The Safety 1st Turn & Go 360° ST Rotating All-in-One Convertible Car Seat is a 3-in-1 car seat that converts from rear-facing (5-40 lbs) to forward-facing (30-65 lbs) to belt-positioning booster (40-100 lbs). It features 360-degree rotation, SecureTech red-to-green indicators for belt tension, a 10-position headrest, and a 5-position recline. User reviews and CPST experts report design flaws such as the seat appearing latched when it isn't, an unreliable swivel mechanism that may detach, and a short frame causing early outgrowth, with the Evenflo Revolve 360 recommended as an alternative.

  • CPST warns about design flaw in Safety 1st rotating seat

I do not care for the Safety 1st rotating seat. I like a lot of their seats but this one has a design flaw in it that I feel leaves it unusually prone to dangerous usage mistakes. It is safe when used exactly as described in the manual but it’s very easy to miss when it isn’t properly latched into place and that could have serious results in a crash.

  • User compares Safety 1st Turn & Go to Evenflo 360

IDK about the Safety 1st turn and go but we love our EvenFlo 360 extend with the quick clean cover. ... I begrudgingly got the EvenFlo and haven't looked back. It's a great seat, easy to install, easy to use, easy to clean.

  • Users report excessive wobble and swivel popping off on Safety 1st Turn & Go

Just installed ours and immediately searched online for this exact "issue". I thought there's no way this is normal but I'm seeing other posts similar to yours. Not only does it wobble but with enough force from the rear of the headrest the whole seat pops off from the swivel.

  • CPST details why Safety 1st Turn & Go is the worst swivel seat

I would skip the turn and go. It’s by far the worst executed/designed of the swivel seats in my opinion. The swivel mechanism is difficult to use, which cancels out any convenience benefit. And it’s a very short-framed seat - so it will not last as long as the limits say... my 46”, 46lb five year old has outgrown this seat completely, including in booster mode.
