Graco DuetConnect LX Swing & Bouncer (Redmond)

Unfortunately, I must report the same disappointment as the cheaper version of this swing- worked great with our first, we stored it when she out grew it, and now just 3 years and one month after this swing was constructed it will not work for our 2nd kid. I know when it was made because I've been trying to make it work for an hour and searched for replacement parts only to be informed there are none. This was one of the last gifts my father in law gave before he passed and we were really hoping that it could last for both of our kids.

i bought this few days back for my first new born son. i fixed it perfectly and still its giving me a click noice and a big vibration every time it swings. baby cant even sleep. it keep knoking ... i hate this product. Plz DONT BUY THIS JUNK. and now i realize no Return or Refund from Wall mart. So i wasted $159 some... Thank you Graco selling things like that.

The swing worked great for a month and a half. The motor started making a weird noise and stopped swinging. I called Graco and I had to send them a short video of the swing not working and a picture of the model number. Now we have to send in the motor in. In my opinion they should just send a new swing to us. With a new baby we don’t have the time to hunt a box down, print a shipping label and drive to the post office 20 minutes away.

Not only is this swing a nightmare to put together, but after all the time it took it doesn’t even work right! From day one it made a clicking and grinding noise on the lowest speed- which is ridiculous, our baby only weighed 7 pounds when he was born. We’ve tried the second speed and it’s way too fast and also continues to make an even louder clicking and grinding noise. We’re so disappointed in this product and wish we went with the DreamGlider as it has way better reviews- we’re now stuck with this huge as we can’t return it without the box. Don’t waste your money on this product- invest in something else! It’s also huge- so even if you can live with the defects there are plenty of other products with a smaller profile.

I bought this 2 weeks before I had my son used for the first time when he was 3 weeks old. The weight of my 7lb baby pushes the bottom of the bouncy seat down far enough so the swing will not swing. The vibration is so hard and so loud it startled him I am so mad that the nesting in me threw away the box now I am stuck with a piece of useless metal save your money and buy something else

We received this as a baby gift September 2018 for our baby that was due November 2018. When we first brought our baby home this was a life saver, until it died February 2019. (that's even plugged in) I was very disappointed because this was the only way our little guy slept/napped due to acid reflux. I wish we would have had better luck with the swing, but still use the bouncer, now that he is big enough for the 5point harness and doesn't get swaddled.

Bought this for newborn but right from start it made a clicking noise. After a week the motor started slowing down, baby is now 2.5 months and weighs only 9 pounds so I didn't expect it to slow down so quick especially since we didn't start using it til he was almost 2 months. Would have returned but since we live in small place we threw box out after assembling since we didn't expect it to be a bad product.

My husband and I received this as a gift at our baby shower and my older girls and I put it together with ease. I used it for a swing and a separate bouncer, although when you turn on the vibrating function on the bouncer, it is so noisy that I have to shove a blanket in between the motor an the cover to make it more quiet. Also, the stars do not move at the top.

I'm happy with my purchase. Pros: I love the 2 in 1 feature. Swing speed control is great, I use between 1 and 3. I love the music and noises. Recline positions is great for newborns and can sit up higher as they get older. Bouncer is great for moving around the house. Cons: battery compartment of bouncer is extremely loud, I've even tried tape to hold the cover better and it's no help. Low volume of music and noises, wish it was a little louder. Seems to go off balance (a lot) if baby is laying more on one side (hense not using speeds higher than 3). Buckle strap does not adjust in size, only shoulder and waste straps adjust. Instructions for setup in booklet are confusing, I had to YouTube it. I wish I had done a little more research, spend the extra money to get the multi directional version of this swing.

OH MY LORD I wish I could record this thing right now! It sounds like a generator! The vibrate function is SO LOUD because they cheaply made the battery/vibrator cover. It doesn't fit tightly so it rattles like crazy. Other than that it's a pretty decent product but I would say for you to look around for something else as well. This is a real con!

This was a gift off our registry. I was pumped setting it up and when it was all put together. Checked it out and the swing did what it was supposed to. Turned it off and went to bed. The next day I wanted to play with the sounds to see what they did etc. .....nothing. The thing wouldn’t do anything. I’ll get the green light that it has power but no music, no movement, the thing is broken and hasn’t even been used yet. Super frustrating!

I switched from another brand's noisy swing to this, hoping it'd be better and wish I could turn back time and have my old swing back. This swings clicking only goes away momentarily and comes back fiercely. We can't even turn the swing past 3. The vibration feature can only be used if we shove a shirt underneath the cover to hold it tight enough to not blow our eardrums. Lastly, the seat isn't secure when the swing is going and jerks my son side to side with it. How do any babies sleep in this? As a mother with a really fussy baby, I will be looking for a new solution.

I was looking at getting this for my son, who is 2 months, for Christmas! I did a lot of searching about reviews and there were some great and some not so great, the not so great ones being all the same issue. I decided to go ahead and purchase it for him and hope for the best!!! So I got it, put it together and it's horrible! The sounds don't work on it and it makes this really bad clicking sound when I put it higher than 3!! I am so mad and disappointed! My son is extremely colicky and this was the only thing that calms him down at night, that's why I bought it. The poor guy hasn't even been able to use it for a full day!! Very very disappointed!! Definitely will not recommend this swing to anyone else!

This has been used less than a month, but jolts, clicks loudly, and at times does not swing at all. When contacting customer service I was sent a laundry list of things to do in order to prove the problem, but if you read the reviews here, on amazon, and in target these are frequently documented issues. Save your money!

We bought this for my newborn and it randomly picks up speed and swings wider than what we set it at which jolts her awake and scares her and it makes a ticking noise like a grandfather clock ..I wish I had bought another swing as this one seems to be a babys rollercoaster of surprises

A prime example of why you should have a field test of instructions before distributing them. Portions were virtually incomprehensible, finally had to go on line and look at the video. Can't remember a more frustrating assembly project

I am a new foster parent, and I bought this swing about 2 months after a two week old baby was placed with me. I read the reviews prior to purchase, but decided to purchase it despite the negative reviews hoping that over time Graco would have made some improvements to this product. All the negative reviews seem to be from several years ago. Sadly, I have experienced the same issues that I read about. The swing has a LOUD and constant clicking noise, and the vibrating feature is insanely loud and rough. Additionally, the swing has a hard time establishing a rhythm, even when the weight of the child is well within the range the product states it can support. The “mobile” could be improved upon as well, as it is just stationary... And to top it off, I never could easily detach the bouncer to use on its own. Sadly, I’d recommend trying a different product. For this price, I expect better. And I am only crossing my fingers that it will last through more than this one baby...

My aunt bought the Duetconnect Lx for me for my baby shower less than a week ago. I am VERY disappointed, as we took the parts out of the box a cigerette butt fell out! Yes an actual smoked, put out cigerette butt!!! To top it off it is missing important screws needed to secure the poles and the bouncer to the motor. Last but not least it never came with an instruction manual of any sort or a registration card.

We got this as a baby shower gift 4 months before our daughter was born. She barely used this swing because the clicking the swing made was too loud and the vibrations were way too strong that her whole body shook. She was in this more than 5 minutes probably less than 5 times. Now that she has outgrown this we went to pack it away and wanted to check to be sure everything still worked and the swing doesn't work right and it isn't even able to be fully dissembled so it can be stored without taking up a ton of space because it won't fit back into the box. I wouldn't recommend this product and because we got it before she was born, we can't even return it.

It’s very noisy!!! Makes this loud clicking sound as the swing goes side to side (drowns out the nursery songs). The head support is flimsy and flat (supports nothing) The bouncer is nice but you only have two vibrating options and one of them is very loud!!!

I have twins, and 2 different swings. This one is loud and clacky and doesn't maintain a steady swing. A couple times it just quits on me, and clacks, but doesn't rock at all. This is happening with a 13 pounder and less. I need to place them in swings to pump, the other one does fine, the baby in this swing cries and kicks and doesn't calm down. This is not beneficial for me.

I bought two of these for my twins. I usually love Graco products, but these might be going back to the store. The legs are so uneven that the dang swing will not sit flat on the floor. It is the hardest piece of junk to put together. I may just return these and get a better swing/bouncer set because this is not it.

A swing is a great tool, but the clicking sound is absolutely insane! It’s so loud it’s a miracle my son can fall asleep in there. Definitely do not recommend.

I got this as a gift for my baby shower we put the swing together before the baby was born well if we set the swing higher then 2 to swing the one bar hits the other one as if the bar is bent forward. it Is terrible if it wasn't for that it would be a pretty good swing.

Although this was 1 of the items my son has gotten a ton of use from (it was the only place he'd nap for months) I haven't found the majority of functions useful. The "mobile" is just an extra thing to get past when strapping the baby in. The vibration unit is super loud, the swing itself is loud, and you can't turn the music/sound off (you mute it) so occasionally it has gone on without anyone near it. I only pulled the bouncer off 2x, I bought a separate bouncer that wasn't so rigid instead. Once my son hit 15lbs the motor started to have a tough time keeping him swinging, if he's a little off center it won't go. 90% of the time we have to give it a push start. I would choose a more basic model if I had to buy another and spend the money on something else.

