Dream Weighted Transition Swaddle
The Dream Weighted Transition Swaddle is a patent-pending infant sleep sack designed to safely transition babies from swaddling to arms-out sleep. It features gentle, evenly distributed weight from shoulder to toe (approximately the weight of a slice of cheese) to reduce the startle reflex and promote self-soothing, with breathable 100% cotton construction (1.0 TOG), a two-way zipper for easy diaper changes, and a tagless design. Available in sizes 3-6 months and 6-9 months, it is suitable for babies who are beginning to roll.

Game changer
We had tried so many other types of sleep sacks but nothing was working. Someone recommended this one and it has been the best thing ever such a game changer! She is finally sleeping through night! This momma is happy and finally sleeping better!!!I will definitely get the next one up when she is ready to transition!

Worth it!
I struggled with whether or not this transition sack was worth it or not for a long time and finally gave in with this baby (number 4). My other 3 were awful to transition out of the original swaddle and with The transition sack he was only up one time the whole first night! It was like we never transitioned at all! So worth it!

- Once your baby shows signs of rolling, it’s time to consider the Transition Swaddle. The gently weighted arms help reduce the Moro reflex and keep your baby cozy in a roll-ready design. Our products run true-to-size, so for safety and comfort, we do not recommend sizing up.
- How much do the Transition Swaddles weigh?
