New Frida Mom C-Section Hot & Cold Therapy Belly Binder

I didn't know exactly what this was for at first. I followed the really easy directions and oh my this helped in so many ways and now as we look to the next baby this is certainly going to be in my mommy bag .

I bought this about a month ago and I'm so happy I did because it helped so much

My Ob told me to wear a belly binder so it takes the pressure off of my incision. this belly band supports the back and core muscles very well. and the fact that I could use cold and hot packs in it helped me A LOT.

I received this as a free sample to try it and I love it. It came perfect timing. It helped relieve my pain and discomfort from my c-section and it’s light weight.

I had a C-section 25 years ago and this would have came in handy. Especially having the built in cool and heat pak. Adjustable belt and material is comfortable.

I recieved this for free for my honest opinion. When I got my c section it was painful for over two months on end. Nothing helped me except for this band. It made it so nothing brushed up against my incision and I couldn't be more grateful. The ice pack or heat was also pretty amazing. It helped me heal quicker and I believe every c section should be provided with this. It definitely made recovery more bearable.

I had my second C-section mid February. The first time I had one done, I did not buy anything to help me heal. This time I decided to do things differently by purchasing the recovery band and I am so glad I did! It majorly helped with reducing pain by allowing me to have a heat/cool compact on my back and front. I felt that it allowed necessary support in the first few weeks that I did not get the first time. It also comfortably fit around my size 20 hips. Would recommend this for all sizes.

I’m currently still pregnant, but I’ve been dealing with some terrible abdominal nerve pain from pinched nerves. It makes it really hard to function, but this has been my lifesaver!!! I’ve been able to put it on top of my belly and use the cooling pack for front and back to help ease the pain. This has been SO helpful for me and I can’t recommend this one enough - it’s the only thing that’s really helped me feel better. I think it will be amazing to help postpartum as well!!! My wife used this during her C section recovery and it is a fantastic product to have on hand. I had never heard of a product like this Frida Mom C-Section Recovery Band until recently & I’m so glad that I got it. The quality is outstanding and the features, Perfect! It’s great to use after having a C-Section (or surgery) as it provides protection and comfort in the healing process. I love the removable cold/hot packs because they’re very helpful & so comforting. Another feature that is on the top of my list is that it’s adjustable, making it perfect during recovery & afterwards. I will continue using this product because it’s also helps my lower back pain not associated with a c-section. I absolutely love it!

I knew I’d be needing this but never knew frida had one out, and I couldn’t ask for any other one. It helps with my incision from getting bumped or rubs in by my underware and pants. It’s easy to put on and take off, with getting a C-section it’s hard to move around and this helps without making you twist and turn and being uncomfortable. The maters is also really soft and doesn’t irritate at all

I received, Frida Mom C-Section Recovery Band. This band has to be the perfect hands free support to the healing journey of of the C-Section. It has the softest knit in the inner layer that is cradled next the incision. It has a firm outer layer to protect you from all the times you don't realize you bump into things.it has front and back pocket to insert cold and hot therapy.They are reusable heat packs to reduce pain .The reusable freeze pack to treat swelling and inflammation. This is the best whether you are up and busy or if you are laying down to rest. I would highly recommend.

This band is great. It's alot better than the standard hospital issue once. I like the support it provided since it had a large coverage area. It has a great feature that allows a heating pad in the front and back so it has helped me tremendously with pain management. It still is helping with my c-section recovery so overall I would continue to use it.

I wish they had this with my last c-section but glad I have this with a toddler! My toddler comes right up to my incision, so I’m glad I can wear this and not have to worry about him doing damage. And the hot and cold packs were very thought out to help with the relief while healing!

This is a registry and postpartum must-have! I’m still pregnant (only one more week) and am extremely excited to use this because it is extremely convenient. This recovery band is hands-free and it is easy on / easy off. I made my husband test this out for me on and he said the ice packs last hours. This is also an extra layer of protection from your older children or pets. After being tapped by a child near your incision you will understand, haha. I used one of these with my first child and wanted to use it again with my second. I was bot disappointed with the results I got from it and you won't either. Just give yourself about 4-6 weeks after delivery to make sure your scar starts healing properly. You will not be disappointed.

Believe me when I say having a c-section is awful. However the recovery process is more painful if you don’t have the right tools for recovery. This band is made of materials that is soft and doesn’t make your skin itch. The strap is easy to adjust to make sure it’s not too tight on your wound, just good enough to hold your belly. I am glad Frida makes product like these as it makes recovery less traumatic and less of a nightmare.

The FridaMom recovery band has the perfect amount of padding and the option to either heat or freeze the inserts is fantastic. The belt is easy to put on and it adjusts easily as well. It is great for when your body is hurting and there’s nothing to do but let it heal.

