User opinions on the Ezebaby bassinet highlighting value and mattress concerns
I have the Ezebaby and honestly for the price it’s a great little bassinet. Super easy to put together, has wheels so I can move it around the house, and the storage basket is handy. My only complaint is the mattress is really thin. My baby didn’t seem to mind but I wish it was a bit thicker. For $80-$90 it’s hard to beat though.

General bassinet buying advice mentioning safety certifications and mattress thickness
Look for something that’s certified by CPSC or ASTM, which the Ezebaby is. All mesh sides are important for airflow. Also, don’t add any extra mattresses or padding because that can be a suffocation risk. The thin mattress is actually a safety feature.

Comparison between Ezebaby and Halo bassinets with safety discussion
Debating between the Ezebaby and the Halo. The Ezebaby is half the price and seems to have the same functionality. I like that it has a mesh side and storage. But I’m worried about quality – anyone used it long term? Some say the Halo is sturdier but for 20 weeks of use, not sure it’s worth the extra $150.

Positive experience using the Ezebaby as a portable bedside sleeper
We got the Ezebaby for our small apartment and it’s been perfect. Fits right next to the bed, easy to roll to the living room during the day. Baby sleeps great in it. Only used for 4 months but no complaints so far. For the price, definitely recommend.