This swing is complete junk. Bought it at target before my second son was born. Used it for about three months and then it just stopped working! The green light was on but it did not swing or play music. Did not work with plug in or batteries. We kept using the vibration seat and would sometimes manually swing him because who can afford a SECOND swing?? Then the swing falls off the stand with my baby in it!! The metal ball that locks it in place had come loose!!! Unexceptable! I will never again waste money on a Graco product.

Got this swings as a gift from my baby shower. It worked well at first with no noise at all.. now it makes really loud annoying clicking noise

This swing is awful. First off, this swing Makes the LOUDEST clicking noise & loudest buzzing noise when vibrating. Secondly, the entire swing (rails & all) swing with the chair. & My son is only 3 months old (15 lbs) and the weight limit seems to be already reached as he pulls the swing down. & the whole swing when swinging only on level 2-3. Also The mobile is NOT mobile & just has stars that sit there & they’re all the same color...why even have one? Also the straps.... 5 straps & takes forever to click him in & hard to do EVERY SINGLE TIME. all this for that high price? Save your money & choose something else.

I just bought this product and did not keep my receipt. When I put it up it did not work at all. It just made a Screaming sound and would never work. I tried to return this without success. Now my grandson is stuck with a $140.00 Swing/bouncer that he cannot use.

i got this swing 3 weeks ago when my daughter was 3 weeks at first i put it on level one but then it wasn't swinging that much so i had to put it on 2 and it kept making a clicking noise i thought it would go away but it wouldn't. the bouncer part is pretty awesome but it's just the clicking and it looks pretty unsteady sometimes I'm scared to have her on it. i should have read a review before purchasing.

I have always been a fan of graco products, but after purchasing this swing I will never buy graco again. This swing makes so much noise it is unbearable. There is a squeaking noise which can be stopped by firmly holding onto the frame of the swing-but when you let go the squeaking resumes. There is also an unbelievably loud clicking noise that never stops while the swing is in motion! For the price of this swing, it should be silent and glide back and forth easily. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this product to anyone.

I received this as a gift for my newborn son as this was really something i seen and wanted. Took me awhile to put it together but was very disappointed in some of the features for the price that was paid. Loud noise from battery compartment and no real mobile that moves around for baby to see and focus on and no different swing direction.

Swing is good in the sense it can be broken down and I can bring baby with me room to room, great that there is music and sounds however when I activate the swing mechanism it sounds like someone is hitting the plastic with a wooden spoon as the motor inside spins to make it swing. Absolutely the most annoying sound ever and is super loud I can hear it ticking in the other room. Not sure if anyone else is having this issue or not but as a gift I cannot return to any stores. Very frustrating.

Just got this from our baby shower. 2 hours of putting together and screws are coming out and pieces don't go together right. On two of the pieces that snap I couldn't seem to figure out what was wrong. Well the snaps were buried in the tube, I couldn't even pull them out with a needlenose. I'll be calling for a refund or at minimum, a replacement tomorrow! Oh, and I'd recommend watching the I installation YouTube video not the written instructions. Don't get flustered when the female demonstrator snaps pieces together easily and you cant...i had the same issue.

I think the bouncy seat is great and so is the music but I have only had this swing set up for a week and it makes this horrible clicking/crunching noise while it swings. I unfortunately didn't keep the box otherwise I would be returning it for a different model. It's just to bad because my son loves to swing and sway, mom and dad just can't handle the noise.

We bought this swing for the many great features like: plug in option, 3 way swing, multiple sound options, and 2 level vibration... all the features are pretty great except for the loud clicking while the swing is on... it wakes my son up during naps (which any mom knows is the worst) we never thought that a 150 dollar swing would have this issue... I think that it should be able to swing my newborn without acting like it's struggling to swing him... very disappointed in this purchase for that reason... why buy a swing that doesn't swing with out an issue.

This swing was great until our baby reached 15 lbs. and we noticed it didn't swing as well. Now at 20 lbs. it barely swings on the highest setting and makes a loud noise. The swing will supposedly support up to 30 lbs, but I don't see that happening. Also, the vibration part is so loud so we do y use that part.

I recently got this swing, and I love it. The only issue that I have with it is the loud clicking noise when the swing is in use, and some of the sounds are destorted. Other then that the swing is overall good, I love the pattern and the two in one feature of the swing and bouncer. I just wish it didn't click when the swing is on.

I bought this for my baby but i felt sorry for spending money on it. she never liked it, the vibrate doesnt work and when its on swing mode its rather loud it keeps her awake instead of sleeping. i've always wanted to return it in store but packing it and carrying taking to store is more of a horrible thing since im alone and still recovering from c-section surgery. its the reason why i ordered online :(

I chose this swing because you could use it as a bouncy seat as well as the swing. I have used it for 4 months and now it doesn't work at all, nothing has hit it, no cord chewed or broken, the green light is on on the front, I have unplugged it and put batteries in and it still doesn't work. I am super bummed because that is how my daughter naps, I still use the chair but I have to keep getting up and pushing her to keep her asleep.

We had this swing for a little more than a month. Our son enjoyed sitting in the bouncer. Unfortunately, he only liked the swing feature for a week and then he hated it! The swing made very loud clicking noise, and had an unreliable swing rate. My wife and I would wait for the sound to stop as it got into a rythm, but that only lasted a few seconds before the clicking resumed.We have a one bedroom apartment and the swing takes up a lot of room with the frame and the range of motion. I do not recommend this product short of a last resort if you don't mind the noise too much.

whenever I was babysitting, I would just put the kids in this bouncer and it would put them right to sleep and it became their comfort item whenever they were crying excessively. I just knew that I could put the babies in there and they would be right to sleep it made my job so much easier as an aunt and as a babysitter. 

I really liked it because it is comfortable and practical. The materials feel resistant and soft for the baby. The seat can be separated and is easy to assemble. It has beautiful sounds. And space for the baby to be well. It is definitely a good option for parents looking for comfort and functionality

It fits in my small apartment so the size is perfect. It’s gender neutral which I love bc I used it for both my babies. assembling the product only took a few mins. My baby is very happy and safe and it gives me a peace of mind while I’m working.

The fabric is soft high quality and looks great, a huge plus is that the seat pad machine-washable. It’s very easy to remove and clean I feel very confident to leaving my baby in it.

Definitely a must have with both of my babies. I don’t think I could’ve gotten through the early months without this swing! My kids especially loved the vibration of the seat.

Very comfartable swing. My kid loved it. Its very safe and the material is eco. Its very easy to set and use. I used it around a year and gave it to my friend. Now my friend is very happy with it. Totally worth the price.

This bouncer was amazing for my newborn. She loved the mobile at the top and regularly smiled at it. Set-up was super easy, did it myself while heavily pregnant.

We loved this swing and used it for years between 2 kids. The only downside for me was the size. This takes up a ton of space which is not ideal. The songs are nice and it is very safe for baby. Works great and has everything you need.

I love this Graco product! I love how it can double as a swing and a bouncer. The levels of the swing are perfect for all age babies. The vibration on the swing/bouncer is a nice added touch.

By far the best thing ever invented! It’s a two in one. So you can swing or choose to use the bouncer part. My son loves both. Super safe & durable. It was easy to set up and it’s easy to switch from the swing to bouncer part. Also space saver. Easy to move around and easy to wipe down.

I love this swing, as a Mama of five and expecting our sixth little one, this baby swing and bouncer combo have been a lifesaver! The two and one option is fabulous for space, I use the bouncer all the time from room to room, and swing settings and options I love.

I had this with my child, its easy to assemble. Its super safe for babies, it has belts to keep them secure. Its super comfortable and doesnt have any hard areas that will irrate babies skin.

This item was a savior for my baby from 0-6months. I wasn't able to put my baby down anywhere and every chore was pilling up. This swing allowed me to at least wash some bottles and laundry for 15mins with constant supervision. It's held up really well with daily use and beatings. Only thing its bulky!!

This item is great for new mothers, it helps to keep newborns comfortable while the mom gets things done, the has the safety buckles which makes it very safe and the cushion padding makes it comfortable for them. The Toys at the the top keeps them entertained while they fall asleep and it is very easy to assemble.

All you need! I’ve seen people spend money on larger and fancier bouncers or swings and this swing was something my daughter loved and used a lot! My daughter was very comfortable and the straps allowed me to feel safe enough to leave and go to the bathroom while she swung!

Life saver! This was the only thing that would calm my baby down. I have it in the bathroom so that way I was able to finally shower having a colicky baby. We loved it so much we bought 2 with one on each floor.

Such a great little swing. Very versatile because it disconnects into a bouncer it is adjustable to be more leaned back and more sitting up. It has five different speeds to help settle even the fussiest of babies. It also comes equipped with music and a sound machine that babies love with adjustable volume The swing/bouncer seat also has a vibrate setting to help with soothing. The safety buckles also have covers to help keep babies safe and cozy.

