I appreciated the detailed description, I knew I was getting a floor model and it came in perfect shape at a much reduced cost. When I thought the cupholders weren't included, I reached out to them and then we found them and they were very responsive and thankful that I let them know. Everything is fine.

We got the Ingenuity ConvertMe Swing-2-Seat (swell) about 3 months ago. At first, it was great—quiet and soothing. But now the motor is so loud it sounds like a dying RC car. Customer service claims it's 'normal operation.' Really disappointed.

Recommendation for portable infant swing
We barely used it as a full size swing because our son outgrew it super fast (he's a big baby though). But the seat mode with vibration was a lifesaver. It's so portable—we took it to grandma's house all the time. For the price, it's a great buy if you're short on space.

Comparing bouncers and swings, ConvertMe recommended
I had the Ingenuity ConvertMe in the swell print and it was my favorite baby item. It folds flat so we could stash it behind the couch. Wish it had a plug-in adapter, but batteries lasted a while. I'd pick it over a Graco again because it takes up zero floor space.
