Kayak angler compares O'Brien to NRS and Stohlquist
For kayak fishing, I prefer the O'Brien Flex V-Back over NRS. It's more flexible and less bulky. Tried a Stohlquist too but the O'Brien fits better and has a lower profile for casting. Only downside is it can get a bit warm on hot days, but overall it's my go-to.
