You hear a click when the seat is attached to the base right and you hear a click qhen its attached to the stroller right it is a strong capacity portability is ok as the only problem is the wheels because they are big. If you have a small trunk that can be an issue. It is very comfortable

Graco definitely makes some really nice strollers & car seats. I always loved how I could find matching sets and then also as he has grown being able to find a matching seat for when he had grown outta this one. The stroller also is so easy to store in your car or tucked away for your next use & it folds up easily.

Car seat is excellent, but the stroller is the absolute worst if you have to do anything other than push it straight. Like many other reviews state, the wheel gets jammed sideways if you stop and back up at all. It is incredibly frustrating. I have had this combo for 7 months now. We stopped using the stroller because it was so irritating. However, our daughter absolutely loves the car seat, so that is a blessing. But do yourself a favor and avoid this combo at all costs. Not worth over $300 for the stroller to just take up room in the garage. And yes, I contacted Graco about the stroller and all they did was advise me to take the front wheel off and oil it.

This is such a frustrating product. I thought I was the problem, but looking at reviews, it looks like the product is the problem. The wheel will jerk sideways out of no where. When coming to a stop and then going again (at a crosswalk), the stroller wheel turns sideways and won’t go forwards so it makes for an anxiety inducing walk or run.

This stroller is very unsafe for a baby. I can’t go more then 50 feet without the front wheel jerking sideways and the stroller coming to an immediate stop. My sons neck has been thrown around with these abrupt stops and he starts uncontrollably crying which has been so difficult to watch and has had me crying due to the frustration and discomfort it’s caused my baby. I dread this stroller and have had to lift it up and steer on just the back two wheels. This product needs to be fixed so no other baby has to go through this. I am so disappointed in this product, especially because it is Graco brand and I had high hopes.

Love the carseat super easy, not too heavy! I do not like the stroller. I can't turn it it's very difficult to navigate. It's also very heavy. I like that it has storage and cup holders. I do like the quick fold feature. But overall I do not recommend it.

This stroller was originally bought for our baby due January 20222- it has been a year and a half now and we have gone through 3 of these strollers. Two replaced on warranty because the front wheels start sticking and stop working after a couple months. It’s extremely frustrating and discouraging that this continues to happen. I definitely don’t recommend this stroller because of the issues that keep happing with the front wheel.

This is by far the worst of the worst disappointment! I was so excited about the cup holders and the sleek initial movement! And then one day after about 2 months I have what seems to be a very common issue. We have done all the things to fix this and it’s just not working! This front wheel just doesn’t want to work. Stop selling this!!!

I wish I had read more reviews before purchasing because as a runner who had hoped to get on the road with the click in, this stroller is miserable! I previously had a Bob running stroller but gave it away and now wish I’d just spent the money for a brand that is made for running. The front tire, when locked, which I believe is the appropriate and safest mode for running, veers to the right so badly that I have to constantly and forcefully correct the pull. It makes for a very frustrating run. Also, as a 5’ woman, the handle bar is very high. Really not impressed with this “jogger,” and ready to throw in the towel. Wish I could attach a video of the curve it takes with every push.

I received this stroller for a shower gift, and it was nice for the first few months of use. After using the stroller daily for about 4months, I started having a hard time with the front wheel getting stuck sideways. This has become very frustrating when I am constantly having to kick the wheel straight. The stroller seems to work fine as long as you don't stop! I have tried to lock the wheel which then causes the stroller to pull to one side, and then makes it difficult to turn corners. Not sure if there is a default with this stroller, but after reading all the reviews it seems that ours is not the only stroller with this issue and that it must be a problem with the manufacturing. Hopefully I can get some answers, because this is not a cheap stroller, and we should be able to use this stroller for a few years vs. a few months!

I am a huge fan of graco but this stroller is a huge "dont buy it" I wish I would have looked at the review before purchasing it. My stroller is brand new and we don't use it. Wheels stick and don't turn. and the stroller also leans to the right. Not functional at all. I tried to change the stroller so a different model but customer service wasn't too helpful.

