Great to have!
We have loved our Abigail crib for almost 5 years now! Now using it for our second child, we wanted to use it for a toddler bed as well. I was hesitant that the new product of the toddler conversion kit might not match with our older crib. It matched perfectly! You wouldn’t know that they were bought 5 years apart! If you’re considering it, I highly recommend! Functional, cute, and great for growing!

Confusion about Namesake mini crib conversion kit compatibility
I'm so confused. I have the Abigail mini crib. Do I need the Abigail conversion kit or does the Winston one work? The Amazon listing says 'Abigail and Winston Toddler Bed Conversion Kit' but then shows separate options.

Dad's appreciation for the conversion kit aesthetics
How is this single piece of metal $99? But honestly, it completes the crib look so perfectly. Wife wanted the vintage gold finish and it’s solid. The toddler rail makes the bed look like a little vintage bed. Worth it for the style points alone.

Positive experience with Namesake furniture including kit
We bought the Winston mini crib and the conversion kit. Quality is excellent. The kit was easy to install and feels very secure. Toddler loves it. The only downside is the wait time for the kit since it was backordered.

Cost-savings discussion: Namesake vs alternatives
Check out the DaVinci mini cribs; they often include the conversion kit. With Namesake, you have to buy the rail separately and it's pricey. But the Namesake does look way better. If you're set on Namesake, factor in the $99 for the toddler rail.

Winston crib with conversion kit recommendation
The Winston crib is stunning. We got the matching toddler rail and it transformed the room. The conversion was seamless and it's so sturdy. I was worried about the metal bed being cold but with the right bedding it's adorable.

Canadian buyer's review of convertible cribs including Namesake kit
We went with the Abigail mini crib and the conversion kit from West Coast Kids. It's the same kit for Winston. The rail is heavy iron and matches the crib finish exactly. Installing it was two screws. The only issue is that it's low to the ground, which can be a hazard for tall parents.
