I have this seat and my 4.5 month old (who is on the bigger side) barely fits in it. The straps are fully loosened and it's still snug. I can't imagine him fitting in it until 4 years like it says.

Practical use and limitations as a floor seat
We have the Infantino 3-in-1 seat. It's great for a few minutes while I'm cooking or cleaning. My baby loves the lights and music. It's not a replacement for floor time though. I only use it for 10-15 mins at a time. Also, I tried it as a booster on a dining chair and it wasn't super sturdy.
