The Nautilus 2.0 LX and the Nautilus SnugLock Grow are basically the same seat. Both have the no-rethread harness and the same weight limits... The SnugLock Grow just has the SnugLock tensioner which makes it a little easier to install... The head flop thing is real; some kids just can't sleep comfortably in this seat because it's pretty upright.

Recommendation for a 3-in-1 seat, mentions Nautilus 2.0 as budget-friendly
We got the Graco Nautilus 2.0 for our 3 year old and love it. It's easy to install with the InRight LATCH and the harness adjusts in seconds... Much cheaper than the Britax one and still feels very safe. Only downside is that it doesn't rear-face, so only consider if your kid is ready to forward-face.

Head flop and crotch strap issues on older Nautilus model (still relevant to 2.0)
We bought the Nautilus because of the good reviews but my son's head flops forward every time he falls asleep... Also the crotch buckle is really short, he complains it's uncomfortable. I wish I'd tried it in the car before buying.

Using Nautilus 2.0 for travel and as secondary seat
We have a Nautilus 2.0 as our spare seat at grandma's. It's been great for what we need—easy to adjust between my 3yo and 5yo when they ride with her. Not the lightest to move around, but for a permanent spare install it's perfect.

As a CPST, I often recommend the Britax Grow With You over the Nautilus because of the easier install and better crotch buckle spacing... But the Nautilus 2.0 is a very safe, well-priced option if it fits your kid and your vehicle well. Just watch for head slump and crotch strap length if you have a chunkier kiddo.