We love this swing. Has a vibrate feature that uses batteries. Needs to be plugged into swing. The seat detaches so you can move it and use it as a bouncer. The seat also swivels on the base. The only thing I dislike is how wide the base is.

Assembly was little difficult for me but it was durable and safe. My child was not very comfortable in it therefore was avoiding it so it is not something he enjoyed using alot. But can be different for different baby.

My daughter rarely used this but when she did , she felt super comfortable and will keep her busy especially with the little toys and sounds. Safety was no issue it comes with a seatbelt

This is my favorite swing! Skip the expensive swings. This swing is versatile. Since the seat detaches, I was able bring the seat into the bathroom and place my baby in it while I could shower. I felt more comfortable putting her in the bouncer since I have dogs and didn’t want to just lay her on the floor. This is not recommended for sleep. She was awake and I could watch her the entire time.

My daughter loved this swing so much. She love the stars that would shine above and would fall asleep in the coziness. I don’t believe the music this swing had would ever escape me. I love that it was adjustable and I felt the swing was pretty safe.

My son loves this swing. This is how i get him to go to sleep. Most of the time i cannot take him out of it or he will wake up. But i give him some sleepy time chamomile drops, give him a bottle, and swing him on the 6 setting, while playing the ocean white noise and he loves it. He immediately calms down and goes to sleep. Life saver!!!

It gives you feel of cradle. I really love this one! People has complained about the sound!! Luckily mine hasn’t been doing it yet!! But overall good purchase

My little guy was not a fan. I wanted to love this swing but my little guy absolutely hated it. I felt like he wasn't as secure in this swing as the other swing I had and he would scream whenever I put him in it.

Cannot put it together! The instructions might as well be for a totally different product and video doesn’t help either. Parts are clearly very super cheaply made also, received as a gift but it’s expensive for such a piece of crap!

This was a baby shower gift brand new out of the package that we were so thrilled about. Noisy off the bat, but it was manageable. The settings are powerful, I didnt go past a 3 with my newborn. All in all it was a solid swing.....until it stopped working two months in. I even tried to buy a replacement motor hoping to salvage it, but they only have the motor for the other model. Ended up having to return THAT, and eat the shipping cost, plus still out of a swing. Loved it while we had it.

I am unfortunately, unable to reply to my initial review that was posted at the end of January. Customer care reached out, and after some back-and-forth sent a replacement motor to try. This worked for a few weeks and then the same problem occurred. Please be aware that if you do get a new motor, you will have to send back the old one by a certain day or will be charged for it, this was not disclosed prior. I do love the swing and bouncer but not worth the recurrent malfunctioning. I will be shopping for a new brand.

At first, this swing was an absolute LIFE SAVER! But not even after 3 months, the entire swing quit working. After multiple calls to the company, we were able to get a new motor. BUT (shocker) it was cleary used & "fixed". Scratches on the sides & it did not work. Speed #4 does not work at all, and all of the other speeds will work, then slow down, then speed up again. Now after a lot of complaining to the company, we are able to send it back to get a "new one". What a load of crap. I don't even care to get a "new" piece of junk from this company. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!

Had this for 2 months, baby loves it but the motor is dying. It’s so loud now and the highest speed is soo slow. It requires a jump start by pushing it by hand. Nature sounds never worked out of the box either. So sad!

Brand new out of the box this swing pops and clicks very loudly. I will post a video on YouTube so everyone can hear it very loudly!

Swing constantly makes loud clicking noise, and the dial to adjust speed only works occasionally. Inconsistent performance and not worth the money!

We have loved this swing overall despite it being a little noisy. My daughter just turned 5 months and is 14 lbs and the swing has all the sudden started creaking every time it swings and it keeps her awake… very disappointing and frustrating. It says it’s good for up to 30 lbs..

I received this as a baby shower gift, i had high hopes for this. I didn’t even use it right away. A month into using it, the swing just stopped working. Don’t waste your money on this item.

We bought this swing later on after my son lost interest in the mamaroo but he outgrew it quickly so we only used it for about a month. I wrapped it up and stored it away for the next baby. I recently got it back out and immediately plugged in and it will not turn on. It’s only been a year and the swing is basically brand new and it will not work, not worth spending the money on if it’s only gonna work for a month. My mamaroo and fisher price swings are hand me downs and still running strong so there is no reason this brand new one shouldn’t work.

My daughter got this as a gift. Not only was it a pain to put together (instructions were unclear and I had to find a video online), it's noisy and too big to move around.

We’ve been using this swing for a couple months now. Our baby is 2 months old and we use the swing often. Over the past couple weeks we’ve started using the 2nd and 3rd speed on it; however, we’ve noticed a squeaking noise that’s gotten louder since then. It squeaks as the swing moves side to side. The baby likes the swing but seems to have a hard time being in it now with the loud squeaking noise. Also, the volume button never worked from the beginning, but we just decided to deal with it at the time, as we had already put it together and discarded the box. We use the chair on its own quite often as well; we haven’t had any issues with it and the vibrating on it works well. Getting the chair off/on the swing is pretty easy. Although we’re satisfied with the chair on its own and we like the ease of being able to have 2 products in one, we’re disappointed in the swing due to the loud squeaking and unusable volume, as we’ve purchased other Graco products and were extreme pleased with the quality of those products (car seat, stroller, etc.). Had we read some reviews on the swing beforehand, we would have purchased a different swing.

Im pretty unhappy with this purchase and plan to buy another brand of swing for my next child. This product workers just ok in my nursery. It was loud and that was my biggest complaint (aside from being horrible to set up and with unclear instructions). But when moved downstairs to our family room it suddenly stopped working. It wasn’t bumped or harmed on the way, and we’ve tried it in multiple outlets AND with the batteries. It just doesn’t seem to be receiving power. I even purchased a new cord! No music, no swinging, no matter what we do. To top it off, When I called for customer support, I held for 40 min and got disconnected. When I called back, they were closed. Makes me not want to purchase anything Graco in the future.

I’m so disappointed in this swing. I’m not the type to write reviews but I wish I would’ve seen more reviews about our specific issue before purchasing. The seat itself has a strange incline that makes my baby look hunched over. His chin is too close to his chest, which we know is bad for newborns. I have read the manual multiple times and even taken it apart multiple times... and I know it is set up correctly. We’re huge Graco fans (almost exclusively for many things) but I’m super bummed we spent so much money on this. We bought it before baby was born so the return window at Target has already closed otherwise I would return this.

We got this swing as a present from our registry for our newborn son. He is not even 2 months old, weighs maybe 13 lbs. The swing mechanism still clicks like it is swinging but the swing barely moves. This happens off and on but has been happening more frequently.

We got one of these at Target and unlike the version available from the Graco website, there is no recline feature. The manual doesn't mention it, the lever referenced in the online version of the manual doesn't exist, and the seat will quickly cause the babies chin to touch his or her chest. Discount store version costs every bit as much as the version available from Graco, and we are not at all happy with it. Do NOT buy this unless the description specifically mentions "Recline" - the discount store version is identical in every other way, including the product name.

We haven’t even had this swing for thirty days and the motor already went out!!!! Complete rubbish. I am so bummed as we have many other Graco products that work great. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Got this as a gift. My son is only 12lbs at 2 months and the motor is making a clicking sound already seems like its struggling to swing the base and bouncing around as its swinging and the vibrations on the bouncer sounds loud and drowns out the music if you use it.

I bought this item from on line Walmart. It was cheaper than Target and I must say you get what you pay for. After putting it together it was lopsided. Now I have pulled and pulled and can't disconnect the left or right swing frame. What am I suppose to do? I can't disconnect it to return it.

We bought this for our first child and didn't realize until after he was born that the legs was crooked. It wobbles and I feel very uncomfortable putting our son in it. I do however use the seat as a bouncer. The vibration is so loud, but my son doesn't mind. I was hoping the legs would be in the replacement parts so I can salvage the swing.

Got this for our now 4 month old. The swing broke in about a month and a half ! We thought it needed new batteries, that didn’t work! Tried using the plug it came with, nothing ! The instructions make absolutely no sense I spent two hours getting very frustrated. After finally getting it together the straps are to big and don’t adjust into the seat so there’s a lot of loose ends. Now I’m reading others reviews and I’m thinking I made a mistake in buying this swing.

I bought this swing and it stopped working after 3 months. Seems like a lot of people have had this issue. There is a pin in the swivel mechanism that fails and the swing breaks. The motor is still going but the swing doesn't move. Needs better quality control. It was a good swing while it worked!

Hello, we received this swing as a baby shower gift brand new and assembled recently. Not even after one use the power source had went out including using batteries. So whatever's wrong with it is in the motor. I didn't expect the swing to have any issues so I had already threw away the box but I'm going to need a new motor unit which is just as much as buying one new. Wouldve been a great product but horrible output.

