New Frida Baby 3-in-1 Cool Mist Humidifier (White)

I was missing the chimney to the humidifier. I contacted Frida to ask about buying a chimney. They sent me a brand new humidifier at no charge. With a new born in the house they have a customer for life.

i’ve got two crazy cats who got into my previous humidifier and lost the plug so I could no longer fill it with water. I contacted Frida who I didn’t even know had a lifetime warranty and they sent me a whole new humidifier for free. I use it every night with my 4 month old. I absolutely love it.

Had an issue with my original Frida humidifier . Reached out to customer service and within 2-3 business days I had the new version delivered . Hands down best customer service & life time warranty ! Super easy to clean and tap water friendly . A must have item for kiddos.

This humidifier was worked very well for us. When full it will last through the entire night sleep and still puts out a good quantity of moisture in the air. The customer service was outstanding as ours was a replacement for a part that I damaged. I would definitely recommend Fridababy.

We had ours about a year when it randomly stopped working! I emailed Frida, and they sent us a brand new replacement within 2 days! It works so well and our son enjoys having the colored night light on at night!

I like this version for so many reasons. It’s hard to find a humidifier that allows diffusing essential oils. The capacity is great and the handle allows me to fill it ONE HANDED while holding a baby. I swear FridaMom’s product team really hears us and it shows. 10/10.

This was sent to me as a replacement for my old Frida humidifier. At this point, I like it much more than my old one. It is quieter, easier to clean, and overall seems like a better product.

This is the best humidifier I’ve ever owned! It functions perfectly and comes apart easily so you can actually clean all the parts that are normally impossible to clean in other humidifiers. As long as you use distilled water, it doesn’t even get any buildup. The ability to change the nightlight colors or turn it off completely is nice, too. I love it and feel good about using it for my toddler.

LOVE!!! So I bought the og version 8 years ago at least.. it started to make some weird noises when we turned it on .. so I contacted customer service and they DELIVERED. I cannot say enough great things about not only customer service but the product. I love that I can put my essential oils DIRECTLY in the tank . That makes it so much easier when the littles are stuffed up. The carry handle to take it to fill it up is so convenient too. The nightlight is perfect- not too bright for my pink loving girlie when usually that lights too bright at night. 10/10 . Hands down. You won’t regret your purchase.

First off, custom service for Frida Baby is incredible! They’re so fast to help out. I upgraded my original model and this wine is much better. Much much easier to clean and fill. And I like the light function on it more, even though we don’t really use it. Will be getting another for the next baby.

this truly is the dream humidifier much better than the older model we had it’s easy to fill and clean which makes all the difference! With the warranty they offer it’s worth the money we had the older model and it broke after a couple of years and warranty process was easy. If you have the original humidifier, it’s worth it to upgrade to this one. So much easier to clean! It works the same, but we love that the whole top is removable. We use it anytime our kids are sick or have stuffy noses.

Such a better model from the triangle shaped one. I can clean it out and refill it so much easier. I love that I have multiple colored lights to choose from and that it’s an actual button not the supposed touch for the light on and off. One flaw it has is the plug in cable is built in so I have so take the whole cable with me if I need to drain it out but other than that but better product!

Best humidifier for my child. Ours stopped working and got a free replacement!

It is an updated version of the humidifier and is much more practical. The tank is easier to clean, the power cord is secured, and it has a light button.

Much easier to clean than last model. Provides a nice light mist with beautiful color display. The top comes off fairly easily so would love to see a locking mechanism in a future model to prevent spillage from little toddler hands.

I love the new design of full open top to fill water, colors, speeds, ease to clean. however I hate that the cord does not unplug from the unit itself. The old model was easy to disconnect and take to wipe out/fill and plug back in with out disconnecting from wall outlet behind a dresser.

This product was great when I first bought for my baby but since then it hasn’t really humidified our room anymore after a couple months. The features are amazing though I loved having this for my son

I bought this a month ago and used it twice so far for my sick son. I cannot stand how it gets everything soaking wet around it. I turn down the setting and it still makes everything wet. Wouldn’t recommend

I like that it had a large water tank and cool nightlight settings; however this leaked after 1 usage. Im very disappointed because I love a bunch of Frieda baby products. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

Had it for a couple days and sucks it keeps leaking for no reason I cleaned it made sure made sure the water reservoir was ok and it’s still leaking

I really wanted to love this item. At first it worked perfectly, we were so happy with it. A few weeks after purchasing it it stopped working. We cleaned it as instructed but nothing helped. We reached out to Frida and they sent us a replacement. Unfortunately, after a week, the replacement somehow flooded itself and water was gushing on to our floor. I’m not sure what even happened.

Leaks! This humidifier leaked and messed up our floors!! This was actually the second one we had and the first one messed up as well. I wanted to love this product but unfortunately it’s just a no for me.

The item is advertised to have an auto shut off safety features but it doesn’t shut off and overheats causing a HUGE fire safety concerns. Do not recommend this product at all. Customer services was just frustrating to deal with not acknowledging their safety concerns and repeatedly offered defective item as a replacement

I bought this humidifier at Walmart only for it to end up leaking after only using it for a couple of hours. I got a replacement sent to me with the same issue. I dont know if I was just sent a defective humidifier that was already sent to them before or if this is a defective issue that hasn't been properly addressed, but I am not purchasing this product anymore.

