Does the gate have a self-closing or auto-close latch, and does the walk-through door swing both directions or only one?
We do not market this as a self‑closing (spring‑shut) gate — you push or pull the walk‑through door back into place and the arched handle latch will re‑engage automatically to lock. The base locks can be rotated so the door swings only one direction (lock on one side) or both directions (lock down on both sides).

What is the clearance from the bottom of the gate to the floor when installed (floor gap), and is that gap adjustable with the included hardware or extensions?
We don’t publish a fixed millimeter measurement for the floor gap because this gate is intended to sit resting on the floor — the four rubber feet should contact the floor when installed. The four threaded spindle rods (adjustment wheels) let you expand or retract the rubber feet so the gate rests on the floor and any gap is effectively eliminated, and the included extensions change width only (they do not raise or lower the gate).