So I got the swing in June and only used it a handful of times and it stopped working. I plugged it in and nothing then I tried to plug something else in and it works. So I was like let’s just use batteries after putting batteries in it’s still not turning on. I was bummed thankfully a friend let us borrow another swing until we get a new

I gave this as a present to my brother and his wife. Have always been happy with Graco products, but this is definitely the exception. It is so loud! Even on the slowest speed it makes a cracking sound over and over again. The vibrate option on the bouncer is also making such a loud noise that you can’t use it at all because the baby hates it. My family was too polite to tell me they just can’t use it, until I experienced it in person. Very surprised at the poor quality of the swing I got. This does not truly represent the other great quality products that I have bought from Graco. Very disappointed.

I got this as a gift for my baby shower my daughter is three months old and she can no longer use it it’s hitting the bottom of the base when it goes she is only 14/15 pounds. We had this swing but a model with bears rather than stars. Our colicky baby loved it. It helped soothed her during her most stressed moments. It also allowed for growth with her as the bouncer option was more suitable during her later months. It also allowed for me to move her with me around the house as needed.

This is my babies favorite spot in the house. If she’s refusing to nap, she will always sleep in here. The bouncer portion releases and attaches so easily. It is pretty lightweight for moving around too. The music and white noise are both nice and have a broad volume range to customize what you or baby like.

I wish I had bought this sooner!! This has saved my life and sanity in the mornings. My 8 week old was so fussy in the mornings and I was not able to get anything done or even eat breakfast. The entire time my son used this I was able to get things done and have time for myself to shower. It is so easy to clean and worth every dollar!

Very quiet. Swings very smooth. I love that the bouncer disconnects. Took up less space than having all separate baby gadgets. I also loved the recline option. I feel like other baby swings put them in an unsafe position but I never felt the need to worry about safety with this one. Absolutely loved this!

This swing is super useful and helpful to have as a parent. It has adjustable volume, vibration, and speed. I find level 2 speed is plenty fast. My baby is instantly comforted when I place her in the swing. Easy to assemble and use. The best part is being able to detach the seat to become a portable bouncer which is also very easy. I’ve moved it into the kitchen and bathroom with me many times to keep an eye on my her. Fabric is easily removable for cleaning. Only down sides are that it is a little bulky and the mobile doesn’t turn.

This swing takes up a bit more space than I expected. We are happy with it though. There are 5 speed settings for the swing plus options for natural sounds or music. You can adjust the volume for your needs. The swing detaches as a portable bouncer as well. I haven’t seen this before so we appreciate that flexibility. There are two options for vibrations on the bouncer however at this age (1 month), we feel they’re a bit too strong for our baby so we don’t use that with her in it right now. I LOVE the Graco Swing and Bouncer. So far I have only used it as a swing because that’s all he needs. It is so handy, it has not only lullaby options but sounds including a heartbeat and birds chirping, or white noise. It has different swing settings and the stars keep my baby entertained for a good while for me to clean. And don’t worry about it breaking I’ve pushed down on it and it won’t come off. We love our Grace Baby swing! It’s a lifesaver during the day when my baby wants to be held but I have things I need to do. I put him in the swing and put the music on and he instantly settles down. A must have for a new mom in my opinion!

My child enjoys this swing a lot and it helps him take peaceful naps. It’s a little creaky when swinging. The music volume is not quite loud enough but so we don’t really use that option. The vibration works nice but you’ll need to buy your own d batteries. It only swings side to side. I find that the straps seem to be uncomfortable for my child and without them fastened he slides down all the time leaving his feet hang off the front. It’s not as nice as some of the others out there but it does the job. Would recommend but if I had to buy out again I would spend the extra money for a higher end one with a more plush seat and the ability to swing both side to side and front and back.

I bought this swing when I was still pregnant and I unexpectedly had a preemie baby. I was worried that the straps would be too big to fit her but it was accommodating to even my barely 5lb baby. It has many sound features that were relaxing and speed settings. I loved that I could just pop out the seat and use it as a bouncer all over the house. HIGHLY recommend!

I got this swing as a baby shower gift and my child is 4 months old at around 2 months of using it broke for the first time. Power wouldn’t work at all. Tried batteries and plugging it into the wall. Called and had a conversation with customer service they said they would send the replacement part. i was told i had to PAY for shipping to return the BROKEN. part. We replaced the part and it worked for an about a month. As of today 5/29/2026 the swing broke again and will not swing at the highest speed or swing basically at all. I will NEVER be buying a graco products again. I know will have to find a different swing to use for my baby.

We were gifted this swing about 2 days ago. We used it with my first born and had zero problems until it eventually stopped swinging completely but by that point he had already grew out of it. So when I had my second son we were considering this same swing for him. When we were gifted it we were looking forward to using it again. We got it 4 days ago(11/30/2025) brand new in the box never opened today is Wednesday(12/03/2025) it started squeaking extremely loud. Whenever we squeezed the frame of the swing it would stop. Not sure what we should do to fix it.

Bought this swing 1 month ago and it has stopped working. This is the 2nd graco swing that has done this to me.. not happy

We have had this thing for about 5 months and we loved it at the beginning. Our son likes it a lot. The swing has started making a loud click noise when swinging, and it only works on setting two now. It’s like the motor is giving up. Very disappointed as it was expensive and we had effective one at first and we had to go through the whole process of getting a new one and putting it together twice.

We’ve been using this for less than 3 months. There is a loud clicking noise when swinging, you need batteries and to have it plugged in, if you don’t have it plugged in it will barely swing. We only use this swing for maybe 5hrs a day, during nap times.. and about two days ago the motor completely gave up. I’ve tried different swing settings, I’ve tried different batteries, Ive tried swinging it to give it a pick up and absolutely nothing. After spending a lot of $ on this swing I will be forced to go and buy a different swing. I would not recommend unless you want to keep spending money. The music plays at a good level, but the outdoor sound feature plays so low you can barely hear it. I was also under the impression that the stars on top would move in circles, they don’t move they’re just stuck there. The only good thing is that you can remove the bouncer and use the vibration setting, also you can sit up for bigger aged babies and recline for younger babies.

I paid $250 dollars for this swing 3 months ago thinking that because it was Graco it had to be good. WRONG! This swing is so unsafe. Since the day I first used it the bottom actually lifts up off the ground.. I had to use two 5 pound ankle weights to hold it down to the ground and it still lifts up. The battery compartment on the bouncer is so loud it deters you from even using it. I’ve only had this thing for three months and probably used it only about 10 times because of it lifting off the ground and yet somehow the motor is already giving out. I cannot believe I paid the money I did for this piece of junk. Really upset about it. Save yourself the money and the headache and don’t buy this

Bought it for my baby and the angle at which they sit is too steep. I had to put a blanket in so she’d sit normal. It also clicks and now it’s started to squeak like it needs wd40. Definitely wish we purchased a different swing.

The battery exploded within 2 months of us getting it and the battery cover popped off.

I highly do not recommend this swing for any baby. The seat itself is so deep that my baby looks like she’s folded in half while sitting in it!! The clicking sound it makes is awful. Very disappointed for the money I spent on this.

Received as a shower gift. It has never worked. Tried several sets of batteries and outlets without success. No music or swing movement. Baby is 2 months old and soon will be too big. I was told by operator at 1/800-345-4109 that a new motor can not even be ordered until 11/15/20 and would have to call back. Wait time for call to be answered was over 20 minutes. So dissatisfied with the product and customer service.

First of all the assembling of this swing was almost impossible. My son loved this swing it was the go-to when he was unconsolable. I strapped him in and turned it on and nothing happens no music, or swinging. We've only been using this for a couple weeks my son just turned a month old. Really disappointed.

Purchased this for my 5 month old as he loves to swing. ASSEMBLY IS VERY VERY DIFFICULT! Upon final assembly and getting my son into the swing safely. The swing motor is very weak and barley swings (my son weighs 12 pounds and it’s on the highest setting) . The frame is also very flimsy and weak. The whole swing moves when it is in motion. For $160 I do not recommend this swing, there are better more secure options out there. And if you do happen to buy this swing ensure the seat bedding is on correctly from the factory mine was on backwards.

I just bought this a few days ago and got it in the mail today, set it up and my baby loves it! I know the reviews parents complained about the clicking sound the swing makes but I do not mind it the sound as long as my baby doesn’t (which he doesn’t because he falls right away asleep when I put the wing and the vibration) The clicking isn’t as loud as the reviews say. No complaints here. I was hesitant to buy it because of the reviews but BEST purchase I have made for my 1 month old.

We got this at our baby shower amd our newborn loves it! Great sounds and music. The rocking motion is a gentle swing and not loud. Great buckle system and the rocker was a nice bonus. Easy to put together amd the quick release of the bouncer was neat.

Hello bought this swing about a year ago for my granddaughter, and my son and daughter in law have told me it's so soothing for their daughter she falls asleep within minutes of being put into the soft swing . I bought this with my first baby almost two years ago because our other swing did not have any good features. I love this swing not only does it plug into the wall so I don't have to deal with batteries but I love that I can take the seat/bouncer out and carry my baby around wherever I need to go shower,laundry,etc. Only two more weeks and I'll be able to use this again and I cant wait!

