Great and sturdy stroller. I
Great and sturdy stroller. I find opening it to be a bit of a learning curve, but closing it is really easy. Love how compact it is, but it is on the heavier side for travel strollers. I bought the deluxe for the long carrying strap, but found that the strap is too short to be really effective. The ...
Good quality but disappointed about delivery
Cheap for a stroller that can be used full flat from newborns. Easy to open and fold and I’m looking forward to take it onto the flights to the gate which is helpful. However the notification of shipment suggested me to download and sign into a “shop” app with a tracking number that said UPS but it ...
Compact stroller
We’ve been using the Ergobaby Metro+ Deluxe Compact Stroller for both everyday errands and travel, and overall I’m really happy with it. The seat is very padded and comfortable, which makes a huge difference during longer outings and naps. The suspension is smoother than I expected for a compact str...
More investment in costumer service
I’ve purchased a metro3 deluxe baby stroller for almost 400£. Wrong tracking number provided, I’ve received 2 different tracking numbers. no response from support either via email and on the phone whatsoever. All the purchasing experience make you doubt whether the company is legit or an online scam...
Fantastic!
We have the Uppbaby Cruz for our full size stroller but needed something more compact for the car, quick trips, etc. after a ton of research we went with the Metro Deluxe and absolutely love it. It looks and feels high quality and has a really easy one handed fold and unfold. I tried the UPPAbaby Mi...
Sturdy light stroller
Exactly what we were looking for. A lightweight yet sturdy and comfortable stroller. Easy to fold with one hand, fits in the footbed of our car. Smooth wheels. Generous sunshade with easily accessible peekaboo window with magnetic closure. Baby feels very secure in the stroller with the five point h...

I bought for a gift. They love it
Good
The quality is high and useful stroller I wish it were sold in Turkiye too
I love this stroller!
This stroller met all my expectations and more. The seat recline and extended canopy are perfect for naps on the go during travel (think time change!). The stroller feels sturdy and does well on uneven ground and rougher terrain. And that one handed open and close? Phenomenal.
Excelletn Pram!
we love this pram and it's very handy for travelling around the city
Love it!
Lightweight, easily collapsible, very comfortably material! Baby love it! Also bought the bag and car seat adapter and both are so easy to use and make traveling a breeze
The fold is difficult to do. It gets stuck.
Love the ease with which it turns. The canopy does a great job covering my baby. Basket is great too. However the fold and unfold function is a bit difficult. Especially when opening the stroller back up.
Great
The best buggy ever 😍 The RG Baby Metro 3 is super compact, very comfortable, and extremely maneuverable. It's easy to drive, folds up quickly, and doesn't take up much space. My child falls asleep in it all the time – it's that cozy 😅 Only downside: It definitely lacks a safety bar for the child. ...
Reddit Insights
5 threads · r/BabyBumpsCanada, r/BabyBumpsThe Ergobaby Metro 3 is widely regarded as a versatile, newborn-friendly travel stroller with a comfortable seat and compact fold, though it's heavier and pricier than some rivals and may not handle rough terrain well.
Overall positive, with users praising the newborn-friendly features, one-hand fold, and comfort, but some concerns about weight, price, and accessories.

Community Q&A
- Is the Metro 3 worth the extra cost over other travel strollers?
- Depends on priorities: if you need full recline, comfortable seat, and good canopy, yes; if primary concern is lightweight and easy fold, alternatives like Bugaboo Butterfly or Uppababy Minu V3 may be better.
- Metro 3 vs. Metro 3 Deluxe: which one to choose?
- Deluxe adds leather handlebar, magnetic buckle, and better accessories but costs more; choose based on budget and desire for premium feel.
Compared To
vs Bugaboo Butterfly
Butterfly is lighter and has a one-hand fold, but Metro 3 has a better canopy, larger basket, and full recline.
vs Uppababy Minu V3
Minu V3 has a shoulder strap, bigger basket, and easier fold, but Metro 3 has higher back, full recline, and is $100 cheaper.
vs Mompush Velo
Velo is cheaper with included accessories and a bassinet, but Metro 3 has better longevity and a smoother ride.

Comparison between Ergobaby Metro 3 and Bugaboo Butterfly
I have the Metro 3 and my friend has the Butterfly. Metro 3 has a bigger basket, better canopy, full recline, and is a bit heavier but more comfortable. Butterfly is lighter and has a one-hand fold but a smaller basket and no flat recline. I'm happy with my Metro 3, especially for the newborn stage.

Discussion on whether the Metro 3 Deluxe is worth it
I got the Deluxe for the leather handlebar and the magnetic buckle, but honestly, the regular Metro 3 has almost everything. If you don't care about the 'luxe' feel, save the money and get the regular one. Both have the same fold and seat size.

Ergobaby Metro 3 vs Uppababy Minu V3
I've tried both. Metro 3 has a higher back, full recline, and is $100 cheaper, but it's heavier and the fold is a bit awkward. Minu V3 has a shoulder strap, bigger basket, easier fold, and is lighter. I went with Minu V3 because of the shoulder strap for travel, but if newborn features are key, Metro 3 might be better.

Travel strollers: Mompush Velo vs Ergobaby Metro 3
I have the Metro 3 and my sister has the Velo. Velo is cheaper and comes with a bassinet and rain cover, but the Metro 3 feels sturdier, has a better seat, and will last longer. If you can afford it, go with the Metro 3.

General travel stroller recommendations with focus on Metro 3
I love my Metro 3. It's my everyday stroller and I've taken it on multiple flights. The fold is easy once you get the hang of it, and my toddler is still comfortable in it. I wish it came with a cup holder, but otherwise it's great.