This item is so raved about and I can now confirm that it is seriously such a necessary thing after our bodies as women go thru the c section procedure! Frida is always thinking about what moms need after we have our babies. I have to have c sections. I know the pain and the need to have a cold pack on the incision. So when I saw this, I got it. My kid’s teacher will be having a c section and this would be prefect for her recovery

This worked out extremely well for holding a cold pack in place of the incision. I did tend to prefer to use a binder while up and walking around so I didn’t utilize it as much for the protection aspect to comment on that. Regardless, it was worth it alone to be able to lay down with the ice pack and not worry about it falling off of the area. Absolutely recommend.

I got this when I found out I was being induced knowing I’d likely have a c section. Ultimately I ended up not using it because I just didn’t feel like it was necessary. It was a nice option to have but definitely not a must have.

It looked good and felt good, I just wish it could have fit. Not all Mother's are a One size fit all, and this Band was definitely smaller that my waist. Really wish it could have fit so I could give a more detailed review.

Frida mom products are amazing. I wish this line was around 10 years ago when I had my first child. I bought the c section recovery band for my sister that just had her first baby and C-section. I ordered the frida mom c-section recovery band for my March 2022 baby boy! I love their products and use them almost exclusively for my postpartum needs. This is an amazing quality, I love the heat pack option and it’s so incredibly comfortable. Absolutely a requirement If you need a c-section!

Ok i have to say right off that O do not like the position of the clips to secure it in place they are located in the most ridiculous place especially after having a c section trying to reach my arms behind me was excruciatingly painful to do. As for the product once place on and secured with the help from my significant other it seemed to have worked well enough as far as keeping the weight from pulling on the sutures. I wasnt to happy with this happy in my full honesty solely on position of the clips if they had been on the sides or the front it would of worked much better for my self.

I had my second csection almost three months ago and although the hospital provided me with a support band, it doesn’t even compare to the mom frida version! The best thing about it is the adjustable sections, so it’s not just one big strap. This allows for flexibility on where the support is needed and works for different frames! It was also made of more breathable material so it didn’t bulk underneath clothes, whereas others is much less discreet. I strongly recommend this product, wish I had it for my first csection (especially that car ride home from the hospital)!

These are great to use after having a baby and or if you’re having cramping or stomach pain. Its easy to put on and light weight so comfortable you don’t even know your wearing it. It’s cool you can use hot or cold packs that slip right in the belly and back pocket’s. Definitely relives cramping,swelling, soreness and inflammation. I absolutely love this product. There is an ice/hot pack that goes in the front and the back. The packs are of good quality and are reusable. It helps my tummy and back feel better. The front is very thick. I am obsessed with this. I would highly recommend it!

Love that Fridamom has a market for not just vaginal delivery, but cesarean delivery. This recovery band has removable cold+hot packs and fits a variety of bodies with the strap going from 22” to 44”. The bumper prevents the incision being bumped and the packs help with aches and soreness. Love this and can’t wait to use it more, I found it to be very comfortable and a high quality product.

Unfortunately I had to have a c-section with my second baby. From having an unplanned c-section with my first, I knew the recovery was going to be rough again and wanted to try everything to make this one a little easier. I splurged and bought a bunch of c-section recovery items. I remembered that having some pressure on the incision area always felt good. I also have a toddler who wants to climb all over me, and so I was so afraid of having the incision get bumped by him. This belt was so great! It added a bit of pressure (I tightened it as much as possible), made me feel less exposed to bumps/accidental hits, and the cooling from the ice pads was so comforting! Overall, it was very helpful in my recovery.

We actually bought this for my daughter who had gallbladder surgery via laparoscopy. Her incisions were quite bothersome when in the car and she needed some support. This item was perfect, and she can hide it under her clothes if she wants. The only gripe I have is that it didn't come with directions on how to keep the elastic bands from loosening. But she figured it out easily enough.

The Frida mom c section recovery band is truly amazing. First off its made of quality its durable but still soft on the skin. Putting on and taking off is simple. There's a large enough snap to get it off even when recovering. I love that it comes with 2 ice or hot packs. It even has openins to put them in. To be honest I’ve never heard of frida mom before so I was really excited to get to try the C-section recovery band and to be honest I’m very happy with it. I love that it comes with 2 hot and 2 cold packs to use if you’re burning and to help with inflammation cause you know you swell up, having a C-section is not fun this is my second, this has helped SO much in the past four days of trying it definitely recommend this product.

This is a genius idea. I can move around while applying a hot or cold pack to my abdomen instead of being confined to my bed. Even if I’m in bed I don’t have to hold onto the pack which makes it very convenient and easy to use. The adjustable strap is also nice for when I want a tighter fit vs a loose fit. I just got this and I am impressed! I can’t wait to use it. I just try it, but by the looks of it I know I will love it. I can already tell that it’s made of nice materials, you feel it in the quality of it. It adjusted nicely to my tummy when I tried it on with the heating/cold pads and it’s airy which I loved. It doesn’t even feel heavy on my tummy, it made me feel like I will have the support I will need.

This is so smart and helpful. The packs for thus band are flexible and soft. They can be froze or heated in the microwave to help with the pains after csection. Honestly this product is going to be really great for moms who get epidurals, or even menstrual cramps! It's very high quality and well thought out.