The swing is always helpful to free up your hands. It worked great to get ourid little one to sleep as well. On top of the swing the bouncer is light and easily moveable. Great multipurpose item to have for a little one.

We got this swing for our son. When trying to move the swing in the car my husband (very handy) took the top off. When he unscrewed the top part the bolts all and loose and you can not reconnect it. You can not access the screws from inside. For the price it is not worth it.

I bought this and within 3 months the motor stopped working and it won’t swing anymore. My child is under the weight limit so I know that wasn’t the issue. The other thing is the seat part is extremely loud when you turn it on and it will work one minute and not the next. My baby just turned 3 months old and I’m now having to buy another swing.

We used it for 3 weeks and it already doesn’t work. Whether it’s plugged in or using batteries, the swing will hardly move, even if we push it to get it started. It also makes a whirring sound as if the motor is dying. My baby was only 8 pounds at the time it stopped working so that was not the cause. I am very disappointed.

I just bought this swing TODAY and 100% regret it. My son is 2 months old and weighs about 15 lbs. The back of this swing doesn't recline so it just pushes his head forward, I am talking CHIN TO CHEST! He looks so uncomfortable, and the swing itself is noisy so even if he could get comfortable....idk if he would be able to sleep over the ticking sound it makes or the vibration noise. I received this as a shower gift and have used it less than 3 months. My daughter uses it for naps and we love it. However, while she was swinging in it, it made a clicking noise and then stopped swinging on its own. I can still hear it trying to work but it doesn’t move. Really bummed because this was our favorite baby accessory and it wasn’t used very long until it broke.

We got this back in May for our baby and it's been great to help him sleep and to help with his gas pains. A few problems we've had are that the legs to the bouncer don't stay on. We have tried reattaching them multiple times and have watched youtube videos to make sure we assembled the bouncer right and the legs won't stay. So to us we only get to use half the features. Also the vibrating setting can be extremely loud, we've jammed some paper between the battery component and the swing.

My 2 month old loves this swing. It has helped us so much. HOWEVER, it just randomly broke! Literally 20mins ago! I have been using it with batteries since we put it together. So, I thought the batteries needed to be replaced; I hooked it up to power and it still won’t work! I bought this swing from Macy's and the very bad squeaky and screechy noise used to come from from the very first day. I have been tolerating it for 6 months. But now my patience is over. Can anyone help me how to fix it or should I just throw it away.

I placed this on my registry for Target and received this swing as a gift. The only good thing I can say about it, is that it has nice music that plays. My son was born the end of May and although it rocks back and forth, from the very beginning it has clicked SO loud each time it goes from one side to another! Very rarely does the clicking stop only to begin again scaring my son while he's in it. We went to use the vibration once and have never been able to use it period because the entire thing makes an even louder noise as the plastic battery pack hits the rest of the swing. I can live with the mobile not moving like some individuals stated but the swing is ridiculously noisy and I do not like that it scares my son.

My wife and I registered for this swing because two of her cousins have the exact same one and loved it, we have not had the same experiance. The first swing we had was difficult to assemble and wouldn't move whether it was plugged in or had batteries in it. VERY frustrating that got a bad one right out of the box but we were able to exchange it at our local retailer, luckily assembling the second swing was easier with some experiance! The second swing was fantastic, until it stopped working. In less than two months this swing stopped working, the motor sounds like it's trying but to no avail. Incredibly disappointed with this product and will not recommend it to any other potential parents.

First impressions of the swing and bouncer: The box is compact, making me think the swing might also be somewhat small. It isn't! The swing itself is beautifully padded with luxurious feeling materials and super comfy for baby. It's a pretty sizeable situation, so consider your floor space and the product specifications. Con (singular!): Requires a D battery to operate the vibration feature of the bouncer. And this is only because a D cell battery is a bit of a pain to track down, these days! However, the option to use a battery for the SWING is actually a pro! I haven't encountered a swing of this size and feature level that did not mandate a wall plug for power. Pros: -The materials feel so lux. -The tunes are soothing, not obnoxious. The classical music options, especially, are fantastic! It doesn't feel like a repetitive situation, because there is such a long loop. -six speeds on the swing mean the little one can be soothed or entertained. Ours has found it both entertaining (grinning up at the two little hanging stars) and soothing (a couple of nice long naps have been had, while I get something done in the kitchen nearby!) -Although it seems a little goofy to have bouncer feet swinging back and forth, a two-in-one item is a great bonus in this design. -Two speeds for the bouncer vibration also offer options based on the size of baby and whether we are feeling lively or a little snoozy! Neutral Notes and Observations: -Set up was a bit more extensive and time-consuming than I anticipated. -The instructions were clear and helpful. -A note about the requirement for D cell batteries in order to operate the bouncer, or to utilize the swing without the wall plug obviously, would have been nice on the outside of the box. We did not have D cell batteries in stock immediately upon assembly, since we first realized they were required when perusing the setup guide. -The footprint for the swing base is fairly substantial. That hasn't been a problem for us, because we have a nice open floor plan so the swing gets a lot of use in common areas near the kitchen giving baby a great place to play while I tackle tasks, but it is worth considering if you are in a compact space and intentionally selected a two-in-one for space reasons! I really love that this is a swing and a bouncer all in one. It makes transporting baby items to my mom’s house so much easier because I do not have to carry multiple items and load them into the car anymore. My baby looks very comfortable when placed inside the swing. He is well supported, and I could tell that other swings did not feel as comfortable for him because he would try to move around more in them. This swing is very soothing to him and often puts him to sleep, which allows me to fix meals for my other kids without constantly having to hold him. He loves the vibrations for sleeping, and some of the melodies help keep him entertained while he looks at the toys hanging above the swing. My husband and I also love that this swing can be plugged in or used with batteries. We really like that it can also turn into a portable bouncer, so I can easily move it around the house and keep it close to me. For example, I can place it nearby while I shower so I can keep a good eye on him. This combo product gives me peace of mind as a mom. I received the Graco DuetConnect from Stellar Product Testing Panels, and it’s safe to say it’s a HUGE hit in my home! My 4 month old loves both the bouncer and the swing component of the set. The bouncer seat is spacious, and the vibrations setting in the bouncer keeps him content for up to 20 minutes (which is a lot for my little guy)! The seat also has large handles which gives me a good grip when moving it around my home.The bouncer slides in and out of the swing with ease too! The swing itself is on the larger side but the neutral colors helps it blend in with the surroundings of my living room. I love how simple all of the features/buttons are (very user friendly), and I also like the option to use batteries or plug it straight into the wall. My little guy is very calm or even laughing while in the swing, and the swing has even rocked him to sleep at times! I love how calm he seems when in the swing or the bouncy seat, he especially loves the vibrating and rocking as a combo! I only found 2 downsides to this item. First, the assembly. While none of the parts are confusing themselves, it can be hard to see from the directions what fits exactly where without some trial and error. Second, the soothing sounds feature is EXTREMELY quiet. I can barely even hear 2 of the settings which is unfortunate :/ Overall, the Graco DuetConnect is amazing! It’s easily moved around the home, has the perfect amount of features, and keeps my little one entertained and soothed for long stretches of time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I received this swing from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and have been really happy with it so far. When I first opened the box I thought it was going to take forever to put together because there were a lot of pieces. But it ended up being way easier than I expected. It probably took about 15–20 minutes total before we had the whole swing set up and ready to use. I honestly wasn’t sure how my baby would react because he’s not a huge fan of swinging motions when we rock him in our arms. But when I put him in the swing he actually fell asleep almost right away lol, so that was a nice surprise. My baby is still pretty small (around 7 lbs) but he fits in the seat really well and seems comfortable. The detachable bouncer has also been really useful. We’ve moved it around the house so we can keep him nearby while we’re doing other things. He seems to really like the vibration setting too. It’s also nice having the different swing speeds and soothing options so we can adjust it depending on how fussy he is. Overall it’s been a really helpful thing to have with a newborn and has already made a few moments of the day a little easier.

I was given this swing to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I really like that it came with 2 functions in one item. Overall I liked the functionality, but I do wish the footprint of the swing was smaller. It felt a little bit bulky, especially finding space for the footprint. If space isn't an issue, it's not as big of a deal. The bouncer was my favorite part about it. It was so easy to transfer to and was much easier to find space for wherever I was in the house. Being able to pick up and move provided the flexibility that I need having multiple kids.

I bought this for my new his already 6 months and his still able to use it. Unlike other brand They are made smaller and narrow only for babies good for 3 months then they will outgrow it too fast. I can see this swing will last until my baby get tired of his swing lol. Probably until he turns 1 when he no longer need it. Definitely worth every single penny :)

I put it together last night, and it's a pretty easy assembly! Love all the different features it has like the music and the sounds it can play! (Way different then the swing I had 24 yrs ago, with a loud crank to wind the swing up lol) Easy to take off the seat to remove from the swing frame! My daughter loves it!!!

