Gate is easy to set up and move around. Does NOT fall over easily! We bought this to keep our dogs away from our Christmas tree. It's not tall enough to keep them from jumping over (yes one has already done so and peed on the tree) but it's a good deterrent most of the time. This has the ability to connect with another section to extend the length and latched gate is easy to operate.

I live in us open loft with no bedrooms completely open so I decided to block off my kitchen area to have a separate space in case I need to have my dog put away. I had my handyman bolts, the gate into the walls and into the flooring and it’s perfect.

My shih tzu, Ruger, just turned 6 months. I have Comony gates up keeping him in my kitchen when I wasn't home. That way if he had an accident, it wouldn't be on my carpets. They are the only kind of gates that I found that he couldn't climb over. Just in the last two weeks he started chewing on my cabinets and dining room chairs for some reason, so I started looking for a decent sized pen to put him in. So glad I found this! I've bought 2 other brands and he climbed right out. Not this one! My living room is the only room big enough to put it in so I'll have to put some washable bed pads under it, but it will work great. There's a video on here that shows how to make this long gate a stand alone pen.

Works perfectly for our intended purpose. Installation was easy. Wall brackets look nice and hold well and disconnect easily for fence removal. They gate can be placed in any position in the fence. Each section of fence can be tightened in whatever position you choose so it makes it much sturdier than any others we’ve seen. We’re using it to span the 109” opening between the kitchen and the family room for our 13wo border collie/Australian shepherd puppy. He’s very smart and figured out our last fence quickly! 5 stars for quality, fit/finish, versatility, and sturdiness. I only wish they offered this in a 36” height as 30” may only last us so long before the pup goes over the top. (If they do come out with a taller version I’d be happy to test and evaluate it for them…

I had a cheap puppy or dog gate with no door, it worked well for containing my new adopted pup, but not practical for a little of puppies.This has a door the you can walk through. At week 4, mom is trying to wean and nurses much less. If I am going to be gone for more hours I will leave Mom with the pups. If she is locked out, she gets stressed.I do not recommend having puppies if you cannot be there 24/7. They are very sensitive and vulnerable to decease.This gate works perfectly, and they give you all the hardware for if you want to attach it to a wall, of which I will be doing shortly.Great Gate and I assume it would work for a baby also.

This is a really well made and sturdy product. I like the locking features at each hinge. Even without bolting down the ends, it still stands on its own when configured in a zig-zag or circular manner. Seems like it will hold up well against weather for outdoor use. Light enough for indoor use. The gate is a bit narrow but a bike will fit through. The latch is plastic so time will tell how it will age but so far so good. It is not very tall so a large escape artist type dog would likely just jump right over but well suited for smaller dogs.

Larger than necessary for the fireplace, but appreciate the extra space when used alone. Easy to assemble and form to your needs.

really wide baby gate and provides security to my baby . flexible enough to make a round or use it a block. Good height , and sturdy materials . It does not disappoint and if you have kids who loves bigger space to play, I recommend buying this. It does not take much space to store too.

This is a life saver! We have very active 14 months old who loves to climb everywhere: stairs table chair, loves to play in the dogs water bowl and throwing stuff from the shelves. So we have to watch him every second and now my husband started his new job so Im home alone with my son and i couldnt even cook or even use a restroom without him getting in trouble. Now after buying this dance i can finally do some chores while he is playing there with his toys. It is big enough for him so he doesnt feel like he is in the cage. Also we decorated it with lights and toys all around it so it feels more like a toy for him. Highly recommend for parents of hyperactive toddlers.

Our 6-month old baby girl has been crawling pretty fast and we are having a hard time looking after her when on bed. We have a small crib bit it limits her movement and she doesn't like it. She loves to play on her play mat and it's this adjustable baby gate is just awesome! We have limited space in the room and this one doesn't take too much space as we are still able to go inside via the gate.

I have multiple small baby gates to block small gaps. This is the third child’s play area with gate we’ve bought. This is one I should’ve bought to begin with! It’s really awesome! I’m gonna buy another one for my other grandbaby house. The first two were kid cute and plastic. But the first one was good til my 1 yr old figured out how to unscrew the caps between the panels and would put them in his mouth. The second one just interlocked through holes in each panel til the 1 yr old realized he could push back and forth til the panel would open up. Didn’t take much force. Not sure how, but my 9 months old baby was able to break one of the hinge.I contacted the seller about it, and they sent me a replacement gate! Really happy with their customer service!I really like the gate, and the fact that we can remove panels if needed!

