Kidsy Customer Service Review
Kidsy had a great selection of deeply discounted baby gates. Unfortunately, there was a piece missing when I received my package. I didn't realize it until after the 14 day return/exchange window. But I reached out, and they were willing to send me the piece anyway at no extra charge. I really appreciated the customer service.

When I thought the cupholders weren't included, I reached out to them and then we found them and they were very responsive and thankful that I let them know. Everything is fine.

Great service
I’m so happy with my experience. Kidsy shipped my order quickly and it was in great condition.
Quick response
Ordered a gate prior to this one, UPS lost it on route. I reached out to Kidsy via email and they secured a refund from UPS. Was hesitant to order again, but I couldn't find the gate at a more reasonable price. 2nd order arrived with no issues. Gate is sturdy and the dog (Husky) hasn't gotten through it (he's an escape artist). Quick delivery from start to finish.

Great, trustworthy experience
Great deals, easy checkout with lots of payment options, shipped very quickly, and everything was packed well and looked exactly as it was described! I didn't end up needing any intervention with my shipping experience but appreciate the option to cover lost packages for a minimal fee, especially as we get into the late and lost package holiday season. I'll definitely be getting more of my baby gear from Kidsy.
Fast delivery
Order arrived in 2 days and looked perfect.

Worth it

Mixed experiences with installation and effectiveness on different knob types
We have lever handles and I was able to modify them to work. They are a pain to get on but they work. My 2.5 year old hasn't figured them out yet. However, my friend has regular round knobs and her 2 year old can open them easily. It seems hit or miss.

User-designed 3D printed alternative to Safety 1st covers
I designed this door knob safety cover inspired by the Safety 1st ones but made it more durable and customizable. The original ones kept breaking and my toddler figured them out quickly. My printed version is stronger and can be scaled to fit larger knobs.

Challenging to open and not always toddler-proof
These are so hard to open as an adult. I have to use both hands and sometimes it still won't budge. My 3 year old figured them out in a week. Now he just smashes them against the door frame until they pop off. Not worth the frustration.

Considerations for when to stop using covers as child grows
We took ours off when our 4 year old could easily open them. It became more of a hazard because we couldn't get out quickly in an emergency. He's old enough to understand not to go outside alone now.
