We have a Cosco Funsport play yard and it's great for travel. It's a bit smaller than the Graco pack n plays but it's lighter and folds up small. My son slept in it on vacation and did fine.

Railing locking problem and attempted solutions
I'm having trouble getting all four sides to lock. I've watched videos, read the manual, but only three sides lock. The fourth just won't click. I'm not the only one; seems like a common issue. Some people say push the lever and pull hard, but I'm afraid of breaking it. Might return it.