This 198” play yard is the largest that I found with a decent price, safety and a good quality. Setup was easy, it fit very well around our fireplace, I think it will be a great use around the tree on Xmas time. It is sturdy and safe for the little ones even if they hold/lay on it it stay stable.

I started using it as a circle for my daughter to play safely in the garden, then i used it to block off part pf my deck when we were entertaining...then I used this baby gate as an actual gate across my front patio so she couldn't get down the steps and FINALLY Im currently using it to keep her back from the fire. Great product for my baby gril stay inside. So i dont need to watch her when i am cooking or doing something else. This gate is very easy to intall it on the wall also stable enough for her .i like it each panel can be foldable and part. So u can fit easily. This gate is fabulous. I couldn’t keep my baby away from the fireplace and entertainment center. This is the perfect height, and most importantly it’s very sturdy. The baby is 10 months old and very strong for her age, she tried to tear it down and climb it but the gate didn’t go anywhere. Love the auto close door feature too. Might buy another one for a different area or outside.

Perfect!! The prettiest gate I could find. Never really wanted a gate to have to close off my main living area, however the pups seemed to love the wooden floors for sliding and play. Didn’t want scratches in the floor so this was the answer. It can be folded to fit a large space. It is very sturdy. I bought additional feet for sturdiness but this was really unnecessary. The 2 that cake with would have sufficed.

Great length for our open concept home, and high enough that my dogs can’t jump it. I debated between the black and white, but I’m glad I chose the black. It looks so classy and doesn’t look like a normal “baby gate”. I haven’t mounted it as it is actually longer than the opening, but I love that I have that option if we ever have the need.

I was worried about securing our very odd spiral staircase and this gate is the PERFECT solution!! It stays in place, keeps my little one off my stairs (and my dogs), and can be opened with ONE HAND (which let’s be real, the child is almost always in one arm so this is a life saver). I've been debating between buy a hardware-mounted baby gate vs pressure-mounted baby gate for a while but then I decided to go with this gate/fence package, which is a hardware-mounted one. This type of gate needs to be screwed into a door frame, wall or a banister. Although it’s not ideal to put permanent holes into my wall, but I found that hardware-mounted gate would be the most secured option for me since my babies are super active and they can get a little crazy and would try climbing or rocking the gates., thus pressure-mounted might not be strong enough to hold them and they might fall over if they try to climb over and it collapses. This set fits my house really well because I need an extra long fence/gate that would form an L-shape...

Honestly, I didn't expect this to be made of metal. The panels are heavy and very well-built unlike most plastic fences out right now. Easy to put up as well. Since it's made of metal, the gate closes on itself easily which is a great feature.

This gate is much better than the one I had before, as u can see it is a lot taller than most, it helps so that the child is unable to climb it, it also has a more subtle sleek look not bulky or easy for my toddler to climb. I was able to put it from one end of my entertainment center to the stairs and my daughter doesn't even try. It was very easy to set up and can be made into many shapes to accommodate different needs.

This is far superior to the plastic type of play yard. We have a plastic one that we've been using for about a year but since we've added 2 cats in the last year, we needed something to protect our Christmas tree. I knew I didnt want another plastic play yard. This was on sale and looked like it was good quality. It is night and day better than what we have. The panels are so easy to loosen to reposition and change shape and then tighten to prevent children from moving them around accidentally. I havent tried to wall mount it yet because I dont need it permanently in the same place but it came with all the hardware to do so. The door works well and is easy to close.

Great buy, it comes with railings that you can mount to the wall if needed. The door that comes with it is a plus and its already child proof. Its very sturdy as well, my toddler can climb over things easily and break stuff because of his weight but its held up great so far. We can tighten each side so the babies arent able to push it in or out like the plastic baby corrals. Its helped so much with our tree. Our kids arent able to mess with it at all.

This is a really sturdy and well made play gate. I'm using it as an extinction to my whelping play room so they can come out and not be afraid they will get into anything. The gate works really well. You can slightly lift while pressing the button on top to open and then just shove back together with ease. You can't open it by pressing so that makes it extra safe if you need to put a little one in it.

So versatile for anyone's needs. Yes it can be used for a fireplace, but since you can make it into any dimensions you need it's perfect for kids or dogs as well. I bought this for my neighbor that got a puppy. Was going to have a circle for the dog to run around., but instead made it so much more for the puppy. This thing is SO nice. I was a little concerned it wouldn't work for the space but it's perfect. It covers our whole TV stand and then wraps around the tree to protect it for both the kids and the cat. Recently I had to order a new TV because the kids cracked teg old screen by hitting it with a spoon. We are trying harder to protect this one, haha. The quality is great, I love that it kind of snaps isn't place and isn't flimsy. It also can be bolted to the wall which is very helpful. This is great for someone who doesn't like the junky look of a plastic gate. Just Beautiful!