We bought this a month after my baby was born in September 2022 because I hated the one we had before. The car seat is wonderful and the stroller is easy to fold despite its bulkiness! BUT… that front wheel really is brutal. For the longest time it would just stick and maneuvering the stroller meant just rocking it back onto the back 2 wheels and doing our best. WD40 got us out of that mess but now the front wheel makes the whole stroller shake VIOLENTLY! My poor baby is being shook up like an earthquake. If I lock the wheel to stop it shaking, the stroller is impossible to maneuver again, and I have to constantly lift every 5-10 steps to center it straight again. It actually pushes us into the middle of the road into traffic. These forearms are BURNING! Walks used to be so peaceful…. Sigh.

We purchased this travel system for our first child and it has HUGE SAFETY issues. I contacted graco about it and they sent me replacement front wheel which as the wrong wheel. So I contacted them again and they sent me a whole new stroller. STILL the same issues continued where the front wheel did not spin correctly. The lady then proceeded to tell me it was my fault for how I pumped the wheels up. Do yourself a favor and pick a different stroller. This stroller is going to tip over with a child in it one day because of the front wheel constantly catching and I just pray it's not my child!

Ever since I got this stroller, the front wheel will not swivel. I constantly have to tip it back to turn it. I tried removing a rubber piece that seems to make it sticky but it rattled and jostled terribly.

I was gifted this stroller for my baby shower and was so excited to use. My daughter is 5 months old and I have only been using the last month or so due to the weather. I have noticed the front wheel arbitrarily turning preventing me from moving and thought we assembled wrong, not the case. It just randomly turns and you have to either rock it back and forth or physically move the wheel to straighten it. I tried it in the locked position hoping that would solve my problem but it veers to the right and I have to pick up the front of the stroller to get it back on track which is exhausting. I have read so many reviews commenting on this problem and can't believe it's still being sold without being addressed. I would not recommend this stroller to anyone. It's heavy, hard to collapse with one hand, bulky and doesn't allow you to us as intended-to walk or jog comfortably or safely.

DO NOT BUY THIS STOLLER ABSOLUTELY AWFUl And THE FRoNT WHEEL ALWAYS LOCKS AND WONT TURN. It's a waste of money and time we tried taking it with us anywhere and it didn't work and was embarrassing because you can't wheel the stroller at all.

Haven’t used the stroller more than 5 times and it has a horrible wobble! We tried ordering replacement wheels all around but that did NOT solve the issue. Haven’t heard back from customer service either. So disappointed!!!!

I tried to use the link in the confirmation email but it's expired. I purchased this in Aug 2021 and just started using it this summer (2022). I purchased the Fast Action, fold Jogger Click Connect Stroller and the front wheel keeps getting stuck and doesn't turn and is super frustrating!!! There is an option to lock the tire in a straight position so the wheel doesn't turn. When it's not locked the wheel keeps getting stuck and doesn't want to go straight. I've asked several people to use it and try it out and they all think something is wrong and that front wheel is defective. I would not recommend this product to a friend. It's otherwise got great stowage options and has potential to be a great stroller but doesn't make the cut. You should listen to your customer reviews and update that front wheel mechanism.

We loved this stroller, but have barely gotten to use it because one of the back tires completely broke (spokes detached from the wheel rim) within just a few uses. We contacted customer service to try to order a new wheel, but it’s been a month and they haven’t gotten back to us.

The front wheel kept getting stuck at first . Now that i put wd-40 now it just wobbles like crazy . Very bad for the price IMO

I bought this thinking it is easy to use… i dont mind the weight and how bulky it is. However, bad design of the front wheel make it is impossible to push. Shouldn’t the company test their product before it goes to market? The traction of the tires and the swivel wheel works against each other. It is very disappointing for a big company like Graco to have such a product in the market.

Front wheel is almost impossible to maneuver and can not go a whole walk without it being an issue. Phone holder isn’t compatible with either of our phones although it’s adjustable..also very large and bulky. Doesn’t fit in either trunk.