My baby loves the Grace DuetConnect LX, which makes my day with an infant infinitely easier. I’m thrilled that the multiple speeds hit the right one to keep baby relaxed nearby while I care for other kids or do computer work, and the moveable bouncer feature gives her a comfy seat when we move to another room. Even though the swing includes all of the features I wish for (nice sounds and music with flexible volume control), the size still fits nicely in my small sitting room. Plus the simple, neutral design is soothing to baby and elegant with my room. The only negative with this swing is the initial assembly, but once assembled I love using it every day. Overall, I'm really pleased with this swing and my baby seems to enjoy it a lot. As someone with limited space in my home, I really appreciate dual-use and combo products. The swing provides a safe, soothing space for my baby to take a nap or watch the chaos of her two older siblings running around the room. When I need to move to another room, the bouncer portion easily detaches and I'm able to place her on the floor while I'm doing chores or working. The best part is that I don't have two separate items taking up floor space in my home. I had previously tried a swing that did more of an up and down motion on a base and my baby was not a big fan of that, but she seems to love the side-to-side swinging movement and will sit contentedly for quite a while. She enjoys the music, although I generally prefer to play my own songs. One of the only negatives in my opinion is the size of the swing frame as it does take up a good amount of floor space. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience. When building my registry, most people suggested asking for a swing and a separate bouncer, but this two in one design eliminates the need for multiple baby products scattered around the house. I honestly think this setup is a game changer for people like me that don’t like clutter. The neutral color aesthetic is an added bonus it blends seamlessly with our home furniture, unlike most bright colored baby products. The portable bouncer is my favorite part. My daughter instantly took to it, and I love that I can detach it and carry it from room to room. The vibration feature works with both the swing and the bouncer, which I find settles her the quickest so I love that. The seat is adjustable and allows for a more upright position, recreating the secure feeling she loves in her car seat; however I do wish it could upright a bit more. I received this Graco swing to test from Stellar Product Testing Panel. The instructions to put together seemed cumbersome at first however it was easy to put together myself. The speeds do not vary much with each step up. It does take up a lot of space so not for those who need compact. My daughter has been a Velcro baby since birth and she slept in the swing for 2 hours the first time she was in it. That was a HUGE WIN! The way the seat cradles your baby is great. It reclines which is nice and you can easier detach and take with you to another room without disturbing baby. I would easily recommend this swing to others!

It vibrates in a low or high setting to help with soothing. I also love how easy this swing is to use. The seat connects and clicks into place and has multiple settings for soothing sounds and speeds. The seat is made with high quality fabric that can be washed and has a buckle to help secure your baby. The swing seems to really calm and comfort my baby and is big enough to last for multiple months. Which is also the con for me. The seat is so big that if you do not harness you baby in, there is enough room that they can wiggle sideways in it with potential to get out. This swing is also higher off the ground than I would have liked, but it isn’t a deal breaker.

As a mom of four little kids, this swing/bouncer really came in handy for my four month old to have a safe and comfortable place to be as I cook, homeschool, and exercise. It gave me peace of mind to know that my baby was off the floor and safe from all the siblings running around and content as he listened to sweet sounds such as Fur Elise and played with the rings that hang from above. To have a swing that also turned into a bouncer really made life convenient when I wanted to bring the baby into a different room, such as to exercise on my stationary bike in my bedroom or even outside while my older kids bike. I live in a smaller home so I'm always looking for baby gear that can serve more than one purpose. I've been using the Graco DuetConnect LX for about two weeks and it has been a lifesaver. She seems really happy in it and enjoys the rocking motion. Even on the lowest speed setting, she is very content. I haven't used the sounds much. I found the nature sounds to have a static, white-noise quality to them and my daughter wasn't very interested in the music. The biggest benefit for me is the two-in-one swing and bouncer combo. I keep the swing frame set up in the living room and when I move to another room, I just unclip the bouncer and bring the baby with me. The seat clicks in and out easily, and the handles make it simple to carry, even with my baby strapped in. I also like having the option to use either batteries or the AC adapter, depending on where I want to place the swing. The main downside was the assembly. The instructions were vague and relied on very small illustrations that were not clear. After putting everything together, I noticed the frame had a slight tilt to the left. I actually took the whole thing apart and reassembled it to make sure I hadn't made a mistake, but the tilt is still there. It doesn't affect how my baby sits or swings, but it is rather noticeable and bothers me. I wanted this swing during my pregnancy and couldn’t afford it. But my goodness, it is totally worth the price! Where do I begin? It has six different swing levels, but number one for five minutes and my baby is sleeping!! It definitely calms her down and gives me the ability to move around the house more without stressing out. It also has vibration and soothing sounds and music. I was so amazed that it played Mozart!! My baby also loves the mobile that is attached. It took my husband about 15 minutes to put it together. And we have used it every day since receiving it. I love this swing! You can plug it up or use batteries to run it. I plug it and unplug it because I do not like buying tons of batteries all the time. But plugging and unplugging has worked for me. If you are looking for a good swing/bouncer combo, look no further! This is the one for you. We adore it. Hope you love it as much as we do.

Plays music and swings both directions and the bouncer vibrates so it kind of mimics being in a car. Slightly! She loves it! Does need assembled! Grandma has the swing at her place fro my son and his wife for the baby. I like the ability to not just be a swing but a chair for the baby and the ability to lay back for her. She loves the movement and listen to the music it plays.

We bought this swing 2 months ago for our newborn and it was the best investment. He loves sitting in it and staring at the mobil. It definitely helps us out when are doing our household chores and can’t entertain him at that moment.

This swing/bouncer is great. It is so easy to pop baby out into the bouncer and move him around the house. He loves to recline or sit and kick away in the bouncer. The swing itself is a swing. It does occasionally click but it’s not annoying. Love the ability to play different songs and sounds! But- the best part- this is so easy to wash. We have had so many messy diapers and spit up incidences. This washes so easily. My only complaint is the shoulder pads are weird and don’t stay on… ever. I also wish the straps came off so I could wash them as well. We’ve used for 7 months. Baby is about to outgrow it but it’s moved with us and we plan to store it and use it for the next little one. Affordable option compared to many others. I can’t attest to vibrations- we never put batteries in it. That was a surprise feature. Great baby spot- we lovingly call ours the “poop chair”- IYKYK

This is an awesome swing. I had one for my middle son 5 years ago and got another one gifted to me for my now 5 month old. It was easy and quick to assemble. I love that everything is washable and all material parts come off easily. It has continously worked perfectly for us and my son absolutely loves it. The vibration is amazing and lulls him to sleep so well. The D battery lasted a very long time in it too (like 3 months) so you're not buying a new battery every week. He's now around 16 pounds and it still works great. The seat detaches super easily just another convenient feature. I would highly recommend this product to any expecting parents.

My baby is 5 months old and we only got to use this swing a handful of times before it broke. We were using the swing away from an outlet on battery power then moved it into her room and plugged into the wall - as soon as we did it make a loud pop and the engine stopped working. The light doesn’t even turn on now. The seat itself still vibrates as it is powered separately.

My mom bought us this swing 6 years ago when we had our first baby. All 4 of our kids have used this swing and I could not be happier with it. It cleans easily. It’s easy to set up. It plugs in so you’re not constantly replacing batteries. I’m going to cry when my baby out grows it. This has been the perfect baby accessory!!

I got this at my baby show and it was a life saver. My son used it till he hit the weight limit. When your little one gets close to the weight limit it will click. Assembling takes some umph but there’s a reason for that, stability. We never used the chair but the swing was wonderful and my son loved reaching for the little stars.

I received this swing as a gift from my registry and my husband and I decided to put it together which was incredibly frustrating. The instructions were hard to read and it took us over an hour to put it together. Once it was put together, taken apart, and put together again we realized that it was just not right. Not all of the legs touched the ground and the swing itself was tilted at an angle that made me concerned to put a child in it. We immediately called the 800 number given to us in the box for help. Costumer service did nothing except tell us that she could send us a video on how to properly put it together. When we said we would just return it or get a new one with proper parts she was silent and hung up. I was so excited to use this swing and now I'm not sure if I'll buy any more graco products at all. Disappointing all around.

Got for my baby shower. Was very easy to put together. Had the option to use battery or to plug in to the wall. I can say I use it a lot. I like that I can use it as a swing , and as a bouncer. Plays music/ white noise. My baby loves it! Easy to take the bouncer off and use around the house.

I got this swing recently we threw away the box and I can’t find the model number or anything on the swing it self, I am in of the tube base cover and the thing to plug in on the wall for it work it stopped working out of no where, do not think I need to pay for these parts when I’ve had it less then a month and paid 150 for it.

The swing itself was pretty hard to put together and instructions were not user friendly. I tried to use the vibrating chair today and it’s extremely noisy! The swing itself is okay but i specifically got this swing so that I had a vibrating chair in one. I can’t imagine ever using the vibrating chair now because it’s way too noisy. would not recommend.

