I can use less oil cooking on the non-stick surface. The 12-inch skillet is good for Chinese stir fry and Italian pasta dishes without making a mess in cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommended as I have been using it everyday!

I love my pans. I use them for everything I cook. And they last do much longer than any other pan I have tried.

I will be 70 in three months, and my husband and I have never invested in (good) pans. After using these at a friend’s house, we were sold and had to order our own. So glad we did!

This pan does everything. I use it every time I cook. Replacing it as a one off instead of part of a set was pricey, but for my husband and myself this pan was essential. The volume, the shape, the weight, the even cooking, the nonstick - yeah this is my cookware.

You don't hear a lot about them but I've used them for years and they never lose their non-stick properties. I cant say that about other high-end brands I've had. I love these!

Good pans

This was a replacement for a previous generation of this pan - the coating seems to be a higher quality now, the measurements on the inside are useful. The lid doesn't sit as well as the previous generation's lid (the strainer part is shorter), but otherwise I'm very happy.

Haven't used these much (yet) but what I like so far is the heat conductivity. I can cook at much lower settings on my electric range so that was an immediate adjustment. Very easy to clean too! As I said, so far, so good!

Nicely weighted bottom, flat surface for searing, sides come up just enough. Good value for the price. I highly recommend this pan.

I needed to add these to my kitchen. To fill space in my cabinets. But, seriously, they fill a need quite well. The pan with a poor spout and strainer lid come on really handy.

I am very happy with his saucepan. When I first got it I thought it might be too small. However, I’ve used it several times now, and the size works great.