I got this stroller as a babyshower gift. I couldn’t wait to use it because it’s the one I wanted. I felt like a ROOKIE using this stroller and it’s the same feeling everytime we use it! It’s bulky to fit in the trunk and the front wheel NEVER COOPERATE! I’m always looking like I need help with my stroller. So embarrassing, I wish I can just trade it for a different stroller because it was pretty pricey. I tried calling but was on hold for 45mins. I’m not sure of what to do but I’d rather carry the car seat than to use that horrible stroller. Now I’m looking for other strollers but I need to have the infant carseat to latch onto the stroller. I can’t just buy another stroller because he’s only 4 months.

At first it was great, used it all the time for my runs and long walks but now, i wish i never purchased it! We haven't had the stroller a year and I've had to replace all the inner tubes and the front wheel shakes horribly causing the entire jogger to shake. The worst thing is I've tried to contact the company FIVE times. Two emails and three half hour plus calls with no response.

I wanted to love this stroller but I’ve finally reached the point at 5 months that I’m going to give it away. The biggest problem is the front wheel sticking: I’m still not entirely clear on whether it’s locking or sticking but it’s a constant problem that occurs constantly while the stroller is in motion - my 4 year old, 6 year old and myself all l keep an eye and jump in. Sometimes it’s easier to fix than others. This is the most frustrating part. It’s also heavy and bulky. The kickstand is one feature that I do really like.

I got this stroller and have been using for 5 months. The clip on the side that is supposed to keep the stroller from opening does not work and only worked the first few times I used it. The stroller continues to open every-time I try and lift it into the car after it is folded up. When using the stroller, it does ride nice, however the front wheel does not turn with ease when changing directions. I wanted to like this stroller but I am definitely disappointed in this product. I would rerun if I still had the box.

I gave this 3 stars because I am perfectly happy with the car seat portion. The stroller itself deserves no stars. The front wheel completely disables the use of the stroller. If you go any direction but a straight line, it gets stuck sideways and you will have to reach down to move it back in line. I have tried everything to make it work and nothing helps.

I originally thought this stroller would be perfect for jogging with the baby. The wheels looked stable and large, which is what I was looking for. But the front wheel of this stroller is THE WORST. It does NOT turn at all, we literally have to manually turn the front wheel with our foot or hand to go in a direction we want. It does not "swivel" easy at all. I have yet to jog with this stroller/with my baby in it because I am afraid it wont turn when needed and something bad will happen while we are running. It is the most frustrating purchase.

I traveled with my son while flying for the first time. The front wheel got stuck a lot, which has happened before, but I also lost both parent tray cup holders while traveling. I came to the website to order replacements, and I only see replacements for the child’s tray? That’s disappointing.

I was gifted this item about a year ago. We have never been able to use the front tire, it always goes flat when we unlock it. When it is locked we have to put up the front wheel to turn the stroller in the direction we want to go. Even when the front wheel is in place it still has a mind of its own. I would not trust this stroller to jog in. I am disappointed that I’m the past year we have had more problems with this stroller than anything!

I was very excited about this travel system. However, the stroller has been very disappointing. The front wheel sticks and makes turning impossible. Walking with this jogger is SO frustrating. The wheel constantly gets stuck while taking turns. The wheel can be clicked into a stationary position but then it veers left and you have to keep straightening it out. Really irritating!!

I bought this in June 2021 for my daughter who was born in August. If the front wheel did not stick ALL THE TIME this would be a 5 star review, as I love everything else about this stroller. The problem started within a few weeks of having this brand new stroller. The front wheel sticks and makes the whole stroller so it will not move unless you awkwardly pull it a certain way, or just manually move the front wheel straight (which defeats the whole purpose of having it). I'm really disappointed that I wasted my money on this stroller.

Front wheel has a major design flaw. It won't turn most of the time. It is a complete embarrassment when we are out and about with this stroller. Either we have to tilt back the stroller to turn or we have to manually turn the wheel. Please do not waste your money on this product. Graco should simply stop selling these strollers given there are so many reviews out there regarding the front wheel issue.

The stroller has been such a pain because we constantly have to stop and walk around front to get the wheel unstuck. Lately we have been locking the front wheel and just tipping the stroller to make turns, which is also a pain but still better than getting the wheel unstuck all the time. Wish there was a better way! I would have bought a different travel system if I would have known. The phone holder and compartment is also too small. This feature needs updated. We do like how easy it folds up though!