On the surface, this seems like an amazing solution. Our almost 1 week old baby loves it and can stay in there asleep to her hearts content. On the other hand, even the lowest speed seems fast and unsafe (even though she’s strapped in). The swing should rock at a slower pace and not seem - at the lowest setting - as though your baby or the seat could fly off.

This swing came with parts not assembled that should have been in factory. We are currently disesmbling it even more to get bits of hardware we need out of it in order to put it together the rest of the way. HIGHLY dissappointed and it will very well be going back to the store TODAY.

I am really disappointed in this product. This is the second swing that we received (first one a part was already broken) and now this one the base isn't set so when we put baby in the swing it jars her head and rocks while it swings.. It's doesn't make a smooth ride for baby therefore we don't get much use out of it and for the money that was paid I am not happy.

While the swing seems like it would be great because of the 2 in one it is NOT!!! My son is 3 months old and 14lbs and speeds 1 and 2 have gone out. I cant use the vibrate on the seat because it is so loud. The sing shifts side to side like it is going to fall apart. I wish I would have researched this more because it was a huge waste of money! Not only was it a waste of money it seems so unsafe I cant even trust to put my baby in it.. Pick a different product because this one is truly garbage!

Even though it’s on the bulky side, my baby loves this swing and takes most of her day naps in it because she falls asleep and stays asleep in it. I also love that she isn’t too scrunched in it and is super comfortable for baby. The music on it gets a bit annoying after a while so that would be my only complaint to add better baby songs.

I brought this swing for my nephew he has only been using it everyday for the last week for his naps, however it started squeaking and now it lifts off the ground and stops swinging on It's own, I have always been a huge supporter of Graco and I am very sad about this experience

The swinging motion is slow to non-existent. even at the highest level (level 6). There is a very loud clicking noise coming from the motor as the swing is in motion that wakes my baby/prevents my baby from sleeping. There are no replacement parts to order from Graco so I can't even fix it! This was purchased in December 2017 for my baby shower, my registry was with Babies R Us which is now out of business so I have no proof for date of purchase. This was a $140 mistake.

This was a gift .It was not to hard to put together. But I did not know it came with a plug for electricity. I have just been buying batteries. I am going to look again where it should plug in. Because i read where it should be , but haven't found it. Also it did not come with the Adapter. But i can pick up on Amazon. My Great Granddaughter loves it. Been a true life saver. Now we will be using it for her brother or sister.

This swing has been a life saver on those restless night. My little one prefers it over her bed most of the time.

I bought it last month and its the best swing ever. I love how it's a bouncer and a swing. It allows for easy transport between rooms.

With a new little one it was great to have somewhere safe to set them down so I could do mom life hands free for a moment. I love the double function of swing and bouncer. the bouncer mode was our little ones favorite and the vibration mode was a lifesaver for fussy moments. I didn’t love the swing mode as much because the different swing modes weren’t all the different from each other. Cleaning some parts of it were easier than others like the cover but the straps are difficult to get clean and reinstall. Overall the versatility is great idea and space saver, just used it more as a bouncer.

We absolutely adore the Graco DuetConnect swing and bouncer. We bought this for the grandparents house due to the 2 in 1 capabilities. The 2 in 1 capabilities of being a swing and a bouncer definitely give this product a good value for the money. It is easy to assemble, adjust, and maintenance is minimal. It swings and vibrates well with minimal noise. The only downside is that it is not very portable due to its size, however, we didn't really need it to be as it was staying in one location. This was great for months 0-5 months for my babies. Definitley would recommend!

This is not just a swing it is a swing with music and vibration and a bouncer combo perfect for using as standard swing or as a portable bouncer. Great product! I highly recommend.

We’re so happy with the DuetConnect LX Swing! It was easy to assemble, feels very sturdy, and has quiet swinging motion. The multiple speed settings, gentle vibration, and soothing sounds are all wonderful features. The seat is cozy and well-padded—perfect for comfort and naps. We especially love that the seat can be removed and used as a portable rocker! Our granddaughter is going to love it, and we feel great knowing she’ll be safe in it. Highly recommend to other grandparents or parents looking for a quality swing!

I got this for my baby shower so excited to use it my baby ended up loving this thing still does buuuut it won’t swing anymore I’ve had it about 4 months and stoped working two weeks ago and now we just push it :( but the bouncer is great touch baby loves it.

The swing broke after a few uses. The swinging gave out with in a few uses now it’s completely useless.

We've had this swing set up since my daughter was about a month old, and she's 6 months now. She practically lived in it when we first set it up, it was wonderful! She loved the swinging and the vibration, and it would help her fall asleep. Even now sometimes she won't sleep anywhere else, and on those rough nights it's a lifesaver to have. It was fairly easy to assemble after i figured it out, the seat was the hardest part to put together. The music is alright. Even with quality brand batteries the vibration and also the swing itself drains batteries insanely fast. I love that the swing can be plugged in and not use the batteries but just with the seat was included with that when attached. The mobile doesn't move? I feel like it wouldn't have been too hard to make the mobile be able to move too. It's the most frusterating part of the whole swing, and i ended up buying a small travel mobile to attach to it. Baby is 22lbs now i can tell she's on the heavier end of the weight limit by the way it swings and sits when she's in it. The swinging motor is really loud even when she's not in it and it's swinging empty, and it's been like that for most of the time we've owned it but not the whole time. I really like the colors, it really went with the vibe and theme we were going for with the babies things and room. I like that the seat is removable and is a bouncer, but hate that it's a manual bouncer so it lives on the swing most of the time.

i was gifted this swing with my first baby in 2013. i have now used it for 4 babies and it is still in great condition. Early on the motor stopped working and graco shipped me a new one quickly. this swing has been loved by each of my kiddos :)

This swing has perfect harmony to soothe your baby and help them sleep. I have had a few prior swings in the past from other companies with my other children none have matched with what I was looking for. I decided to go with this one for my sweet baby girl! I could not be happier. The colors and design are just stunning! No flaws and I was able to pull of the fabric to wash which is a win! The swing also puts of sweet music which is soothing for mama and baby. The swing swings perfect without getting stuck which is alot more than I can say for any other swings we have had. Others get stuck in a certain spot which makes a loud noise and wakes baby. This one swang perfectly and the perfect motion and I love it can be charged because let's face it batteries are not cheap anymore. Very happy with my purchase and will purchase from Graco again if I have another baby. You won't be disappointed!

I received this swing from Stellar Product Testing Panel. I felt like this was not easy to get out of the box and it came in several parts. So it did take a bit to put together. Also the way the legs lock into place to the bouncer was a little tricky and I feel could have been done differently to make them much easier to secure in place. Unlike other swings that I have which were just a few pieces to click together. I did like the soft fabric and the colors of the swing. I feel that the swing takes up a big area. The swinging speeds and vibration on the bouncer are nice. I did put my son in the swing and he didn't want to stay in it for long in comparison to other well know branded swings that I have for him. He did like the bouncer and the vibration that it does. I like how the bouncer is smaller and easy to move around the house. So it came in handy for me to put them in it while I sat on the floor folding laundry. But trying to take it off of the swing can be tricky. You must remove it straight up or it gets stuck, so trying to pull it off at any angle doesn't work. So I feel like I have to be standing in order to remove it, rather than kneeling in from of the swing to do so. It would be nice if there was a different locking mechanism making it easier to remove it from the swing. Also the little mobile at the top is only held on by a little hook and if bumped it easily falls off. So I do think that maybe just a slightly bigger hook might help it stay better. So it's a nice swing but I do think it could use a few improvements.

I received the Graco DuetConnect LX Swing with Portable Bouncer through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and overall I had mixed feelings about it. The first thing I noticed was the color and overall design. The neutral tones are simple and modern, which makes it easy to match with almost any home decor. It looks clean and blends nicely into a room without feeling overly bulky or bright. One feature I really like is the removable portable bouncer seat. Being able to detach the seat and move it around the house is very convenient. If your baby falls asleep, you can move them without having to fully wake them, which is a big plus for parents. The white noise and swinging motions also worked well and seemed soothing for my baby. However, there were a few drawbacks for me. The assembly process was very frustrating and took longer than expected. The instructions weren’t very clear, and putting it together was honestly the most difficult part of the experience. I also wasn’t a big fan of the material where the baby lays. It feels a bit stiff and not as soft or cozy as I would expect for a baby swing. While the fabric does seem like it would be easy to wipe clean, which is helpful for everyday messes, it just doesn’t feel very plush or high quality. Another thing I noticed is that the swing can be a little loud when running, and it also takes up a fair amount of space. If you have a smaller home or limited space, you might wish it were more compact. Overall, I like the concept of a swing combined with a portable bouncer, and the soothing features worked well. However, the difficult assembly, larger size, and the feel of the materials make this something I personally might not choose to purchase.

