Highly recommend
I received this after I purchased the belly tape and had a reaction to it. This has all the post partum essentials you'll need. I would recommend the larger set for a first time mom and even getting the c-section recovery band for a vaginal birth. The customer service team who assisted me in this was amazing.

I felt a little odd registering for perineal care products for a work baby shower, but I swear of everything I got (they were wonderful and generous!) this kit was hands down the best bang-for-buck of anything. the disposable briefs are great, comfortable, and because you can put your own pad in (ice or no ice, you decide) they can be worn for an entire day or more and you just change out the pad. Pads stick to them so much better than the hospital mesh undies and they don't feel like diapers. I had a 9 lb baby and had posterior and anterior tears. this really helps. I didn't even know half of these items existed until I opened the kit. The only think its missing is Dermoplast (likely not included because its technically a medication). sure, you could build your own kit, but all together it is price competitive and easier to package/ explain as one big box. get it. Get it for someone you love.

- Do any of the Frida mom items contain parabens?
- No, all of our products are made with materials where parabens are not found.
- Is this kit enough for the entire recovery?
- It’s not. If you don’t leave the hospital with any supplies, this will last you about 1-1.5 weeks post delivery (mainly because of the number of pads and underwear).
