It isn't! \n\nThe swing itself is beautifully padded with luxurious feeling materials and super comfy for baby. It's a pretty sizeable situation, so consider your floor space and the product specifications. \n\nCon (singular!):\nRequires a D battery to operate the vibration feature of the bouncer. And this is only because a D cell battery is a bit of a pain to track down, these days!\n\nHowever, the option to use a battery for the SWING is actually a pro! I haven't encountered a swing of this size and feature level that did not mandate a wall plug for power.\n\nPros:\n-The materials feel so lux. \n-The tunes are soothing, not obnoxious. The classical music options, especially, are fantastic! It doesn't feel like a repetitive situation, because there is such a long loop.\n-six speeds on the swing mean the little one can be soothed or entertained. We did not have D cell batteries in stock immediately upon assembly, since we first realized they were required when perusing the setup guide. \n-The footprint for the swing base is fairly substantial. That hasn't been a problem for us, because we have a nice open floor plan so the swing gets a lot of use in common areas near the kitchen giving baby a great place to play while I tackle tasks, but it is worth considering if you are in a compact space and intentionally selected a two-in-one for space reasons!\n\nI received this fabulous swing/bouncer as part of the stellar product testing panel.
