Affordable volgo recommended as great travel stroller for twins
I have the Dream on Me volgo double. It’s a piece of crap compared to my city mini gt double, but for $100 it’s awesome. It’s so light, folds easily, and manuevers pretty well through airports. It doesn’t have much storage, I stuff backpacks in the bottom anyway. It was a great purchase for the purpose.

Dream on me volgo. I got mine for $110 on Amazon. It’s super lightweight, easy fold, fits two kids perfectly (have a 2.5yo and 1yo) and even my 5yo can squeeze in. The canopy sucks but it’s workable. Great for travel. Exactly what I needed without breaking the bank.
