Oopsie daisy lol
Really nice real and rod combo. I did buy this used off a friend of mine, And when I went to clean it, I wasn't paying attention to the pieces and i'm having trouble putting it back together. Is there any where I can find the schematics for this baitcaster, thank you

Great Combo
This is a solid combo for a beginner to intermediate angler who wants a tough combo that will hold up year after year. There are more technical rods and reels out there, but I love the durability and versatility of a good ole fashioned ugly stik.

I have previously purchased an Ugly Stik rod and reel combo and was very satisfied with its quality. However, this is the first time I have been disappointed with the condition and overall quality of the product I received.
Broken reel
Reel was broken upon unboxing, I noticed the bottom was broken after taking off zip tie.. I am so heartbroken, I have been waiting for this order to go fishing with my buddy , I was so excited.. I’d like for Ugly stik to send me a new reel if possible
Gx2 baitcaster
I bought this baitcaster from dicks sporting goods and when I got it home and put line on it the tension was not working. I turned the knob and pressed the button and instead of falling slowly it fell quickly which it is not supposed to do.
Abu Garcia Reel won’t spin
Literally just unboxed this baitcaster combo and reel won’t spin. Tried putting line on the reel but spins once every 10 turns. Tightened all the knobs, nothing. Loosened the knobs, nothing. I tried everything, still won’t spin. Emailed customer support and got an automated response saying response is delayed due to high volume of calls. Looking to exchange for a different reel

Nice reel
Very nice reel, unfortunately I went to grease and oil it, amd not quite sure how to put it back together. I know i should have paid attention 😆 But I was wondering 🤔 if its possible to get the schematics for my reel, so I can get it back together amd get back out there. Its a gx2lpa. Thank you
bad very bad
bought this combo and before I even got it to the water the reel snapped into pieces while being put onto the rod. I'm a big guy but I'm not that strong. sent the reel back before my 30 days purchase was up and haven't heard from customer service. the reel got there almost a month ago. the rod is great so far but not workable without a reel or some money back. the customer service is horrendous and I'm definitely not going to be purchasing from this company ever again. the only thing they have said is that they would replace the whole combo under warranty. um no. I just need a new reel that isn't faulty! remember this is before my 30 days of purchase after 30 days its warranty issue. I give 0-star rating for this company. It only gets 1 because I have to, to submit this dang review.