So unhappy... I should have taken it back but by the time I used the stroller the box was long gone to the dump. The front tire has been tweaked since the day I bought it so it's impossible to go straight if your use one hand, and there comes a time when a parent only has one had available. I was so excited to buy a stroller that wasn't bought by looking at price tags for a change only to be immediately let down. Lesson learned.

The front wheel does not work as it should. It gets stuck and does not stay straight. If you are on smooth floors the wheel won’t go straight at all. Constantly have to push down on the stroller to lift the front wheel up so we can go straight.

With a high price tag, the least Graco should do is to make sure the product is safe to use! There have been so many instances now that the front wheel gets stuck while crossing road. We have to stop in the middle of the road, fix the tire's orientation and proceed. It gets very frustrating at times! And the front wheel keeps going flat too. I have to fill in air every now and then.

This stroller is decent when it comes to walks and runs. Going out and about is another situation. The front tire constantly gets stuck facing the wrong way pulling the whole thing in the wrong way or just getting stuck. Wanted more from the stroller, but it’s only lasted 4 months for us. Will continue to use for runs, but that’s about it.

This stroller system was great at first, however, I should have read these reviews first. Why does the front wheel constantly get stuck?! The maneuverability of the front wheel is one of the reasons we wanted this stroller and now it is IMPOSSIBLE to use. I am extremely upset and disappointed in this Grace travel system. We bought this stroller/car seat combo for our second baby as a splurge. The front tired constantly locks up or twists making pushing the stroller nearly impossible, with the price tag of this travel system the quality and functionality of the stroller is very subpar. Also the stroller is extremely heavy, the cup holders are very small. Overall extremely upset. Save your money with this one.

We had a winter baby and then COVID hit so we didn't use this regularly, but it was stored inside the house so it wouldn't get messed up. This year, we have used it more frequently, however, the tires go flat all the time. We can air them up and immediately it will be out of air. Graco has replaced all tires before (they lasted maybe 15 walks and when we tried to air them up, there was a rip where the input valve connected with the inner bladder) but those came deflated and once we aired them up, they lasted a week. We were only going on short walks and we were very careful about watching where we were going to not cut the tire. It was only on roads and/or sidewalks. Had to buy another stroller and when we have another kid, will be buying a double stroller from another company.

This was the absolute worst waste of money the stroller didn't work without me kicking the from wheel and when I called the ended up giving me another wheel of that on and it did nothing the stroller is a piece of junk. Brand new and just sits!

I bought this stroller and I should've read the reviews, as I'm having the same problem with the front wheel. it's extremely hard to turn, and like others who have commented, I need to pop a wheelie everytime I want to turn. Except for that issue, everything else it great.

The front wheel do not works properly. Most of the time we have to use the back wheels and pop a front wheel so can get where needs to go. It is unfortunate as I get this gift from my family on Amazon Baby Registry and can’t use it safely.

I bought this for my son during Covid so I barely used this stroller and the front wheel had a leak right away. There must be some defect with the front wheel as the air keeps leaking out. I bought this believing it would be a great jogger stroller. My front wheel sticks. I got this for a baby shower gift and barely use it because of the front tire issue. I really wanted to like it. Unfortunately I probably can’t return it. If Graco would contact me to help fix this issue that would be great. I don’t have the money to buy another stroller. I had heard such great things too.

I researched travel systems for a long time that would work well for our family. We needed a jogger because there aren't paved roads near us, and one that could contain an infant, which isn't common. This travel system looked like the perfect solution. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I'm unable to completely collapse it when it's folded. That's been extremely difficult when having to pull it in and out of the trunk of my car. It also won't lock when it's folded, so it can be tremendously cumbersome. The stand has NEVER locked in place. It's basically useless to me since it doesn't fold anyway. The stand falls and drags almost every time I used it. It's extremely difficult when it's on an unpaved road, so we've had to stop walking in our own neighborhood and drive over to a paved walkway. All in all, if you don't consider the difficulty of putting it away, or the stand, it's a good ride.

