The cutest suitcase I ever had!!
This was the cutest by far suitcase that I have ever bought! I don't know about durability yet, because I just used it once and so far, so good. The only thing I need to note here is that the wheels do not always roll easily the direction you want and (compared to other suitcases) you have to push more. The other thing that I was skeptical about is the weight of the suitcase, which is a little bit more than the lightest I have from Samsonite. Other than that, the suitcase is one of the best and the cutest I ever had!!

Strap Does Not Seem Durable & Confusing to Operate
I loved the tag itself, but the strap was difficult to figure out how to get it open/closed, and it seems like it should be made more sturdy. Compared to the tag part, the strap seems too thin, not durable, and likely to break easily, especially the way luggage is handled by the carriers nowadays...
