These incontinence diapers for adults feature a 4D-Core with odor protection that wicks fluid away to promote dryness and help maintain skin integrity. Unlike incontinence underwear, adult briefs with tabs have skin-safe closures that provide secure, safe and repeated refastenability. Ultra-soft cloth-like back sheet provides a discreet, garment-like, natural feel. Moisture alert wetness indicator changes color when adult diaper has been soiled. These adult diapers fit waists 44 to 56 inches and have a heavy absorbency.