This was a gift from my parents. I was excited to use it but front wheel giving me a problem. When my husband and my mother in law used it, they also have problem with front wheel just locking by itself and get stuck. I am hoping graco will contact me and help me out with this problem.

I received this stroller as a replacement to my other Graco Jogger since my first one stopped folding in or out after two months of use. This one I can hardly use since the front wheel sticks so much after two months of use. I did use some WD40 on the front wheel, so it does not stick as much now. However, that is not the main issue. I normally lock the front wheel forward when jogging, but it is just slightly off center, so it keeps wanting to swerve to the side & off the path. So I tried running with it without the front wheel locked, but this jogger starts to get the speed wobbles even with my super slow jog unless the wheel is locked forward. Making this stroller impossible to jog with. Would not recommend

For awhile I thought I was crazy and doing something wrong but the front wheel on this stroller is just not right. It constantly gets stuck in an angled or sideways position and makes it impossible to maneuver. I end up tilting the stroller onto the back two wheels half the time. We were so excited about this stroller thinking it would be all terrain and could be a great jogger, even if heavy.

I love the car seat but the stroller is such a pain. The front wheel gets stuck and makes it very hard to use. I have been having to lock it and then tip it when needing to turn which makes it a struggle sometimes. I see other reviewers Complained about the same issue so maybe Graco needs to change something with that model…

My baby is now a month and a half. We just took a trip which required a lot of stroller use. The front wheel would turn and stay stuck so much! I couldn’t maneuver it at all. We bought this one thinking that it would have good maneuverability and with the big wheels be able to go many places but now I’m ready to get rid of the thing. Which I had seen more of this in the reviews before I bought it. Also wish that the seat laid down more for naps and diaper changes. I would look at different Grace models before buying this. I am giving 2 stars though because of the storage and one hand fold however it is very heavy. And the material is thick, blocks the cold wind and seems sturdy

I was gifted this for my baby girl because I live running and staying active. Today was my first time using it and it pulls to the right? I’m so confused on how to fix this but it’s super frustrating

I absolutely adore this traveler system. My baby feels safe and secure while riding in the stroller. I love the colors and how versatile it is. While I feel that the price point was a little on the high side, I really do enjoy this. It easily folds into a size that fits easily in the back of my SUV. I am 5 foot two and 145 pounds and can easily maneuver the stroller and car seat. I do feel if I had a car it would be even easier with it being lower to the ground. I would recommend great for taking to the park and any outdoor adventures.

We purchase this for our first and unique baby at the time, she is going to be 2 soon. This stroller is pretty good, the wheels are everywhere to go ( we took it to a plane to Perú and it resist all the surfaces) it's very practical to connect with the car seat , just with a clic and it have pretty good space in the storage bag . This wasn't as expensive as others and help us through all this 2 years with my baby, and my Husband !

We received the Graco FastAction Fold Jogger Travel System, and we love that stroller for walks and jogs in the neighborhood, but we needed a more compact option for putting in the car and taking to the store/church/friends' houses/etc. This Graco SnugRider Elite Car Seat Carrier has been great for us! We leave it in the trunk of the car, and I even have a whole system for how to put my groceries around it - the eggs and milk fit perfectly between spaces of the folded stroller, so I know they won't roll around and break or make a mess in the trunk. We LOVE that it has a storage compartment underneath, which was hard to find in compact stroller options. Overall, I would highly recommend this product! Thanks Graco

Honestly there are a lot easier travel systems out there if you’re willing to pay for them. Right now I’m still using this without the toddler seat so I just snap the car seat into the base facing me. It takes multiple tries to get it to connect and can be dangerous if not connected correctly. It doesn’t really drive smoothly either so you have to be very careful about putting anything in the cup holders as well. It’s pretty heavy and bulky as well without a ton of bottom storage. I can usually barely fit my diaper bag and purse. It’s not a bad travel system at all it’s just not super convenient.

Personally, I LOVE this system and found it invaluable as a new parent. We bought extra bases to have one in each car, for the baby carrier to lock into. Mine was the Gotham (black and gray) color scheme, which looks great and matches the interior of my car (added bonus). Personally, I don't believe any of the negative reviews mentioning problems with the front wheel or not steering well. They could've accidentally bumped the button that locks the front wheel from steering, not had proper tire pressure, or something else that was user-error. Mine was rock solid, built with quality, never had any issues or defects ever, and is still operating perfectly 6 years later with our other kids. I would definitely recommend this as the best travel system available, and I want everyone to know this is my honest opinion and was in no way influenced by anything.