My third replacement! After using it for a week once I refill tank it will leak out ! The seal inside base is not stable it keeps moving around.

The first night we used the humidifier it worked great and we were happy with it. The next day I refilled and turned on as I had the day before. After a short while we noticed a huge puddle of water had leaked onto the floor. Customer service was great and after troubleshooting offered to send a replacement, but honestly we don’t trust that it won’t leak again.

I loved my Frida humidifier but it stopped working after only using it for a month! I tried everything to get it to work again 😔

I bought this humidifier off of the Walmart website for my baby to go in our room while we sleep. It gets dirty super quickly even with filtered water, it is difficult to clean since it gets dirty throughout the entire machine, the machine doesn’t detach from the cord to clean the bottom of it so you have to hope you aren’t messing it up electronically. I’m constantly having to readjust it to make it start humidifying again. The only nice thing about this humidifier is the colors.

We didn’t even use it once. Our 3 month old has a cold and we were hoping this would help. Right out of the box, the light works, nothing else is happening. Terrible product and extremely disheartening whilst trying to make our baby feel better. Would not recommend.

This humidifier must be terrible because we contacted Frida Baby when our brand new one wouldn’t work. They sent us another and that one does not work either. I read reviews after this experience and see many others have this issue also.

Our precious one that was only about a year old and used sparingly malfunctioned. The company replaced immediately. It was wonderful, so happy to have purchased with them initially.

I love Frida products and was excited to purchase this. It is extremely quiet, produces great mist (it's not even a mist, it's so fine), and the nightlight is not too bright. The only problem is that it leaks. Where the container meets the base starts seeping water if there is any water in the base. And it's not just a little water in the base, it's completely full so I have to dump it out and start new. I love it so much that I just put a towel down but my husband is not that patient. I've read similar reviews so it might be a parts issue but UGH, now I have to try to fix it or return it for another.

2nd machine leaked - this is our 2nd machine first one stopped misting

The first time I purchased this product, it was good for about 2 days. it started to leak which was very inconvenient as disheartening as it was a gift :( the warranty was easy to replace the FIRST time but when it arrived it leaked as well... very disappointed to say the least because it was hard to replace the second time around, that I failed to see the point of jumping through hoops ro replace a faulty machine. Do better Frida baby :(

I went through several of these (They were the older version that had a more triangular shape) before switching to something else. They only work about 4 times before they broke, were impossible to properly clean, AND got moldy quickly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I've had four of these - FOUR. And every single one of them has had the same issue where the plug has become loose and has overfilled. This has happened so many times that its ruined a nightstand and dresser. Don't buy this.

Love the handle. Makes it much easier to fill. Much more powerful than the previous one we had. Only complaint is the max level seems low. We fill it to the max line, but when you look at it from the front, it looks like it’s not half full. We used to be able to go at least 2 days between refilling, but now we have to refill every night. Our previous humidifier stopped working randomly. We had it for almost 2 years. I googled to see if I could fix it, but I found a video of someone explaining how to contact Frida for a free replacement. Customer service was very nice and the replacement process was super easy.

Solved it by resending me a new humidifier, it was a desperate need since it was flu season and my baby was sick😅. Been a month since I’ve had it and it’s worked since! Very pleased 🙂

I’ve only had this for a few weeks but I love it. It creates mist within a second of being turned on and I love that I can control the level of mist and that it doesn’t heat up the room.

This was a free replacement for a Frida humidifier which stopped working. They honored their lifetime warranty. Since it was used for a visiting allergic grandchild and he has gone home, I have not tried the new and updated humidifier. But I loved the old one and feel confident that this replacement will be excellent.

Leaking at the base and won't come out of the top unless propped. What a mess, very disappointed!

Didn’t last 2 months…. Now it doesn’t work 98% of the time. Don’t buy it. Apparently they don’t have any to replace, they gave me credit for it, but is out of stock. Is winter and I’m having to spend more money on a different one, because of their “excellent” solution of giving me credit for something that have been out of stock for awhile.

Humidifier is simple and easy to use. Company is fantastic in backing their products.

I liked the way previous model worked better (except that it just stopped working one day). This one doesn't change the humidity level in my bedroom as much.

Me and my family has been super supportive of Frida products. For some reason the humidifier series has been beyond disappointing. We’ve went through multiple replacements and each one lasts at MOST a week. This will be my 4th replacement of the current model due to leaking. I really wish they would take a closer look at the many defective complaints we have. My current issues is again leaking and I can see it’s from the seal. Did every per instructions and still the same issue. Over and over again

This gets mold so fast. All in the container and on the bottom. Even the mister attachment is full of mold and you can’t even clean that piece. Would not recommend and will be purchasing another brand.

I just unpacked my humidifier and I can already tell this is going to be a nightmare to clean. I don’t understand why the cord is not removable from the base of the machine (like it was in their previous design). It’s going to be very hard not to get the cord wet when cleaning the base. There are so many parts that aren’t removable and are going to collect mold and hard water stains overtime. I wouldn’t recommend this product because it’s not going to be sanitary to use since it will be impossible to clean.
