We have the North States Superyard. It’s great because it’s big enough for them to actually play in and you can make it different shapes. But it takes up a lot of space. We set it up in the living room and it’s basically a permanent fixture now. It’s worth it for the peace of mind though, especially when I need to cook or use the bathroom.

Parent asks about using a large playpen for their 1-year-old
We have something just like this for our 14 month old and it’s been a lifesaver. We use it in the yard when we’re doing stuff outside and need to keep her contained. She doesn’t always love it though. If she sees us she’ll cry to get out. But it’s super sturdy and easy to wipe down. I’d recommend it for peace of mind but don’t expect them to happily play in there for hours.