We received this set via our amazon baby registry and we love it! I am a one stop shop kinda girl! Its worth the money for all 3 products. I was very picky about my stroller choice! We live in the country so I said I absolutely needed "off roading tires" this stroller is just that! My only suggestion would be make sure you get a stroller pouch, the console does the job for some things, but doesn't fit our phones and some cups. Took off a star for that and on occasion the front tire gives some trouble. Carseat and base are great too no complaints! My only mom wish is that Graco would add a collapsible basket attachment for grocery shopping so there's less juggling with baby at the store. comfy in their stroller and a space to put groceries. I know there's storage on the bottom, but I feel like that looks like you're stealing.

We got this stroller before our son was born. My son is now 6 months old and I have only used this a handful of times for the simple fact that the front wheel has a mind of its own. It constantly gets stuck and we have to maneuver the stroller by using the back wheels only. I would not recommend purchasing this product. Walking is hard enough with it, I couldn't even imagine trying to jog with it.

We have had the stroller for less than 6 months and it is a nightmare. The front tire doesn’t move easily and gets stuck in the turned position causing the stroller to jostle the baby around when we are walking on flat surfaces like in the grocery store.

My sister had recommended Graco and we bought this system so we could be active with our new born. It has all the features we were looking for - click connect, fast action folding, great wheels for trails. Things started well but started to fall apart very quickly. The first and probably the most annoying thing is the kickstand. Does it even work? I’m not sure but it annoys the helm out of me every time as it says and scratches the floor as you push the stroller. Next is the front wheel getting stuck. The first time it happened I attributed it to maybe it just needed some lubricant. I applied some. It worked but barely lasted a couple of weeks. Was the expectation to perform maintenance on the system very couple of weeks? I was really hoping for this system to work as intended. If it did it had the potential to be one of the best strollers on the market.

We bought this stroller a couple years ago and love it! However we've accidently damaged one of the rear wheels and now need a replacement, but the website says our model # (2084222) is invalid/no parts available. Are replacement wheels (for the back specifically) available? Is there a similar model with compatible wheels we can order? We really don't want to have to buy a whole new stroller. First time parents trying to figure it out, and luckily this stroller was super easy to assemble. However, the tires are tricky. When we were trying to blow them up for the first use, we accidentally put a crack in the inner tube so we had to buy a new one.

I received this product for my baby shower off my registry, brand new. When it arrived all seemend fine until we tried to use it at a brisk walk pace. The front wheel wobbled so much it felt unsafe for the baby and certainly wouldn't work for jogging. When we contacted the company they gave us a long list of hoops to jump through to replace their mistake (taking videos while the issue was happening ect). Never the less, we jumped through all the hoops in hopes of getting a replacement piece, only to be told their was further hoops we still had to jump through (there needs to be a paper in the video while the issue is happening with the date and case number visible and thensome, I am not a videograpger and now I need to make a second video?). With a newborn to juggle this was all a pain and required 2 to 3 people just to produce their video because our first demonstrating the issue wasn't good enough. Would not reccomend this company ever again. We used all greco products with our first two children and have gifted greco to many expecting mom friends throughout the years but it seems quality has gone down. I caved a purchased a second jogging stroller of another brand as not to deal with the hassle, likely why they ask for so much, counting on people not following through. Cheers Graco you lost a loyal customer.

I’ve been using this stroller for a little over 6 months and it’s a hassle every single time. The front wheel is a nightmare. It gets stuck every time you try to turn. I use a stroller at least 6-7 times a week and its a workout every single time. I do NOT recommend this stroller to anyone. I would definitely check out other models. This stroller was really expensive and I am so disappointed.

