You will be happy you have it when the time comes. I can't tell you how many times we've had potty emergencies and no immediate bathroom available. Having this in the back of the car is a lifesaver.

OXO potty seat for Disney parks
We took the OXO potty to Disneyland and it was a lifesaver. My daughter refuses to sit on big toilets, so having the foldable seat was great. It did wobble a bit on the toilet in the restroom though, but we just held it steady.

I keep the OXO in my trunk. It's compact and unfolds in seconds. The bags are the only downside—I bought a 30-pack of refills but feel it's wasteful. Some people use grocery bags but they don't absorb so I add a diaper.
