Terrible product, don't waste your money
Faulty product, issues with the wheels and the handlebar folding functionality. Don't waste your time or money - sold as a premium brand and product but unreliable. Evenflo is trying to make me pay for the cost of return shipping when the wagon is extremely heavy and will cost a fortune to ship. The...
Front wheel wobbles, try something else
Really wanted to like this wagon but the front wheels wobble violently every time I hit a bump in the sidewalk, even walking at a normal speed. it’s so bad it makes using the wagon for pleasure walks impossible because I’m constantly having to stop or lift the handle to stop the wobble. Buy somethi...
Could be better.
I like almost everything about this wagon The storage attachment, the double child snack tray, the maneuverability are all great! The fold is not great though. The fold is relatively compact, but does not lock in it's folded position, which makes it incredibly difficult and cumbersome to put into ...
Your mileage may vary
2 stars. Does it work? Yes. Does it have multiple issues since receiving it? Also yes. And that tells me a lot about either quality control or just overall quality of the product. I have multiple manufacturing defects, not just one that would make me think it's simply a random error. 1. We have a ...
My favorite piece of mom gear
I have had this stroller for almost 5 years and it is still my favorite piece of gear by far. It continues to be very useful even as my kids get older, beach days, certain hiking trails, and even found a valuable way to incorporate our high energy dog. We have gone on hikes as far back as 5 miles ei...
Obsessed
This product is amazing. I’ve been using it for over a year. The fact that it can transport both children in one wagon plus all other things we need to carry. It takes on all terrains from sand to roads and everything in between. I love that it’s skinny enough to fit through typical doors without an...
Love This Wagon!
I can’t say enough good things about the Pivot Xplore All-Terrain Stroller Wagon. I use it every time I go out with my two kids (ages 3 and 1), and they absolutely love it. It’s easy to handle, smooth to push or pull, and makes every trip so much simpler. After comparing so many options, nothing cam...
Nice product that does what
Nice product that does what it’s designed to do. Handlebar is a little low, and I’m only 5’ 4”. Smooth ride, easy to push, it does collapse down, kinda— It isn’t sturdy when folded up and just doesn’t really fold up enough. It is very bulky in the trunk of our Pilot. If it was full price I would hav...
Even my husband loves it!
We had the Pivot Xplore All-Terrain wagon and loved it. (My husband even admitted to me that it was a good investment!) The tray being removable and dishwasher safe is so useful. The ride is smooth and has made hauling our kids through fields or on gravel a breeze. A month ago, I was rear-ended ve...
Not as rugged as I expected
The strollers fit and finish I like. We get compliments on it and it looks good. That being said. . a rough sidewalk will literally stop this thing in its tracks. The smaller wheels struggle with any terrain whatsoever. We pictured using this for gravel walking paths etc and it just doesn’t cut it. ...
Almost a month ago, I
Almost a month ago, I bought this stroller wagon to replace my RadioFlyer wagon. Having used it almost daily for a few weeks now, I have noticed pros and cons to this wagon. Pros: drives and steers REALLY well on all terrain, easy to fold and unfold, I love the option to pull as well as push, has st...
We love our wagon
This wagon is the best. It’s not as huge as the popular ones, which makes it manageable but still has enough features to make it so much better than a basic wagon. I especially like how it drives over rougher terrain. It’s no harder than pushing my high end stroller.
Evenflo Pivot Xplore All Terrain Stroller Wagon
This stroller is so smooth to maneuver and handles rougher terrain as expected. So glad we got this for our toddler, and looking forward to using it with our second baby on the way too!
Truly my favorite purchase ever made!
My 1 year old is obsessed and so am I. We use it every day and hardly touch our expensive nuna stroller or cheap umbrella stroller. She loves to look around, stand up, and have mobility on our walks. Our daily walks are so much easier now. She could be in there forever. Plus buckling her in is such ...
It’s a DREAM, as long as you keep spending $$$
Listen, I love this wagon. Especially as a tandem stroller with the add-on Second Seat. I truly do love it, and if we’re simply talking functionality, I’d give it 6 stars if I could. It has so much space for two kids, and my 4yr old has so much room to twist and turn and roll around on the bottom wh...

Community Q&A
- Does the Evenflo Pivot Xplore work with Chicco or Uppababy car seats?
- Officially, only with Evenflo car seats, but users have successfully modified the adapter to fit Chicco, Graco, and Maxi-Cosi seats by removing plastic pieces; Uppababy compatibility is unconfirmed.
- What is the difference between the Pivot Xplore and the Xplore Dreamz?
- The Dreamz is the updated version with greater canopy coverage, a deeper footwell, and an included bassinet attachment.
- How durable are the wheels on rough terrain?
- The wheels are made of urethane and have held up well for some users, though the wagon lacks suspension, which may affect longevity on very rough surfaces.
- Is the wagon easy to fold and store?
- Many users report that the folding mechanism is difficult to operate and may become jammed; the compact fold often unlocks when lifted, making it hard to load into a car.

vs Wonderfold
The Wonderfold is considered higher quality but more expensive; some users switched to Wonderfold after issues with the Evenflo, while others found used Wonderfolds as an alternative.

Car seat adapter modification for Chicco
I got the Evenflo Pivot Xplore All-Terrain Stroller Wagon and the car seat adapter. I modified the car seat to take my Chico fit 30. Took me 10 min and a drill to modify (remove plastic pieces) the car seat. This was the cheapest setup I was able to find given current seats.

Locking mechanism failure and poor customer service
I bought the dreamz model in May of this year (2025). I've been going around and around with ParentLink about my stroller wagon's inability to stay in the locked position. It locks in the self standing position. When you attempt to lock it in the compact position you get the indicators it's locked (clicks in place, lock indicators green). Then when lifting to put into the car it opens opens up to the self standing position making it extremely awkward to put into the car. They customer service on this has been very unhelpful and delayed. I guess if you don't intend to use it away from home it's not an issue. I'm now asking everyone I come across with this wagon and most report there's doesn't stay locked either.

Positive experience with minor issue
I have this wagon, along with the toddler seat and car seat adapter. It’s great! Fun for strolls. Great for long days away from home, considering there’s so much storage space in the wagon part. Great when we have long play dates in the park with friends since we can tote our kids together. My one complaint with it was that the foot well doesn’t come up to make a flat nap surface. Although, this was easily fixed by my husband printing a box to fill the space and laid a fluffy blanket over it.

Unfolding jam and lock failure
at first I had mixed feelings because it was a little hard to unfold by myself, and also a bit heavy. But it was a manageable size to push around, and pretty comfy for my toddler (I was pregnant at the time so planning ahead for having 2 toddlers in it). Plus the wheels are nice and it rides smooth. So I kept it, because the pros outweighed the cons and I figured it would be easier to unfold once I was no longer pregnant. Fast forward a few months (we kept it stored away in our garage for a while because the newborn was too small to use it) and I go to get it out again and find that it is NOT any easier to unfold now that I’m not pregnant; in fact, now the level to unfold it is jammed and I have to fight with it for 10 minutes to unfold it at all. Then once it finally unfolds, it won’t click into place to stay unfolded!