Had great expectations for this stroller. Lots of room, cup holders, works with car seat and stroller seat.. Do not know what point of kick stand is... Useless... Folds easily. It is big for a car trunk but ok in our SUV. Would be a great stroller. However, as many other reviews have said. The front wheel simple does not work. Makes the entire stroller useless. Terrible design. Why would Graco continue to make this?? Totally disappointed. Will be thinking hard before buying anther graco product...

The front wheel jams, or will not turn. It didn't start out this way, but has become an issue. I've since had a 2nd baby and have bought a different stroller

We were so excited about this stroller. Unfortunately, we’re experiencing major issues with the front wheel malfunctioning, causing it to shake the entire stroller any time it’s in use. We’ve tried to work through it, but it’s no longer safe to use. I hope Graco has a policy to make this right as we purchased the stroller only 6 months ago.

Jogged many a miles with my click and connect. No need to spend any more money on big money strollers, this is a great jogger stroller.

We received this as a gift when our baby was born. Something was off from the first time we used it. Stroller is supposed to be for jogging but it doesn't push right and moves to the side every 10 seconds or so. Very frustrating we have to walk very slowly and keep readjusting. We've had no luck contacting customer service. Our baby is 18 mo now and still nothing.

The stroller as a whole seems great, but a few things have never worked properly since the day it was unboxed. The kickstand is my nemesis. It has never locked into place properly since day one and constantly falls and drags while in use. If I try to put anything in the lower basket it makes the problem 10 times worse. If there was a way to remove the kickstand I would do it in a second, but I’m to the point I may just saw it off. Also, the side lock for when it is folded has also never worked properly and does not keep the stroller from opening. I’ve been using the stroller for a little over 6 months and I’m definitely disappointed.

This was a baby shower gift and the mother to has not had her baby yet, but they have run behind it and found it was easy to run with.

I’ve only had this stroller for 6 months and the front wheel keeps going sideways and I have to straighten again or the stroller won’t move. When I try to push it, I have to stop because it would tip. Definitely not what I want with my precious baby inside. The tire on the right side went flat and when I tried to fill it, it popped. I cannot find the manufacturer date anywhere on the stroller so I can’t get replacement parts. I’m so upset by this because I can’t afford another stroller and got this one as a gift at my baby shower. The car seat and base are great, no issues there. I love that it clicks right into the stroller but I’ve only been able to use it about four times before having issues. What a shame.

Wow! I wish I would have read these reviews earlier. I had no idea so many other people have had the same issue. I got this stroller and loved it. Then the front wheel kept going flat. We aired it up and then the whole tired popped! We tried replacing the tire but that didn't help. The new tire keeps going flat too. I'm very disappointed in the quality of it as I've never had any other issues from Graco products. The stroller is pretty much a waste since it can't be used without a good front tire.

This is disappointing and dangerous. My son constantly sweats in the car seat, even if it's cold. To the point where I think he's going to get heat stroke. One if the tires on the stroller has had to have the tube replaced multiple times. It keeps ending up with a gash, I'm guessing from the rim or some other component around it. The stroller is not maneuverable. The front wheel will get stuck. There have been times where I thought my child would fall out because it wouldn't turn properly. You have to like lift and readjust to get on the path you want it to go. Over all, I would say, steer clear of this stroller.

Was gifted this stroller for my grandson but it is almost impossible to use as the front wheel sticks. It is like it suddenly turns and then you have to lift up the front of the stroller to let it roll back into place to continue moving forward. I've had Graco jogging strollers before so this is obviously a design flaw

My favorite, it’s looks very stylish. Color is very nice. It’s is light weight. I personally like this set so very much.

My baby is 2 months old and we used this stroller on daily walks (all terrain). We have had to get a new front wheel because it wouldn't adjust itself straight forward again after a turn (i would literally have to kick it). The wheel that we replaced it with still does the same thing. UGH! Imagine pushing a stroller around in the grocery store and having to keep the front wheel lifted. SUCH A PAIN. Do not buy.

I got this stroller from my baby registry. I did a lot of research on what stroller to get and this one seemed great! I was sadly mistaken. The front wheel is a mess. It never steers straight. I’m constantly having to weirdly maneuver it and I’m constantly trying to straighten it out. I didn’t see any other reviews with this problem so I think mine is just defective. It’s super frustrating.