This was a gift, we put it together twice because it won’t turn on period. We’ve YouTube and read the support instructions and still won’t turn on! This was expensive and has multiple functions but if it won’t turn on then what’s it’s worth!

My boy loved the swing but hated the bouncer. I think the vibration really threw him off and there was not a soft enough setting. Overall it hr swing is nice but it’s bulky and hard to move around

This was convenient to have and worked great for a bit. After about 5 months, it started having this “clicking” noise anytime it was over a certain setting in the rocking. So we could only keep it on the lowest swing setting. The music was nice and gave a lot of options though! And it was easy to set up.

This product worked great, and after 3 months did not keep swinging. We have tried plugging it in, adding batteries, doing both, and will not swing side to side.

I registered for this and it broke just putting it together. Piece of junk!! Do not get this!!!!! Now I can’t even sell it - not that anyone would buy it!

this swing has been a lifesaver for us when I daughter was born. I could put her in the swing when I knew she was not hungry or wet, but she was still fussy. The settings make it nice so I can have it swing either front to back or side side and plenty of options for sounds and speed. being that you can take the seat off and use it just as a standalone, vibrating bouncy seat is another great feature. I have received a different brand/style from my baby shower and then I got this one and after trying both of them this is the one we decided to keep because of all the special and multiple uses. Even our 8 pound dog loves the swing.

My baby use to sleep a lot in this. It truly helped a lot speciallt during the first month. My baby is 6 months and still sleeps confortable in it but now he uses it less. I liked that I could take the bouncer and move it easily to anywhere I needed. I would recommend this product!

This was such a great swing and bouncer combo for my son when he was little. We didn’t use it for a long time because he didn’t like to swing. The bounced part was probably the most handy.

I loved the idea of having a 2 in 1 option for baby so I purchased this hoping for best. After owning it for a few months the swing motion stopped working. The best thing I loved about this was that I can take the baby with me in the bouncer wherever I went. But unfortunately I really wanted the swing to keep baby entertained while busy. Overall I do love the concept of this swing duo. Couldn’t exchange it or get a refund so I was left with a machine that didn’t work entirely.

Received this as a registry gift. Only had it 6 weeks and makes a clack noise from the metal. We’ve tried everything to get it to stop. Baby can’t sleep due to the noise and neither can we. Waste of money!!

I was given the Graco DuetConnect LX Swing to try out and review as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel! As a mother of a 3 month old, I was so excited to be chosen to add this swing to our day to day experience! The packaging successfully protected the product in transport. The cool toned beige color of the swing unit is the perfect shade to allow it to seamlessly integrate into any decor. I was really impressed by the premium feeling quilted fabrics on the seat! When I went to assemble the unit, this was the worst part of the product. As a very visual person, I found the illustrations and instructions (specifically for seat assembly) so confusing and unhelpful. I had to find a video online and that was much more helpful. It took me a very long time to get the seat together and then when the foot of the removable bouncer seat was uneven, the I re assembled it two more times just to be sure I had it right and it was still unlevel but with the weight of my baby in the bouncer it fixed the problem when in use. I will also say that the entire unit is a little bulkier in size than I had anticipated. I feel in order for the swing to be adequately usable you should plan to have a square 4ft x 4ft earmarked for this to allow for the swing to correctly have enough space. Once assembled, the swinging feature works smoothly even for my larger baby (90th percentile baby for height and weight) he still has plenty of room! When I placed the baby in the swing for the first time he was so fussy but as soon as I turned on the swing he calmed right down! I was shocked. And whenever he isn’t instantly soothed, there is an additional vibration mode on the seat that sealed the deal and seemed to soothe him the most! (Runs on a separate D battery so it will work even when you remove the seat and take it to another room as the bouncer mode) The control panel includes music as well as nature sounds (both with volume control) and my baby enjoyed both modes. The detachable seat has been a godsend to be able to quickly move room to room with the baby and have a place to safely secure them in a 5 point harness when getting household chores done. The swing unit is powered by plug in OR battery which gives people options for placement. All and all the footprint size needed for function and the assembly experience had me feeling very negative about the product, however, the ultimate reviewer: my baby, loved it. It has calmed him down many times I will happily endorse it! My major tip is do yourself a favor and find an assembly video online initially and I suspect you will have a better assembly experience!

The first thing I noticed about this swing/bouncer combo was its size. It is quite large, bulky, and heavier than expected, which means it takes up a significant amount of space. Unfortunately, our overall experience using this swing/bouncer was not as positive as I had hoped. Once the swing motion started, the motor was fairly noisy, which made it difficult to hear the built-in soothing sounds. Even at the highest volume, the sound options were very faint—more of a whisper than a noticeable background sound. While the swing itself functions as intended, many of the extra features didn’t feel particularly effective in practice. My baby did not seem comforted in the swing and actually became more agitated during use. We tried adjusting all the settings and sound options, but nothing seemed to soothe her, and the only solution was ultimately taking her out. The portable bouncer feature, however, was the most useful part for us. I especially appreciated being able to place it nearby while I showered so I could keep my baby close and within view. The vibration setting on the bouncer was a nice added touch and seemed more beneficial. From a design perspective, the swing blends in well with existing furniture and isn’t an eyesore, though it does feel a bit plain overall. The toy mobile above the seat was also fairly minimal and didn’t hold my baby’s attention for long. With only two small rings and little color or visual stimulation, it didn’t offer much engagement. Overall, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this product for parents who already have a swing or bouncer. Because of its size and bulk, it doesn’t offer enough unique features to justify the extra space it requires. Additionally, assembly was more difficult than expected. I was able to review this item as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I appreciate the opportunity to share my honest experience.

I gave this swing 3 stars. While my baby enjoyed rocking in the swing, there were a few mechanical issues that made it somewhat annoying to use. First of all, it took my husband over an hour to put this swing together. The instructions were poor. He was getting very frustrated and the swing itself is super bulky and takes up a lot of space in our small apartment. However, once he pieced it all together it looked good. But the process of building it was inconvenient. Second, I was not a fan of the straps in the swing. For some reason, they fall apart easily. It was super frustrating trying to quickly put my baby in the swing only for it to take me a few minutes just to get the straps to work. Often times, I didn’t even bother buckling him in because I disliked the straps so much. Third, the rocking movement was noisy. I think since the swing is mostly metal, it made it a little more clanky. This was frustrating to listen to when I was trying to relax with my baby. Also, I tried the vibrating function and it didn’t work. We didn’t even bother trying to troubleshoot that part because it took so long putting it together. However, I did want to point out the positives which is that my baby absolutely loves the swinging function. Every time I place him in the swing, he calms down immediately and smiles when he starts swinging. I didn’t use the music feature as much but it is nice to have. The seat itself is also extremely cushioned and comfortable for my baby and I can tell he feels relaxed when he is in it. My sister got this for my baby shower and my daughter absolutely loved it! It helped so much especially in the newborn stage, and it’s surprisingly light so you can move it around.

Had this swing for a while for my niece, and let me tell you best thing I ever got for her. It helps soothe the baby when she’s irritated and also rock to to sleep for her naps. Amazing product !

Less then one year and the swing part stops working on us. Disappointed because it didn’t last even 4 months. Having something that not cheap shouldn’t break so easy

We used this swing for two months before the vibrator stopped working. I would not recommend this swing for that reason. I’m SO disappointed!

The swing is pretty quiet although it needs a bit of a push to start or it swings up very slowly if at all. The vibrations on the seat are nice but when on the higher setting the slider rattles so loud that we can't use it unless we tape it down. Baby enjoys the smooth swinging and occasionally bouncing a bit on the chair.

The music decides when it wants to work and when it doesnt. The motor is super loud and I’ve barely used it. It makes an AWFUL clicking noise that constantly wakes the baby up, I’ve tried everything to get it to stop, I’m so upset.. This swing is terrible DO NOT BUY.

First off, we are a huge graco family. We purchased the Graco snug ride car seat for this child and have always been trusting of the brand. However this swing makes us doubt the product quality. We got this at our baby shower and just put it together in preparation for our second child’s arrivaL. The pieces right from the start were clearly bent to fit in the box. When we put it together, the seat doesn’t fit right because of how bent the metal is. It’s also off center. We can put the seat the rear direction to make the incline right, however forward facing the incline is to far back. Extremely disappointed and not sure what to do about it now, as our baby is due in a few days.

This swing is so incredibly unsafe. At 3 months I still can't use it. My baby is sat so far up that her head is tilted down, meaning her airway is compromised. For God's sake Graco! Learn something about the anatomy of a baby! This swing is completely useless as I can't put my baby in the seat at all!

Got this as a gift and it stopped working right after we plugged it in! Does not work with batteries either.

Not sure if I missed something but I gave this as a gift and expected that the swing and bouncer would be able to separate easily. This appears to involve removing screws. Not something you would be doing in a hurry.

My daughter is not even 3 months yet and it broke it just stopped swinging yesterday

I really wish the mobile lifted up for taking baby in and out. It's pretty bulky for a small space and my preschool child is constantly running into it. Nice padding and gentle swinging action.
