Had issues with the frames of two travel cribs. They were very accommodating to figure things out to fix the products.
Very easy to set up and it travels well. I also like the colors and the longevity of it.
Thus is an excellent product and would highly recommend to others.
Very nice play yard. Beautiful pattern of pink and gray bubbles on the rim fabric and mat, just perfect for a baby girl.
I bought this play yard a month ago and had some trouble setting it up. I contacted the company and they sent me a video which helped so much. So far the play yard is working out fine. It fits the space I have for it, it looks good in my house and my little one is comfortable in it. I would certainly recommend this product.
Do you still not recommend using a mattress in this play yard? I would like to use an extra firm mattress that fits it if you do recommend.
Bought this as a main sleeping component for my daughter and love it comes with a carry bag with handles not heavy or bulky just the right size to keep tucked away and not take up alot of room. Customer Service is amazing easy to reach with a quick response! For the item it’s priced just right!
I'm happy with this product because it was affordable and since you can always put a quilted sheet on the bottom the use competes well with the other brands.

Purchased this for my daycare. Very pleased with customer service when the mat became worn, I was afforded the opportunity to purchase the replacement for 50% off. Customer service proved timely response and addressed all concerns.
Their coffee is really good with no carbohydrates so I can enjoy while on Keto diet. There was a little glitch in shipping (crushed box) which Bones Coffee replaced order for me.

The mat raises and edges hurt baby. It’s uncomfortable for him. Company has not resolved issues.
If the boards in your mat break, call the company that manufactured it asap, as it is only guaranteed for a year. They won't stand by their product after that.
The item is not 29” height. It’s only 25”. And they say everywhere that its height 29, it’s not true.
