical and comfortable. Easy to assemble, modern design, good storage space for daily essentials, easy to clean, and feels very safe and stable to use.
Great affordable travel system
This stroller was so cute and really efficient. I love it very much!
LOOOVE This Car seat and stroller
Looove how easy it is to put the car seat into the car just a click and it’s secure. The stroller just a press of a button and it’s folded fits well in the trunk. Soo convenient and easy especially when baby’s ready to get home. Baby sleeps in the car seat so great it’s very comfortable for her and I. My only concern is after a while the car seat tipped over to the side when making a u turn bay is fine she was unbothered thankfully hasn’t happened in a long time just been cautious.

Can the stroller be folded with the included Graco SnugRide LX infant car seat attached, or does the car seat need to be removed before folding and storing?
We recommend removing the included SnugRide LX before folding and storing the stroller — the Graco Modes Pramette owner’s manual explicitly instructs to remove the infant car seat prior to folding the stroller. [1]
Graco Modes Pramette owner’s manual / product PDF (folding instructions)
Does the Modes Pramette seat recline fully flat in 'pramette' (infant) mode so a newborn can lie completely flat without using the car seat?
Yes. The toddler seat converts into the pramette (bassinet) and the seat back reclines to a full‑recline/flat position so a newborn can lie flat without using the car seat [1][2]. The manual shows the steps to convert the seat (lower the foot end/put footrest in bassinet position) and warns not to use bassinet mode once the infant can push up or weighs over 15 lb. [1].

What type of wheels and suspension does this stroller use (hard plastic, foam-filled, air-filled) and how does it perform on uneven sidewalks, grass, or gravel?
We confirm this Graco Modes Pramette uses molded hard‑plastic (non‑air) wheels and a basic shock‑absorbing/all‑wheel suspension rather than air‑ or foam‑filled tires. [1][2][3] It rolls smoothly on paved/urban sidewalks but will feel bumpier and have less traction on grass or gravel compared with strollers that use foam or air‑filled tires, so it’s best suited for pavement and smoother paths. [3][4]

Are the stroller fabrics (seat pad, canopy) and the SnugRide LX car seat cover removable and machine‑washable, or are they spot‑clean only? Any special care instructions?
We recommend spot‑cleaning the Modes Pramette stroller seat pad and canopy with mild soap and warm water — Graco’s product page lists the stroller seat pad as spot‑clean only, though some manuals note a removable body‑support (on select models) that can be washed cold on a delicate cycle and line‑dried. The included SnugRide LX infant car seat has a removable pad and canopy that may be machine‑washed cold on a gentle/delicate cycle and drip/line‑dried; do NOT machine‑wash or soak the harness straps and clean buckles/hardgoods with a damp cloth and mild soap. Follow the fabric care tag and the owner’s manual for the exact, model‑specific instructions. [1][2][3]

Can the SnugRide LX base be installed using either LATCH or the vehicle seat belt, and does the base include a lock‑off, level indicator, or other features that make belt installation easier and more secure?
Yes — the SnugRide LX base can be installed with either the vehicle seat belt or the lower‑anchor (LATCH) system (do not use both at the same time). This base has a red level line on the side and an adjustable foot with multiple recline positions to help get the correct angle; for belt installs the manual directs using your vehicle’s locking mode or a separate locking clip if needed rather than describing a built‑in lock‑off on the base. [1]

How large and accessible is the under‑seat storage basket (will a full diaper bag or small grocery bag fit?) and is there a stated weight limit for the basket?
This stroller has an “extra‑large” under‑seat storage basket designed to hold child and parent essentials — a full diaper bag or a small grocery bag will generally fit. The owner’s manual states a maximum of 10 lb (4.5 kg) in the storage basket and warns not to allow a child to stand on or use the basket as a carrier. [1] [2]

What is the car seat expiration period for the included SnugRide LX (how many years from the manufacture date), and where is the manufacture/expiration date located on the product?
We recommend replacing the included Graco SnugRide LX 7 years after its date of manufacture. The date (and model number) is printed on the label attached to the infant restraint—look on the underside/rear of the carrier (and sometimes on the base) for the “Date of Manufacture/DOM” sticker. [1][2]

Several reviewers mention difficulty clicking the car seat into the stroller or that the attachment feels different from older Modes models—what are the common attachment/connection complaints reported and are there recommended fixes or updated connectors?
We see reviewers most often report that the car seat can be hard to “click” into place (it feels different from older Modes models—some describe extra snaps/fasteners), and that a seat can feel loose, wobbly, or tip to the side if it isn’t fully latched. Recommended fixes: make sure the stroller is NOT in pramette mode when installing the infant seat, press firmly until you hear/see the definitive “click,” inspect the Click‑Connect hooks/slots for debris or damage, and replace worn connectors only with Graco replacement parts (search by model number/manufacture date) or contact Graco Consumer Care for parts/service if the latch still won’t engage. What are the stroller's folded dimensions and approximate folded height (for trunk storage and gate‑checking), and is the stroller compact enough for airline gate check or fitting in small trunks?
This Modes Pramette folds to roughly 38" (length) x 24" (width) x 18" (folded height) — so the folded height is about 18 inches. [1][2] Many parents and retailer notes say the folded footprint is travel‑friendly and it’s commonly gate‑checked and fits into most trunks, but the ~38" length can be long for very small trunks so we recommend measuring your trunk or airline gate‑check allowance if space is tight.
