Safety 1st 8-in-1 Travel System (Dunes Edge)
The Safety 1st Deluxe Grow and Go Flex 8-in-1 Travel System combines a stroller and the onBoard 35 FLX infant car seat (4–35 lbs) for eight configurations from birth to preschool. The stroller features a large canopy, storage basket, and a memory-foam seat with a compact one-hand fold, but its small plastic wheels and heavy frame make it best suited for smooth pavement. Users highlight its versatility and value while noting challenges with bulkiness and rough terrain.

Detailed review of Safety 1st 8-in-1 vs Graco Modes Nest
I have the Safety 1st 8 in 1 travel system. I bought it on sale for around $300 at Best Buy. I like it, it's very versatile. However, it's quite bulky and heavy. The fold is easy but it's still a big piece to lift into a trunk. I also found the infant car seat very heavy... My friend has the Graco Modes Nest and it's much lighter and smaller.

User praises the 8-in-1 for its longevity and value
I have the safety first 8-in-1 travel system that came with the infant seat. My baby was in the infant seat for 13 months. It's a great system. We are still using the stroller seat and it will last until 50 lbs. Has 8 different ways to ride. It's been a great purchase and was a fraction of the cost of a lot of other travel systems.

Criticism about bulkiness and poor wheel performance
I have the Safety 1st 8-in-1 and honestly regret it. It's super bulky, the wheels are small and plastic, so any kind of gravel, snow, or uneven sidewalk is awful. The fold is nice and easy but again, it's heavy and awkward to lift. I wish I would have spent more on something lighter with better wheels.

Mixed review comparing to Evenflo Pivot Xpand
We originally had the Safety 1st 8-in-1 and ended up returning it. Pros: price (it was on sale for $250), can be used a ton of different ways, and car seat clicks in super easy. Cons: heavy, bulky, and the wheels are rough on anything but smooth pavement. We switched to the Evenflo Pivot Xpand and like it much better for our gravel driveway. If you're only on pavement, the Safety 1st is a good deal.
