I appreciated the detailed description, I knew I was getting a floor model and it came in perfect shape at a much reduced cost. When I thought the cupholders weren't included, I reached out to them and then we found them and they were very responsive and thankful that I let them know. Everything is fine.

The products were very good. More than I’d expected them to be. The color of the diaper bag is beautiful and I know my daughter in love will be happy with it.
