The North States 6-Bar Gate Extension is a steel add-on accessory that extends the Deluxe Décor Baby Gate (Model 4954S, sold separately) by 15 inches, allowing the gate to cover openings from 38.3 inches up to 162 inches when using up to six extensions. It is designed for easy installation with included guide pins and is JPMA certified for children ages 6–24 months. This extension is exclusively compatible with the white Deluxe Décor gate and is commonly used to block extra-wide doorways and open floor plans.

I have the North States Deluxe Décor gate and it's solid. One-hand operation, auto-close, and you can buy extensions if you need wider. Much better than the Regalo one we tried first.

We needed a gate for an extra-wide opening (about 90 inches). I ended up getting the North States Deluxe Décor gate and added two 15-inch extensions. It fits perfectly and is very sturdy. Installation took a bit of time because it's hardware mounted, but totally worth it.

North States gates are great if you need to cover a wide space. You can buy extensions to make it up to 13 ft. We've had ours for 2 years and it's still solid. Way better than the Summer Infant one we had.
