I bought the ingenuity swing (nally) for my son as I saw positive reviews… it was decent for just over 2 months but then it started acting weird… buttons stopped working, volume went loud by itself, sounds got distorted… the swing went faster by itself then it wouldn't move at all while making a terrible clicking sound. I contacted customer service as it had a 3 month warranty and they said they'll send a new base within 10 business days… after hearing nothing for 12 days I emailed to ask for tracking details. They said they would send one the next business day… I've been waiting 3 weeks now and nothing. I emailed again to say I wanted a full refund and am now being ignored. This product is total garbage and the customer service is non existent. Save your money and buy something else.

User warns about swing tipping forward with baby inside
I got one from my registry and the first time I used it the whole seat tipped forward with my seven week old in it… I was terrified. I got out of the shower and there he was just hanging face down on his belly. I'm so lucky I wasn't in there longer… but just a warning to you guys to be careful with this swing.
Swing breaks after 4 months; user feels foolish for purchasing
I feel like a foolish fool. I bought the Ingenuity Nally Owl swing in August and after four months the motor is broken. 4 months man, i should have listened to the target reviews. I feel so dumb. The warranty was 90 days.