This us exactly what we needed!! Our baby runs towards danger and can climb over the ottomans. But she can't climb over this gate!! It was so easy to install. My daughter and I were able to figure out how to remove panels without even looking at the instructions. We slid the end panels behind the couches instead of drilling them into the wall. It is still very sturdy. You can tighten the angles between every two panels. The gate is easy to open and close, even for my 5 year old. Gives me peace of mind by keeping my baby safe!

I love this flexible s gate. You can put it in any configuration you want. I am using it as a pen for our new puppy. The bars are narrow enough that she cant get through and high enough that she cant get over it. Its an easy set up and instructions were helpful. The gate closure is easy to use. I have had baby gates in the past that I couldnt even work and it was frustrating. The metal is heavy duty and sturdy and can free stand easily even without being secured to the wall. I love this extra long gate. We used it outside as a boarder or fence for the patio so my mom's elderly dog does not fall down the steps and onto the grass. It is very long but fits perfectly. We didnt use the hardware that it came with, only tied it onto the poles of the awning. It is pretty sturdy as is bit may later decide to screw it into place. There was enough fence to set the doorway back a few feet from the steps. It looks great and we are very happy with the quality and style. We just wrapped outdoor solar lights around the top of the gate and it looks awesome at night. Great buy!

This gate is really large! It would be big enough for any breed dog or could be used for baby as well. I use it for my husky puppy who is very energetic. He cannot jump above the fence and destroy everything on sight. I am glad I purchased this one. The color is also nice and modern black (I was specifically looking for non-white color gate to fit my home's aesthetic) Oh, and if it is too large for your need, you can also fold one or two panel inwards to hide it and make it smaller. So you can adjust the size to your needs.

This item actually arrived 3 days early, which I truly appreciated as I needed it to shelter my 14 y/o Lab/Bernard mix dog from the other younger and more rambunctious 8 month old puppy we have. Don't want her to be knocked down and injured. This was so easy to set up, adjust to just what space I needed and get her set up in it. Perfect size for her bed and food/water. I am in love with this gate! I had a plastic one before around the fireplace so the difference between the two of them its huge! First of all its very big. Second you can lock each section so it stays in place and your child doesnt push it. Third it seems very sturdy.

Ordered this gate because we needed something to keep our 1 year old daughter away from the Christmas trees, presents, etc. but were happy to find it was large enough to actually fence in her entire play area! Very sturdy- no issues thus far with quality and really easy set up! I've had gates that came in a million pieces and were such a hassle. Happy to report not the case with this one!

Can I buy an extra set of the mounting hardware? I would like to be able to change the configuration as needed. I am very happy with this gate and how easy it is to move, open, and close and I would like to utilize it as fully as possible.

Wish they included spacer to add a inch or two but we made our own, it work's great for keeping the puppy out of the playroom and stealing/chewing the toys!! Look's nice and just what we were looking for!!! Love that it's metal and puppy can't chew it, worth the price! Install was very easy,

We like this fencing; it serves its purpose. Baby cant get through or climb it. It has a nice baby lock on the gate which really works. The gate is a nice feature (no squeaking and swings easy). The opening could be a little wider though. We have it free standing for now but will have to secure it in future because it's not that heavy. The height is pretty tall. I'm 5'10 and have to lift my legs high to hop over it. If you are shorter then you'll probably have to use the gate everytime. Only thing we dislike is that if you disconnect a section of the fencing you'll have one of the rail piece/rods just floating around. We have used this for our puppy to help him with training and anxiety separation. We also like to use it as a place for him to eat and sleep, he has a crate that he uses but it's basically an extended play area when we can't watch him around the clock, also we have a cat who was used to being by herself so this is good protection for him as she hates him. We also watch him on skype as our little doggie cam as well, (see pic) so having him in one area really helps. I like that you can basically be so creative with it and do whatever you like. I’m using this for dog confinement. I have this free standing between my kitchen and dining area, against my kitchen island and dining table to kind of limit the sliding/moving. Perhaps if I attach them to the wall there will be less movement but I don’t want holes on my walls. I removed 2 of the 8 panels for right now as my Yorkie pup is small and potty training. Too much space and he will miss the potty pad and slow down the training. I will add the 2 panels back once he is 100% potty trained outside. This will be his space when I’m not home.
