Is it normal for the seat to have this much movement? No matter how tight I get the belt it still wobbles. And the turning mechanism is already getting stiff after a year.

We got the Safety 1st all in one thinking it would last us but the fabric is pilling so quickly and my kid complains it's uncomfortable. Not worth the money in my opinion.
